Told staff my tire was always getting low after replacing the air and he just said it looked fine but did not bother to take the tire out to do a thorough air leak inspection and assumed it was just the TPMS being messed up despite the tire being low again and he said it just needs air. He just did not care despite me stating I was going to be driving for 5 hours to ALABAMA and I was not wanting to get stuck with a flat tire on the highway. He still did not want to get the tire thoroughly inspected.

I knocked a hole in my tire and within two hours Firestone had me back on the road. The service is excellent and the prices are fair. The service advisors treat you with respect and go above and beyond to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. I hate taking my car for service because usually the techicians are not honest but this is not the case at this Firestone location. You can feel confident having your car serviced here.

Waited 3 hours for an inspection despite having an appointment. I was quoted a 1 and a half hour wait time. All the customers who arrived after me left before me. I had to go up to the attendant and ask him twice about the progress of my car and he told me my car was done, but because it was just him working he couldn't get to me.

The Saturday before Thanksgiving my car was undriveable. I had to leave it. I thought I'd have to have a rental for the holiday, instead it was ready good as new on Tues. afternoon. the staff was super nice.

My fiance blew out a tire with a rare, out of stock size on a Sunday afternoon. They provided me a range of options and had the tire replaced by lunchtime Monday. They were honest, professional, and thorough.

I have been to Firestone twice within the a month on 2 unrelated issues. Each time I received excellent service from the technicians. Service my vehicle was fast even a busy part of the day.

I've come to Firestone several times concerning similar issues with my vehicle and I feel that if the first job had been done more throughly, this one would not have been necessary. I do enjoy the customer service that comes with the jobs however.

A week ago I needed new tires and an alignment on my vehicle. Antonio worked on my car, got me a great deal on new tires and a lifetime alignment package, and was extremely friendly. I have already recommended Firestone to a friend, and I will definitely be returning in the future!

I went for a routine oil change. Chris then tells me I need 4 new tires. He said the tread is not even, causing the car to shake. I replaced 3, since 1 was only a few months old. The car still shakes, not as bad, but still shaking. When I called and told him, he said "that is because we only did our regular check, not our full inspection which costs $xx" saying it may be due to suspension. But he already sold me the tires which I bought! For routine care they are good, just do not listen to any of their "recommendations"

The Firestone brand, in Memphis, TN, is over saturated. They have great people working for them, but they rotate these employees so you never get the same experience each time.

I used Firestone Complete Auto Care for over 5 years and I never had a bad thing to say about them. I got oil changes and all my services done on mine and my wife's car and even bought a set of tires for each car there. Last fall, I prepare financially to get my brakes done and of course I went to firestone. The brakes were the main reason I was going but there was also a roaring noise when I drove at high speeds so I wanted them to check that out as well. After a couple hours they called and said the brakes would be $700 and that the roaring noise was my tires cupping and I needed new ones. Mind you I had just gotten new tires from them 2 years earlier and only put 20k miles on them. I had got my tires rotated and what I thought was balance several times since I got them. All at the same Firestone. Well they had never balanced them. Claimed I never asked for that. Granted they know just as much as I that I do all my car work is done there and not to mention they call every time trying to sell me filters and windshield wipers (which I do on my own and that doesn't bother me that they try to sell me) but never thought to tell me, "hey, we noticed you do all your work here,we sold you the tires, and we've never balanced them". To which I would of said I come here every time with the expectation you are rotating them AND balancing them. Between that and the brake service cost, which I ended up doing there after the came all the way down to $550 even though I could have gone elsewhere for around $400 but was strap by time because of a road trip, I haven't gone back and don't plan of it. I have cupped tires that should be good for 30-40k more miles and now I have to listen to a slight roar at high speeds.

Always friendly but I feel like I have a $ sign on my forehead when I walk through the door. An older woman alone, trying to keep her car running. I timely take my vehicle in for maintenance and almost always come out with an expensive bill that I place on my Firestone cc and pay off in six months. It is discouraging that I try to take care of my vehicle but I feel like I have been taken advantage of when it comes to all the repairs that I am told I need. Others tell me they never have to pay the expenses that I pay for their vehicle upkeep.

I had my car towed to Firestone when my Saturn would not turn on. I took my car to Firestone, because I trusted them and felt like they would do an honest, good job. After charging my $100 for a "diagnostic"- they wanted to charge me $900 to replace my ignition and key. I took my car to Triple A and it cost me $50 to replace the key- Not only do I feel like they barely diagnosed my vehicle, I feel they did not want to truly help me. I am a woman. Yes, I do not know about cars- but do not try to use that to your advantage to fix something on my car that ISN'T broken! When I told them I was not happy with the diagnostic, and having my car towed elsewhere they said, "Fine, have it towed." Obviously they are not hurting for service? I used to trust Firestone with my vehicle. I'd pay them $75 every time I needed an oil change, and took my car to them for everything. They have lost a loyal customer.

When I took my car in to Firestone to get a coolant flush and to fix a gasket on the engine. When I took my car to the shop my heat and a/c worked properly and did what it was supposed to do. After the work was done I realized that my heater was blowing out cold air. I took it back to Firestone and they called themselves fixing the problem, several days later the same thing happens, no heat. I took it back again and sat in the shop for more than three hours while they replaced and try to solve my heater issue. But once again, nothing, they do not know what the problem is, say they are stumped. So now when the weather gets chilly I have to wrap a blanket around my legs and put on extra gloves. etc.
