I would recommend this store to anyone needing repair service or tires. The team there is excellent . Bill, Justine and Kevin all worked very hard to bring my 23 year old Ford Explorer back to a new like condition . They kept me up to date with what they were doing and what needed to be done. They were very fair with pricing and responding to any questions or problems I had. I will never take my Explorer any where else.

The team at this Firestone in Taylors are always courteous, helpful and willing to go that extra step to make sure you receive great customer service and your vehicle is repaired to your satisfaction. And never any issues with service after it's performed. I trust them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for vehicle service in the area.

This location is the ONLY location I visit. I live in NC and if needed I do make a special trip here for service. Justin and his staff are always friendly and welcoming. Being a female, finding a service provider that you can trust and rely on is difficult. Every time my car goes in for routine maintenance, I know I cant count on them to give trustworthy advice and service.

I have been a long time customer and have all my work done at this location. Bill Spano always greets me by name and has always treated me right. He and Justin suggest services based on my vehicles maintenance plan but are never pushy. The work is always done right the first time and they are respectful of my time. I highly recommend this Firestone Center.

Brett and his staff continually deliver 'knock your socks off' service. The entire team is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The rates are more than competitive. I've never had an unpleasant experience in all the years I've dealt with them and wholeheartedly recommend this location!

Our car broke down while visiting friends in Greenville. AAA towed our vehicle to Firestone. The repair could not be completed on Saturday afternoon as they could not secure the alternator until Sunday morning. They transported us to a nearby motel & picked us up on Sunday morning. They also loaned me a iphone charging cable as my iphone's battery was almost out. Bill explained the process & I would highly recommend their service!

Once again another great experience at this location. My car went in for a routine oil change but while doing the oil change the technician smelt a little burning smell and come to find out there was something wrong with one of my calibers. They immediately notified me of the issue of course before any repair was done and gave me the honest opinion of repair work that needed to be done. I have two children and travel for work quite a bit and if this would have not been noticed or taken care of it could have been dangerous. A huge THANK YOU goes out to Justin and his team. I never doubt for one second that there will be honest and reliable work on my vehicle.

Oil change and tire rotation. I was getting ready to take an unexpected trip and needed the service before traveling. I called in the afternoon and was told by Bill the manager that if I came in at opening the next morning and they would take care of me so that i could get to work by 9am. I met Justin the morning who has always provided me great customer service in all my previous maintenance and tire buying experiences.He is a quality employee and great asset to your company. he got me in and out before 8:00 and I got on with my day and my trip. Thanks !

Anytime I visit this location it is such a pleasant experience! Being a female i know nothing about cars and how to fix anything. Whether im just having my oil changed or having another issue i feel completely comfortable going to them with anything! I always ask for Justin and he is the BEST and deserves reconition for his and his teams good wk and great team efforts to always be helpful!!! They are all friendly & go out of there way to help anyway they can!! Most people only have negative comments about anything...No pleasing them no matter what!! My passenger side rear tire blew out on the interstate on my way home from work. I was fortunate to have it towed to my drive.. I had to go to work the next day, a 70 mile commute. I needed a new tire, and QUICKLY. I found the Greer/Taylor's store number on the net and phoned. I do not have anyone to depend on to take care of these types of troubles. I was overwhelmed and on the verge of tears. Odis, aka Big O answered the phone. He was incredible. Odis assured me that Firestone could take care of my problem, that it would not take a long time, and that they could even finance my repairs interest free!! Odis was VERY compassionate and kind, and he literally made all of my perceived stress dissolve!! Within minutes my BMW and myself were in the Firestone facility. Justin introduced himself. After filling out the credit ap (which Big O took care of), I literally signed the form and within MINUTES my car was ready to go, with a BRAND NEW SET of tires.. I was shocked. I brought paperwork to complete for my job that I did NOT even have time to remove from the attaché case! Justin and his team was SO FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, and kept me informed of all that was taking place. THEY ARE THE MOST PROFESSIONAL team of people that I have ever encountered. And I must add from a 'ladies' standpoint, that facility is NEAT AND ORGANIZED!!. Not trying to sound sexist, but this crew consists of ALL men, yet the area where clients wait AS WELL AS the service area where the cars are cared for is immaculate!!! I was so impressed. I purchased my BMW from the dealership and this Firestone facility makes BMW service department take second place!! Justin is an OUTSTANDING example of leadership. His management style is leading by example, which is incredible. The back quarter panel of my vehicle took a beating from the shredded tire that disintegrated. It literally melted onto the paint of the back panel. Justin literally took extra time and CLEANED AND WAXED THE ENTIRE AREA UNTIL IT SHINED!! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT Justin and this Firestone Facility!! They are truly jewels and outshine the competition in EVERY aspect. I sincerely hope that Firestone knows what level of quality and commitment that is employed at Firestone Greer/Taylors. Justin along with his crew has won me as a customer for life!! Thank you Justin for being the Incredible Leader that you are !!

I was there on Saturday to get my oil changed and I always call to make an appointment, but either way Justin and Bill are always so great to get along and make the time sitting waiting for you vehicle maintenance that much easier to deal with. I would definitely recommend Just and Bill to anyone going into this location. They are top notch and I am very thankful for them!

Made an appointment for an oil change. My car sat in the bay for over 40 minutes and was worked on only after I pointed out that I had an appointment. The manager told me that I should expect an oil change to take an hour. Once work began, my car was done in 15 minutes.

We had a great experience with Firsestone on Wade Hampton. Our timing belt broke at the intersection of highway 14 and Wade Hampton blvd on a Saturday afternoon about 3pm. It was a very stressful situation as the temperature was in the mid 90's and over 100 in our car. The only service station that seems to be open on Saturdays is Firestone and we were very thankful they were. The staff and Service Manager (Justin) were very professional, nice, and truthful. They told us there would be a 50/50 chance our car would run after they put on the timing belt. All the rental car companies away from the airport were closed by the time we needed a way home and they had one of their service men (wish I remembered his name because he was also very friendly) drive us to the airport. We got a car at Firestone's rental rate which I am sure was a considerable savings. When we went to pick up the car on Monday not only was it fixed and running to our relief but the repairs were less then originally estimated. They made a stressful situation much better for us. I recommend them very highly. And they changed the oil for us too boot.

My husband travels often and the car only ever breaks down while he's away! So many friends worry about being taken advantage of if they have to take a car to be serviced. That is never a worry with Bill. He looks out for my safety and knows that my children ride in my car everyday but never pressures me into spending money on things that are not necessary.

I took my car to get an oil change. When I could pick my car of I have some personal items missing. My car was in their parking lot unlocked. When I asked someone about the nissing items they acted like it was no big deal. Also where my items where missing someone left some tools behind.I had to go through hoops and still never really got anything resolved. I will never go back and will never suggest for anyone to go there unless you want to be treated badly. They are VERY rude and disrespectful.

They fixed what needed to be done and did a great job. I was a bit surprised when they recommended work that I knew had been done less than a year ago and didn't need fixing. If I didn't know any better I may have agreed to it and spent almost $800 on something that didn't need fixing.
