Really fantastic service, all around! From my initial phone call to set up my appointment to dropping off my car to updates about my car's progress with repairs to picking up my car, the customer service was exemplary. Chris was my main contact throughout, and Jeremy was my technician, and they were both outstanding. My car is performing better than it has in over a year, and I feel confident that it was worked on with care and will continue to perform well. Extremely pleased with the entire experience!

I was in Monday, May 25th for 5000 mile service for my 2008 HondaVRV. The service was prompted and courteous. BUT in checking the mileage recorded on the paper work and window sticker they had it wrong by about 6000 miles. Not good for record keeping.

Service Advisor Mitch was helpful. Service Manager Ryan Ackerman is super! Mr. Ackerman took his time to explain things, and he did so in the most friendly manner. In the future, I would feel absolutely comfortable to come to this branch of Firestone again knowing that Mr. Ackerman is the Manager.

I had a flat tire and it took a while for me to get a tow to Firestone. The guys stayed open late to get my tires change. They totally made my day and I am so greatful for them! Thank guys! Sulivan

I want there last week with a flat tire. I got imidiate assistance from someone who took the time to listen to my problem. I was assured that they would do everything they could to save the tire and in doing so- my wallett! They had my work finished by the time I said I needed it and it only cost me 20 bucks!

My car decided to not start without any warning - completely dead. After 4 hours of waiting for roadside assistance and trying to jump my battery and eventually a tow truck, my car was taken to the facility. I expected a phone call telling me my repairs would be hundreds or thousands of dollars, as my car is just nonstop issues lately. I received consistent updates on the diagnostic and the issue was quickly identified, despite being uncommon. It took about 20 minutes and $70 to fix. I've never had such an easy, inexpensive, and stress-free repair experience. Darryl was awesome.

Gas cap was replaced and the oil changed, but the CSV light is still on after 1-week. I have researched online and looked for hoses not put on properly, but can't find any. I also removed the positive battery terminal with hopes that it would reset the diagnostic function, but it did not. I will have to take the car back to get techs to figure out what they had missed.

The morning we were supposed to leave Nashville to return home, we awoke to a flat tire. During the visit from the emergency road assistance we discovered our spare also had a flat. He told us he couldn't help us and left! We called Firestone since it was a mile from our location. Not only did they answer the phone 20 minutes before they opened, they told us the run flat tire would be OK to drive the short distance. We were waiting in the parking lot when they opened. They replaced the tire, fixed the spare and had us on our way in 30 minutes. When I asked why they had answered the phone so early, I was told that after realizing it was an out of state area code they decided it must be an emergency! Thank goodness for their kindness!!!

I have been taking my car to Firestone for the past three years and they have consistently done outstanding work. What I like it that they keep it honest. If the car is running fine, they don't suggest any additional repairs. They just change the oil, rotate the tires and call it a day. But they do check out the car well, so if something is wrong they let you know so you can decide whether you would like to have the repair made.
