The services was good..I do however would like to day it is complely ridiculous to charge $60 pluse dollars an hour for each additional thing done right down to adding a light bulb..when the bulb was a last minute thing and all the additional work was well over $200 which I was charged $60 pluse dollars for each service..and for that reason..I'd never bring my var back to Firestone.

I arrived for a routine oil change and left with a cracked oil pan resulting in about 1,000 dollars in damages to my vehicle. I was greeted with a statement that is was not their fault nor their problem. Getting in touch with firestone customer service was great, however they suggested I speak with corporate to resolve my critical and time sensitive issue, and that in itself has proven to be very difficult. How am I supposed to travel my daily 50 miles for work as well as support my 3 year old daughter, as this is our family car? Now I am stranded several miles from home and unable to afford the problem they caused.

Had a great experience in getting some serious repairs done when it happens at the worst time. Melissa was the best! She helped us out a lot just by communicating our options and possibilities to us to choose what direction to take. We were 6 hours from home when our van broke down on a sunday afternoon. We were afraid we wouldn't find anyone open on a Sunday. They not only got us in immediately, but found the part we needed and they had us on our way in 3 hours. Very thankful for these guys.

Melissa took control of a situation and made the experience wonderful! She took over and got involved when a minor, that could have been a major, miscommunication occurred. I would recommend working with her at any point in the future. A wonderful asset to Firestone.

I usually hate going to automotive shops because as a female, these places generally try and take advantage of me. I came in for an oil change, light bulb change, and tire pressure check. They didn't try to sell me anything else. I got exactly what I asked for at an incredibly reasonable price. I haven't had the best experience with Firestone in the past, but I will definitely be coming back!

Good service. They offered information and provided suggestions. I was able to choose the degree of service for an older vehicle. Overall I am very happy with their service. We have purchased tires, brakes and repairs for our two vehicles through Firestone and being a nation wide company their great service is always available.

My husband is being treated at vanderbilt and on way to appt battery died and we were helped immediately. We were treated with kindness and everyone responded promptly even though they were extremely busy.

I used them to get my brakes and tires and alignment fixed – and it was less than just getting my tires fixed at a local competitor. They were fast, affordable, and really easy to work with – I'll only go here in the future!

Although I had to wait a while for someone to check/get to my car, as soon as they did they noticed a tire that was close to being blown out that I had not even noticed. They were able to change the battery and replace the new tire within 20 minutes.

I had maintenance on a window on my first trip, then repair to the fan / cooling system on the second visit. The service fixed the issues each time. I would recommend others to this location.

I have gotten service done on my car at this Firestone before and did not have any problems. This changed last week when I took my car in for a routine oil change and had several problems. As a result I will not be returning. First, when I came in for my appointment I was told it would take about 45 minutes (which already is longer than most places take for an oil change) I said no problem I would wait. The work on my car took double that amount of time and I was given no explanation. In fact, while I waited I watched as they checked many people out and gave each person a detailed break down of their service and bill. I am a 23-year-old female and cannot help but feel I was treated differently because of my age and gender. When I was checking out I was asked to sign a piece of paper, pay my bill, and handed my keys. I was given no review of what work had been done on my car, no thank you come again, nothing. The next day I was concerned by the noise I heard while driving on the highway. I got home and saw a pretty sizable oil leak in my garage and I checked underneath my car and found that the drip plate/shield was completely hanging down and had been dragging as I drove. I called Firestone and they told me my car would need to be towed and gave me a phone number. I called the towing company and was told someone would be to me within an hour. Over an hour and a half later I called again and they told me it would be another hour. Firestone then sent someone out to secure underneath so that I could drive in for service. The man who came out to fix my car informed me that the plate/shield had been secured with zip ties rather than the screws/bolts and the ties had come undone while I drove. I explained this to the person at the front desk and was told that they were unaware of this and should have been told by the person that serviced my car. After waiting 2 hours for my drip plate to be cleaned and secured I was told that my car came in with no bolts and the plate was zip tied. Seeing as the dealership was the last place to work on my car I feel confident that is not true. Regardless, I was again given minimal explanation at checkout. When I inquired about replacing the bolts since the zip ties broke in less than 24 hours I was told they would have to be ordered and that I would need to come in again. For the second time I was given no detailed explanation and no apology for the 2 hours I spent waiting for the mistake to be fixed. The bolts took two days to come in and I had to call to check on them. I came in a third time for the replacements and AGAIN was not given any explanation or apology. After waiting another 50 minutes I was handed my keys without a word for the THIRD time. I spent almost 5 hours at firestone in a one-week period and was never once given an explanation about why the work was not done properly the first time or an apology for the inconvenience. I cannot help but feel my age and gender influenced this lack of customer service and treatment. As someone who paid full price for a synthetic oil change that took 3 visits to complete I would have at least appreciated a simple apology or even an explanation.

On Friday 5/15 traveling through Nashville our expedition broke down on the interstate, contacted AAA for a tow, was advised that the 2 closest shops were within 3 miles, so I contacted them and was very politely was told that they couldn't get us back on the road this late in the afternoon, but thankful one recommended this Firestone location. I contacted Doug, and was told that they would make every effort to get us back on the road. So I had AAA tow to this store, and was met by Doug and another service adviser who had already been talking with my wife. I was assured again that the repairs would be done. Technician Brian also assured that the repairs would be done. The promises were comforting and done as Brian and Doug committed to. My family including two dogs were so well taking care of in the lobby (I am not sure if it was appropriate for the dogs to be there) by all of the service personnel.

I have been a loyal Firestone customer and account holder since I bought my Graycee (2009 Chevy Malibu) in 2010. They have always worked with me from ordering hubcap replacement to Lifetime Alignment, Multiple set of tires, as well as service the many other cars my family owns: Dodge Journey, Honda Civic, Mitsubishi Lancer, Nissan Versa and Pathfinder. The team members Brandon and Doug are awesome. I'm the typical problematic customer comes in late and expects them to work magic. Somehow they always get me in and out or setup another convenient appointment.

I have been with Firestone Broadway Nashville for more than a decade. Doug has been the manager that entire time. He is exactly what you want to help maintain your car. Honestly tells you what he would do if it was his car. At times convincing me to postpone and save money. The result is my loyalty has made Firestone more money in the long run than if they had made a big unnecessary sale. I have referred many people "ask for Doug".

I had a longer review, but decided to keep it short. I repeatedly took my vehicle to these guys over the summer, spending over $1000 in repairs. I felt that throughout this frustrating process, that these guys made a lot of excuses when I kept having to come back to them after their repairs did not stay repaired after only a day or so. At one point, they did a "diagnostics" because I was concerned that their repair had not worked (again) and the next day they told me it was fine. Two days later I discover I have a busted head gasket and we have to junk the thing. How could their diagnostic not have shown that there was a cracked head gasket? And why did they keep making excuses when their their repeated attempts to fix the power steering pump line failed? My point is simply this, I paid way too much money for service that wasn't very good, and many times I felt misled by employees who really just wanted my car to go away so they wouldn't have to deal with it anymore, which is definitely the case now.

I have grown to trust the guys and Firestone-Nashville. I am not a car guy, so I am always apprehensive about suggestions from mechanics. The guys at Firestone make you aware of potential problems or helpful suggestions, but don't try to scare you into purchasing a service or part. I know that they will give me an honest assessment and an estimate on how long until I really need to have a part replaced. They usually have my car ready within 3 hours from the time I drop it off. Knock on wood, I have never had to comeback for a follow-up or correction for work that they have done for me.
