My experience with Firestone in Warwick was a complete was of my time. I made an appointment that was not honored the first time and received my vehicle back not completely finished. Then made a second appointment to complete the held over issue, only to have another 1.5 hours wasted only to be told then they were unable to even do the repair. By the way, the repair was a simple weld of a muffler clamp. First time I left the car there the technician did not have a helmet for welding. The second time I waited there because he was suppose to have the helmet - he forgot to bring it. Once he returned with the helmet, I was later told they did not have the proper wire to weld with. Unbelievable incompetence and a complete lack of consideration for a customers time.

You can't beat this Firestone store! I brought my son's Jeep there with a flat that needed to be fixed and they stayed open just to fix it and get him back on the road. Last night they did the same thing for me and my Jeep! I even showed up with my dog and they welcomed him to stay and wait during the repair. I can not say enough about Firestone on Post Road except that they are the BEST!! Thank you Charlie and your staff!!

I was a customer of Firestone Warwick for years. I walked in Friday to have a simple break light fix and was almost scammed for over $100!!! When the manager came out, he said the cashier was new, and the actual price was $30. A 70% increase in mistake and no apology, and when I went on about the fact that I almost ran my credit card the manager seemed to care less and just wanted to walk back to his office. The employee, Kevin, laughed at me. I called later to complain and spoke with Nick, the service manager. He listened to my frustration as a woman having 2 men stand there and act callus and laugh at you. He refunded me, and he apologized. I will NEVER return to Firestone, I will call the BBB to complain about Kevin and Jay trying to pull a Bait and switch and I will let my family and friends know about my experience. At least you have one decent and professional employee there. Thank you, Nick, for listening.

Every time I have been there Chic Pannone and his service team have been nothing but helpful. They have repaired my car without any problems. And did not try to sell me something I didn't need.they also took the time to explain any and all repairs. Thank you for great service!

I went in early in the morning for quite on replacing a tire. The manager contacted me promptly to show me the dangerously low wear on the tires on my wife's car. Apparently we have needed new tires for some time now. The car is riding so much better now.

I used them for an oil change on Black Friday! I had an appointment set up but they couldn't seem to find it in the system. They were able to get my car in the garage within 30 mins and it was done another 20 or so mins after that. I was pleased with the services they provided me with and customer service was amazing. The car was able to been seen pretty quickly even though they had a full garage and other cars waiting as well. Thanks guys! I will definitely come back again. Just wished I lived closer to Warwick. (I'm in RIchmond, Rhode Island)

I used them about a week ago for an oil change. I called first to ask about an appointment, was told that I didn't need one as long as I was thereby a certain time, which I was, in fact, I was early. I had asked about a coupon while on the phone and was told they would take care of me, I didn't need one. As the man was writing up my oil change, the manager came out, looked at it and said in a low voice that they couldn't do that, too busy. Never once did he, the manager, address me. It was like I wasn't even there. So I spoke up and explained everything that had transpired on the phone, including the coupon. He wrote everything up and gave it to me to sign which I refused to because he hadn't entered the coupon. When I requested him to reprint it he told me he couldn't. Then he kept telling me how a couple of employees and called out sick and it was going to be a very long wait. There were three of us in the waiting room, it was not full. Actually it only took about 45 minutes. They came out and asked if I wanted the battery cleaned because if corrosian for $9.99 to which I said yes. Now today 11/17/15 the battery was dead. Had to call AAA. They found it wasn't the battery but one of the cables that had not been outback on properly. Before that I called Firestone about a battery and the price. I started to tell Charlie about it but he didn't want to hear about it, he interrupted me twice. After I found out what was really wrong with the battery, I had my husband call Firestone. He was lucky and got to talk to Jason who I think is the nicest one there and also the most knowledgeable. At least he wasn't rudely interrupted, he got to tell Jason the entire story.

Chick runs a tight ship, he makes sure you are in and out with a minimal wait time. He also is fair and accurate on his service recommendations. No one likes to have their car serviced, but I like going there.

I've been going there on and off for a while no. The manager always knows my name and everything they have done to any of my vehicles with out looking it up on his pc. That's impressive. They always do a great job and never try and sell me rear shocks when I went in for a water pump.

I brought my car in for a flat repair and oil change. They did the oil change but my tire needed to be ordered. When I picked up my car, I noticed that I didn't get my oil change sticker. I called and was told the oil change was completed but they forgot the sticker. They would replace it the following day when they put the tire on. Unfortunately I didn't pick the car up to notice the sticker was still missing the second time around. I guess I'll just have to wait for my vehicle to tell me it's time for an oil change.

