I came in an hour before my appointment and my car was in the bay shortly after. I was greated immediately upon entering the service desk area. My technician did a great job with the services and I would love to be their repeat customer.

When I dropped off my car, I was told it would be ready in a "couple of hours". Five hours later, I still didn't get the alignment after I had bought an oil change, Lifetime Balance/Rotation and Lifetime Alignment for my new car. When I got home, we realized I didn't have my tire lock. Well, when we called, they had lost it. Now, they are going to have to replace all my locks. Talk about inconvenience! I hope I don't need that tire lock before I get the chance to have them change it.

I went to get my tires installed after I purchased them at Tire Rack and they installed the tires. They treated me very courteously and gave me a very detailed check of everything my tires needed.

This staff always goes above and beyond the call of duty - this time they were able to help my stranded wife with a flat while I was out of town! The work they do is fast and reliable, and I don't ever feel they sell me extra services I don't need. The reason I don't give them 5 stars is because they never inflate the tires evenly, top off the fluids, or offer me the perks of being a Premium Rewards Platinum Member

The service at the Mt. Juliet Tire Center is outstanding. They provide excellent Customer Service, free coffee, free wi-fi and TV while you wait as well as a friendly customer focused atmosphere. They are truly my preferred location for oil changes and car repairs. I even got the tire rotation for free today with my oil change and inspection.

The original job was not done to my satisfaction - management then made sure that additional work was performed. Bingo - after the additional work my vehicle was now in tip top shape. I was extremely pleased with the store manager who took a personal interest in getting my car repaired. Firestone is now the permanent choice for my car and my wife's car.

I recently had an oil change done at Firestone. I used an online coupon from Firestone.com, which included an upgrade oil change with wiper blades and other inspections. Thy opened on time, the service was done quickly, and the wiper blades installed work good--so quiet.

I have a 2011 Subaru Legacy, I usually take my car to the dealership to have any service work done to it, but when my headlight went out I decided it shouldn't be to hard to fix and I decided to take it to Firestone in Mt. Juliet, TN. I called ahead before I made the 15 minute drive just to check that everything would be fine, (they had the part, knew how to fix it, ETC) I was told by the lady that answered the phone that the mechanics were certified and it would be no problem. She said it should take about 30 mins. When I showed up, I gave my keys over and my car was taken back to the work area in about 5 mins. After I sat there for about an hour, occasionally getting up to look out the window and see multiple people standing over the hood of my car, I was finally told it should be about 10 more minutes, because they didn't have a bulb, and it was a setup on a car they were not used to. Finally the headlight was in and I left, after checking the light was working. Later that same night, I was following a friend and she informed me that my headlight was out again. I checked, and it was indeed out. I called Firestone the next morning and told them that I was coming back in to have the light replaced again. When I arrived I was told that they would look at it, after sitting for about another hour, I was told they had to order another bulb, because the first one was the wrong bulb and had burnt out. They replaced the bulb, and I was on my way again after about an hour and ten mins total time. The next day, I pulled up to a Sonic drive in and noticed that the light they had replaced wasn't even hitting the wall in front of my car. I then got out and looked, and could see that the bulb was shining down at the base of the projector beam, not knowing a lot about cars, I assumed it needed to be reaimed. I then called Firestone again, told them, and they said to bring it back up. I did, and they said they couldn't have knocked the aim of the light off when it was installed, and all they could do was check to see if it was seated in the light correctly. About 20 mins later they came back with my car and said that the bulb was seated correctly in the light and that if the aim needed to be fixed I needed to take it to another shop that did that kind of work. I left there and went directly to a body shop and asked them to fix the aim of the light. Their mechanic walked out, looked directly at the light without opening the hood and said, "That bulb isn't seated correctly." He then opened the hood, took the bulb out, seated it correctly, and then problem was fixed, just like that, in the span of about 5 mins. This was after 3 trips to Firestone that lasted about 2 and a half hours to fix one headlight unsuccessfully, which I paid about $70 to have replaced. I can't believe a simple headlight fix caused this much frustration. I definitely won't be back due to the poor level of mechanics they had there, no matter how good the customer service was.

On the first occasion when I brought my car in to have the brakes serviced about a year ago, they told me it would be about an hour. After an hour plus, I inquired about the status and they said we didn't have the right parts, but we have sent for them. When they arrived, they were still the wrong parts. I have a Hyundai Elantra Touring (2010) and apparently, they have different parts than the Elantra sedan. I ended up spending a little over 3 hours sitting in the waiting room. On the second occasion in November of 2014 I took the same vehicle back to have the tires balanced and rotated. I asked them to inspect the brakes because I noticed the tell tale sound of worn pads. They came back and said that two of the rotors a needed to be replaced along with two of the four pads that had been replaced on the previous brake servicing. Well I wasn't happy about that, but what can you do? I said okay. He said they would have to send for the correct parts. I told him RIGHT THEN about the previous experience with the parts mix up and to BE SURE they understood at the parts place it was a Touring. I had the day off and had a lot of things planned. I had been waiting about an hour and 15 minutes when I began to realize they weren't working on the car (I could see it from my seat) so I asked what was going on. He sheepishly admitted that the part house sent the wrong parts. I hit the ceiling. They were just going to let me sit there and not say a word!! I TOLD him this could happen and to take extra care in ordering the parts!! So I wait some more. Now I'm fussing and fuming in the waiting area and have been waiting well over two hours when the manager comes out... He says the correct parts have arrived and it will be about 30 minutes. I say, this is completely unacceptable given the circumstances. Now... at this point... he offers me a loaner vehicle.... NOW, after almost 3 hours and when I see the mechanic is finally working on the car! Well, everybody in the place knows now that I am NOT happy! I say, I'm going to write a letter about this because this is just unacceptable. When the car is ready the manager comes out again and comps the whole repair bill. I consider it compensation for my time they wasted. It ended up taking from 9:00 to just a little after 12:00 noon. All I can do is shake my head. They clearly did not LISTEN to me or take my warning about the parts seriously and it cost them $$ and me a lot of time and aggravation.

I bought new tires, brakes and routors for my SUV. The tires I bought had a $140 rebate attached to them and the sales rep Alec gave me the form to send in to get my rebate. Alec told me if I had any problems he would make it right with me. I received a letter from Bridgestone and they told me the tires I bought were not on the list of tires for rebate. I called Alec and he had my Firestone credit card credited $140. Alec made it right for me and he has my business for ever for him being honest and doing what he says he will do. I would highly recommend going to Firestone and talking with Alec on all you vehicle needs.
