    I had a set of tires installed. I had to go back the next day because I was feeling a vibration but they got me right in and took care of that. Very friendly and attentive staff.

    I dropped my car off to have some belts tightened or replaced on December 14th around noon. I heard nothing from the store all day and called around 5:30 for the technician to tell me that they had not been able to check my vehicle yet. I was assured that they would call me in the morning. I spoke with the attendant the following morning, and he informed me that a part needed to be replaced, and I authorized the work. I heard nothing for the rest of the day and called back in the afternoon on my way home from work and was told that the key had been locked in the car and that the work had not yet been completed. The attendant asked if I had another key. I do not, so he said he was going to get a locksmith to come out in the morning and get it opened. (I was surprised that I had heard nothing about this from the store all day and that I had to initiate contact to learn that this had occurred.) I realized later that evening that I did have another key fob, so the following morning I went to Bridgestone to drop it off, so they could get into my car. Upon arrival, I try to open the car with the fob only to learn that the battery was completely drained, and the fob would not open the door. (Note that the battery was working fine when I dropped it off.) I left the fob, and the attendant told me they would get to it. No apology for the delay or the inconvenience for not having my vehicle for two days. I was informed later in the day that the battery needed to be replaced, noting again that the battery was fine when I dropped it off. I understand that sometimes those things happen, but based on the facts leading up to this, I was irritated that I now had an additional expense. I picked up the car the following morning (Saturday) because my wife and I had a commitment on Friday, December 16, which prevented us from picking the car up that evening. I get the car home only to realize that the door is not closing properly and is catching on the locking mechanism. When I dropped the vehicle off, the door was not experiencing this problem. I assumed that this damage occurred when the store was trying to access the car after locking the keys in the car. At a minimum, I know that the damage occurred while the my vehicle was in the custody of Bridgestone. I go back to the store on Monday, December 19, and speak with Michael who works on the door for a bit but was unable to fix it. He takes my name and number and told me that he needs to talk to the store manager who is out on vacation for Christmas. I am not someone who complains and understand that mistakes happen, and I never fill out these surveys, but I feel compelled to do so in this instance. Bridgestone has provided me with good service in the past, and this is an uncharacteristic result. That said, I am extremely disappointed in the delay, damage and overall failure in customer service that the store has shown in this case. I expect at a minimum that my door will be fixed at no cost to me, but moreover, I’m just not sure that will make me confident that I can use this store again.

    This store always leaves me feeling very comfortable, secure, informed and confident with any service they provide. That is very important to me as a woman. They always explain what may or may not need to be done. They never treat their guest as dollar signs. They respect each guest and treat each guest all with the same level of respect. Even upon arriving with less than thirty minutes to close. They were so committed to making sure that I received great service. Instead of trying to do a "quick fix" or setting a next day appt. They went the extra step to get my tired completely switched out. They care about all of their guest safety. They care about you and your car. I'm never disappointed with they lengths they go through in order to providing the beat service in town. They also treat their team members respectfully as well. I also love coming in and they are patient with us not so inclined with the knowledge of cars. This is an awesome store and I've been coming for a little over a year since moving here. This is a great compnay to have become a loyal guest of. Their service and commitment to their guest is appreciated. Thanks guys for all you do.

    After waking up this morning to find a bulge in my tire, on a very busy work day, I had no idea what I was going to do. Since I drive for a living and only had a two and a half hour window to get this fixed, I started to panic. I called and after explaining my situation to Tony, he told me even though they were booked to bring my car in. Not only did they work me in, they even got me out quicker than promised! The entire staff was friendly and professional, and went way above and beyond to make sure I was back on the road in no time!! I could not be happier! Thank you Tony and crew! You guys are awesome!!

    I called Firestone on Friday morning to make an appointment for new tires, was worked in that afternoon and was out in less than an hour. Everyone was very nice, especially Will G, who took the time to explain the different packages that were offered without making me feel like a dimbulb. I will definitely recommend Firestone to all of my friends.

    After going in for an oil change before a road trip, of course they found that I needed several other things. As I was leaving the next day, and feeling a bit pressured (hoping they didn't take advantage because I'm a woman), I allowed them to complete the repairs. The following day, the same axle they replaced broke, leaving my husband and I stranded- forcing us to get towed, a hotel, the part replaced again, and a rental car for the weekend. Upon our return, they only reimbursed us for the part, leaving us out hundreds of dollars.

    I have found the people here to be honest in my dealings. With a previous car, they weren't sure what the problem was and recommended another mechanic. I appreciated the honesty. All regular service on my current car will be done here

    I frequently use the services of this fine Firestone in East Nashville, TN. They have *always* done me right. I've had questionable experiences with other Firestone locations in the past. Not all, just some. But these folks in East Nashville are the best. They always get me in, are very kind and attentive, and every single recommended service that they've alerted me to about my vehicles has been correct and necessary. I've taken the vehicles to other garages for a second opinion on occasion without telling them Firestone's diagnosis and they have always been the same. Hats off to these folks. They also have wi-fi, a nice waiting area with a TV and snack machine, a free filtered water machine, and are local to many other great businesses and restaurants where I can shop, eat or hang out while my auto service is being done. It's also close enough to my house to walk, and the fine Firestone folks will give me a ride home if I ask.

    They look at my car three times did a bunch of stuff that was unnecessary charged me five hundred bucks and still did not fix the issue. Couple months before I took my girlfriends car there to augment repair they had done poorly and it cost additional 300. If you can't do the job just so you can't... Those guys just take a changing tires.

    When I first came to Firestone, I worried that the staff might try to upsell me on things I didn't really need. Instead, they have honestly and consistently advised me what I have to do to my car right away and what can wait until a future payday. My battery died on a Saturday when the location was packed, and they still had me out of there in less than two hours. I'm a loyal customer.

    I used Firestone on Gallitan Road in Nashville where Chip is the Manager. They are always very informative and make sure that everything is done for my car. He let me knowb what needs to be done and gives me the estimates. This is the only one that I go to. I really trust them.
