We have been coming to this Firestone branch for 20+ years. Their customer service is excellent. The sales associates are professional, knowledge, and patiently explain everything. The prices are competitive and they offer coupons.

The guys easily could have justified asking us to wait a day, since we arrived extremely late and they had a full set of customers and short staff. But with a great attitude they took us in and finished our allignment expeditiously and well. They really helped with our family schedule by going a bit overtime to work us in. Nice respectful staff.

Do not go here. Ive gotten 4 tires over the years placed onto my vehicle, two at a time meaning there were 2 visits. This visit, my third for another set of tires, was started off with a swindling sales agent who placed tire protection on my order causing the bill to rise by almost $100.00. Had I not known what I usually pay for my tires I would have been conned and not even known it. I had a discussion with the sales clerk as well about putting the new tires on the back, and the back being rotated to the front. ( replacing the front tires on this visit). He assured me that would be done, and when I picked the vehicle up you can guess where the new tires were, on the front. Maybe better luck at the other Warwick Firestone Location. Ive never had any issue with Firestone in Georgia where I got the first two visits done but whatever you do avoid this place.

I always take my vehicles to Firestone for a complete inspection prior to purchasing the vehicles. They have always done a thorough job of letting me know what the hidden problems are and the potential problems. I trust Firestone; they give me a piece of mind!

I got a great deal on my second set of tires Jeff was amazing but the technicians that worked on my car screwed up both times, my center Nissan cap wasn't put on & is now lost, also he didn't bother to replace the valve stem cap, one of the tires wasn't sealed properly & began going flat immediately!! :( very disappointed!!

I was a walk in at the Warwick mall store. Oil change, tire rotation and 4 wheel line up. The service tech showed an issue with the front wheel baring that was making some noise. All this was done in the most professional way. The sales man didn't try to sell me on a bunch of junk that I didn't need, though he did advise me of things to look for in the up coming visits. Thank you, see you next time I need oil etc... loyal customer J Caruso.

When I arrived I was told my tires were discontinued and they would "Discount" me a better set that also cost more. I did not like that as I had confirmed BEFORE my appointment.

I was very pleased with the quick and efficient service I received!! I call regarding an inspection, was told to come on in and was quoted about 1 1/2 hr for completion but was called about 45 min later that my car was done!!! Thanks for making my day a little less rushed :)

Chain auto repair stores are only as good as their manager. When I started going to Firestone in the Warwick Mall there was a great manager. he is no longer there. I brought my car in for tire changeover and requested they check my blower motor and resistor for loose connection as it would cut out on me periodically. If I hit a bump in the road it would turn back on. Had this same problem last two years and each time they corrected it (Firestone) by tightening connections. I also asked for an oil change and new wiper blades. I waited for about 20 minutes. they came out and told me I needed two new struts in the front for a cost of over $600. the guy said to me ... " I see you have a Firestone credit card " .... (yeah, with a ZERO balance !) Anyway, without knowing any better I said ok. he told me it would take a couple of hours to get parts and do the work so I went into the mall. Came back to get the car. Paid the bill with my credit card. Asked about my blower issue and guy told me they didn't check it out because "your heat is working " AARGH ! He obviously did NOT listen to a word I said when I brought the car in. I was so mad I just left. When I got home and checked the bill ..... NO wiper blades AND he did a "check engine light" but did not bother to tell me what the codes were. I am still mad. I did not want to have to drive the 30 miles back to his shop so I went to a local mechanic. He "listened" to me when I described the issue ..... blower doesn't always work ; hit a bump and it will come back on .." (I did not tell him about Firestone issue). In twenty minutes he came out and told me it was all set .... I just had some "loose connections on the resister and the blower motor". Cost: $70 - for "diagnosis and repair". So ...... I don't know how you can get a Firestone employee to listen to the customer but they would be advised to do so. I now have to say that this particular franchise is horrible. If you can find one with a good manager, you will probably be ok.

Warwick Mall Firestone is one of a kind! To find a trustworthy business to take your car for service who exhibits integrity, honesty and compassion/caring for its customers is a rare find. The employees at this Firestone were truly knowledgeable, professional, courteous representatives of FIrestone and management should really value them. I give credit to Firestone management, too, as the employees often reflect the culture of the organization. So many of us have had bad experiences with auto repair in the past, so it is refreshing to find a place to take your car where you feel that your concerns are addressed and that the technicians are being HONEST with you. I won't take my care anyplace else unless this Firestone tells me they don't have the ability to do the work necessary for my car. They are top-notch!