Had to get a new front drivers side tire. Had it towed to Firestone, and they fixed it within a couple hours for a decent price. I'd mentioned that I thought the wheel may need to be replaced, as it had been driven on while the tire was flat. I got a call saying the car was done so I went and picked it up. Later that day the brand new tire was flat. Filled it up and it was flat by the next morning. I called Firestone and asked if the wheel had been replaced, and they told me it hadn't, because they don't have them in stock (I find it odd that a tire place doesn't have wheels, but whatever) -- I drove the car, on the rim, back to Firestone and asked why it kept going flat. They took a look at it and determined that there was some corrosion on the wheel that was causing the tire to go flat. They fixed it for no charge. It wasn't an awful experience by any stretch, the work was done quickly and for a fair price, I just wish it had been done right the first time.

5 hour wait. Had called in to make an appointment and was told to bring car in at any time. Came in on Sunday, 8AM as did eight other people! I had to wait for my car to be serviced....could not just drop it off. Break job,pads, As I waited, other people came in to have their cars serviced and were done before me. Obviously, they must have had appointments.. At 1PM (the last person left in the waiting room) I was able to walk out the door and get my car. Not once did the service rep explain the long wait or apologize as I sat patiently, reading and listening to that blaring TV! I felt like a very UNIMPORTANT customer . The reason for the three stars instead of one? When I was not given any kind of a promotion discount on my $824 bill, Kevin reminded me that I had 6 months free interest on the Firestone charge card that I had just opened. Hmmmm. I could have paid my bill in full with my own debit card..... So since I could not get any of the discounts on line (which I was declined) I walked out of there a very angry, disappointed, and hungry customer. 5 bloody hours! The only saving grace?..........w a I t.......wait for it...........Kevin called back later with a 10% discount on my bill. Apparently he forgot to add the discount that went along with opening a charge.That call saved me from staying in a bad mood for what was left of the day.

I'd like to start by saying I'm in the Navy and I was on my way from Connecticut to Portsmouth, NH to reconnect with my boat. Along the way my radiator blew up and I had to be back by the following morning. It was 530 on a Friday afternoon and I figured I was stuck. My car was taken to this Firestone location on Post Road in Warwick, Rhode Island. I was immediately received and the repair process started fast. Rich, my technician was prompt with the repairs and finished incredibly fast. He was welcoming and seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He explained what needed to be done in a way I could understand and he didn't make the problem seem bigger than it was. I was truly impressed by the team there, who was very professional, but the service by Rich topped it off. I was in and out with a brand new radiator in an hour and I was able to make it to my boat in still timely manner. If it wasn't for this location and this crew I would have been late. My endless appreciation and gratitude is extended to this store and even more so to Rich, my technician. Thank you very much and I hope you know that I'm truly grateful.

Was told my battery needed to be replaced soon. I explained the battery was just about 3 months old. They printed out a battery readout so I could give it to Auto Zone where I purchased the battery. Turns out that printout didn't even match the battery installed in my car. How does that even happen? However Firestone was the only one willing to do an inspection on my car without an appointment. For this I was grateful.

I put my suv in for scheduled service, they weren't ready for it, did not do the work after having it all day, said the car would be fine until it was convenient for me to bring it back in then it died on the highway shortly after due to the work not being done.

The staff is always helpful. They get us in quickly, do the work correctly, and always provide options. They do great tire work as well as other repairs and maintenance. On multiple occasions I have come in within an hour of closing with a flat and they have fixed it. They stand behind their road hazard guarantees,and do not try to up charge or add-on. Their rates are fair and in line with the amount of time necessary to do the work. Chuck runs a tight ship. I tend to mistrust most auto-repair shops, or am disappointed in turnaround time. I have never had a complaint about my experiences with this Firestone location. Kudos!

Sadly, I have moved to Virginia and no longer visit this firestone in Warwick RI. Since I started going there in 2007, the managers and all associates have been helpful and spot-on in their services! The minute I walked in the door, they knew my first name and what car I had. They kept my 1997 Acura, 2007 Kia, 2011 Kia, and 2013 Kia all running smoothly and kept track of my new purchases. Suggestions were made as to what services and maintenance should be performed, and they have always done thorough inspections!

My husband and I bring all four of our vehicles to Firestone for service. Chic and his team are always very accommodating of our schedules and try to get us in and out when possible. We never show up to a mysterious costly repair. Anytime we get service done, if anything comes up unanticipated we get a call first before work is done and that matters a lot. I've used their service for over 10 yr's and I'm very dissatisfied. After not putting oil in my vehicle and my motor had gone. Almost a yr after that charge me for an oil change and never changed the oil. They were more concerned with selling me tires than the safety of my vehicle.