I am thankful for the speedy service, but the technician who serviced my car should have thought a bit about cleaning his / her hands before opening the door, sitting in the seat, and doing whatever else was done to leave oil all over the inside and outside of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Unfortunately it was after dark when I picked up my Jeep and did not notice the oil smears until the next morning just before leaving on a weekend trip. There was oil on the door jamb, the side of the window, along the chrome trim, and outside door handle. There was oil on the inside door handle, steering wheel and shift knob.

Went in for an inspection and tire rotation. I knew that the rear brake pads were worn. They did the inspection rotation and my brakes in a quick timely manner. Only issue is I never received my receipt via email like I requested

Since moving to RI 3 years ago I have been bringing my truck to this Firestone location. The guys there are always very friendly, accommodate my last minute scheduling and explain in detail anything that needs to be done in addition to my original visit. They are very good at walking me through and showing me why things need to be done. I bring my truck here for anything that doesn't require the dealership and haven't had any issues.

I had a rubbing sound on the real wheel. the manager of tire sales, Alexander gave me wonderful service. He took the time to explain to me the problem and my options. Then he worked with me to figure out what solution best solved my problem. I felt like he took way more than the normal time and kept checking and explaining things over the course of the service and reassured me that it would be taken care of. He gave me probably the best service center experience I can remember. As a older widow, I have to be careful. Many times i have had customer service people tell me that I needed very expensive repairs that were unnecessary. I know that I can trust this service center to be honest with the appraisal and work me with to make the repairs done in a timely manner. I have used this Firestone Service Center many times in the last two years and would not think of going anywhere else for a service that they can do. I feel like I have developed a relationship with the staff and they treat me like a VIP. I usually wait in the service center and observe that they seem to treat other customer that way too. I also what to give a kudos to Nick the Service Manager. He took the time to come into the customer service area and help us to figure out the best way to fix my car and even ordered the parts while I was there. I always recommend Places where I got a great customer experience to my friends. They do the same for me. I definitely based on my experience would recommend Firestone at Warwick Mall to my friends even if they do not need service right now. I know they will need it later.

My wife took our 2004 Honda Pilot in to have some diagnostics run after we did a DYI timing belt kit replacement. There was a low idle and a code being thrown that we couldn't figure out. After the check, the rep told my wife that the timing was dead on but that we either needed to replace all of the coils ($800 worth of work) or our engine was bad and we needed to replace it ($$$$$). I was obviously skeptical with that diagnosis so I got a 2nd opinion from a shop that a friend referred me to and after some simple diagnostics they determined it was a bad PC Valve that cost us $80. The car runs perfectly now. One of two things happened here; either they attempted to take advantage of my wife and run up a bill or there is a serious knowledge dificiency in the shop that needs to be addressed immediately. If I hadn't already purchased lifetime balance and rotation for both my vehicles from this shop, I'd never return. I would have a hard time referring anyone here for any kind of repair needs.

Had brakes put in last May'14. Squeaked immediately and brought the car back. Problem appeared to be fixed. My car has been squeaking again. Have brought it back several times. The squeaks stop when they service it but start back again by the time I get home. I am frustrated and i don't believe they know what is causing the problem. Now what? The noise is embarrassing. I would like to hear from someone.

I drive a BMW X5 in need of tires. The technician correctly informed me that I needed a full set, not just back tires. He came out to inspect my vehicle and made a recommendation. I got the tires that I needed, and am very happy.

I setup an appointment for 1:00pm and it took them until 3:15 never notifying me of progress in between. When I returned to pickup my vehicle I found that it was not aligned like I asked so I had to wait another hour for that to be done. Also the price on the package that I asked for was quoted wrong and it costed me $100 more than they quoted me on. All the employees but the manager are cocky and rude, the manager seemed to be the only decent employee there. I will NEVER be back at this facility again!.

Provided sound advice regarding my online tire selection being not the right choice for my SUV and recommended a better tire at same price point rather than up selling me beyond what I wanted to pay for purchase and install of 4 new tires. In other words I didn't feel pressured into something I didn't need. Rare these days especially for a woman!

Firestone has been getting worse and worse. Got charged $700+ for replacement of a solenoid to fix a check engine problem. Still have the problem. Won't pass inspection. Took it somewhere else and he found the problem.

I felt that while the service was good, that the gentleman at the desk was rather condescending when speaking to me. Basically said you have an oil leak from somewhere and you need to take it to a dealer. Yet they did an oil change. Why would you do an oil change if I have a severe oil leak.

I have been a customer since 1982. A while ago, I brought my car in because there was a whining noise in the engine. I thought it might be the serpentine belt. They checked out the car and informed me that the serpentine belt was fine and the power steering unit was low and they added fluid. A less honest garage could have replaced the serpentine belt or worse not replace it and charge me for it. They have done a lot of work for me in the past and if there was ever a problem they have always managed to make it good.
