Took my daughters car in for an oil change and 2 from struts. They did a good job on the struts but I am going to have to take the car back it is still a little out of alignment, and it still pulls to the left, which is the original reason why I took it in.

the store manager was very unprofessional and very uncaring about the error made in my car care ..he wouldnt give me the number for the corporate said they dont give it out...several error the mechanic michael left the oil dip stick out and started the car and sprayed oil all over my engine and other items under the hood ..he didnt fill up my washer fluid and said he did it was empty and very dry inside the container...i had to talk to randy another mechanic that took care of my car before and he corrected all the errors...all the store manager said was u want to fight with me and u want me to fire the mechanic and none of that was mentioned...i had a great inservice done to my car and then i was not treated respectfully...all the store manager could say was you complained the last time u were here for waiting 2 hrs for an appointment time for oilchange and the clerk guy was sent back to find out what was going on and came back to the deck and never talked to me ...the store manager didnt take care of this mess like he said randy did and he is a treasure and hard worker...i wasnt looking for a fight looking for justice and the last words from store manager was i guess we cant service u needs all the wrong answer he should be fired

Took a tire in that had a nail in it. They patched it, I brought it home, put back on the car. Had to put air in it the second day, took it back on the third day. Picked it up, took it home, put back on car, still leaking. It cost about $35.00 the first time, nothing the second time. The only thing done to it the second time was they added air. The valve stem according to them is to be changed each time they break the tire down. The second time I picked the tire up, it had the same stem as before, so apparently it was not broken down and fixed as they said it was supposed to have been.

I was hearing some noise from the rear of my vehicle and was feeling a slight sway. I had recently had to have bearing replaced in the front of the vehicle so I was concerned I might need something fixed in the rear. The technician looked my car over completely and assured me that it was tire noise and pointed out a few slight issues that would need attention at a later date. They did not try to sell me something I didn't need. I was very please with their thoroughness and honesty.

The crew accidentally damaged a part underneath my vehicle while working. It could have easily been not mentioned and corrected as it was damage I would not have initially noticed. Other shops might have let it slip by without mentioning to the customer or taken responsibility for it. Firestone not only told me about the accident, they also replaced the part at no additional cost. On top of that, they knocked off some of the price of the front end alignment since I had been waiting for most of the day. Thanks Firestone!!!

I got 4 new tires, alignment and an oil change here. They were able to match prices for me and give me a discount on a better (firestone) tire. Unfortunately I had a tire pressure sensor go out on one of the tires after I got them replaced, but they fixed it hassle free at no cost to me. They have a very good manager there and I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs their car serviced!

Stopped in yesterday, 8/3/15, was informed they could check out my car and have it ready by EOD 8/4/15. I was informed to drop the car off at 8am on 8/4/15, which i did. Informed them that I was leaving town on 8/5/15 at 7am. Called today, 8/4/15, at 4:30pm since I had not received a call regarding the vehicle. Was informed they had not even looked at it yet. After another call was informed it couldn't be done today. Picked up the vehicle today and will never return to Firestone. Not only will I never return to Firestone, I will be sure to inform the 50+ family/friends in the area of the service practices at Firestone. I have spent thousands of dollars at Firestone on the upkeep of vehicles. NO MORE! I would provide you with the answer to 'what type of service was performed' below, but since no type of service was provided I can't.

I had an appointment to get 4 new tires. Had a quote which was given to me over the phone when I made the appointment. My "service" took 2.5 hours, only 1 mechanic on duty (admitted they were down a guy), surprise/hidden costs, and tried to tell me there was a problem with my oil. When I presented a receipt from Toyota showing that I'd had my oil changed THE DAY PRIOR, miraculously, they were mistaken and the problem no longer existed. Complete disregard for extreme amount of time my "service" took and were completely non-apologetic. Guy on desk was more interested in talking with his buddy who'd been hanging out in reception since I got there. Their being under-staffed was my problem, not theirs apparently. On a $600 invoice they gave me a whopping $20 discount for "customer satisfaction". Customer is not satisfied! The $20 was a slap in the face. The 2.5 hours left sitting in the waiting area was further intensified by the fact that the TV was set on a fishing show, the magazines available were all hunting related, and the free wi-fi was non-operational. The only way to pass the EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME was to sit and fume about how long everything was taking, how they left me feeling as though they didn't consider my time as valuable as their $90/hr mechanic (who worked on at least 2 other cars while he should have been working on mine), that they were trying to con me with non-existent problems, and that I was being overcharged. I will NEVER return to this Firestone location... or ANY Firestone location. Horrible experience!

I took my vehicle to Firestone in Springfield, Ohio because it was starting only intermittently. The service people helping me seemed to not care about my individual problem, but were quick to provide me with quotes for plenty of parts and labor. After two separate attempts, they were unable to provide me with an accurate diagnostic of the cause of the problem. I took my vehicle home, did some research, purchased a $60 part (that they wanted to charge me $100 for + labor fees), and installed it myself in less than an hour. I'm no automobile mechanic, but I'm also no dummy. I won't even take my cars there with coupons and discounts in the future.

While Firestone has always been friendly and courteous to my family I sometimes question their knowledge. My fuel gage wasn't working and I was charged approx. $2,000 to replace the fuel pump and it still doesn't always read correctly. I took it back but they said they can't find out what is wrong with it unless it's reading incorrectly for them. I also had another appointment for this to be reviewed but Firestone canceled on me because their tech did not show up. I wish this would have been fixed correctly the 1st or 2nd time I took it in, especially since it was so expensive, as I live in Dayton and have a young baby, so it is difficult for me to get car work like this performed. It's very frustrating to not know any given day as to whether my fuel gage is going to read correctly.

I use the for oil changes, the only downside is the wait for an appointment and prices. They seem to be always backed up for appts. I also had some suspension work completed under my car, the only issue I had with this work was the price. Their services are a bit pricey.

Great deal! Just didnt like that they didnt call when my car was ready! Was waiting around all day fir them to call. Dropped off at 0715 n they were starting right away. Left them a # to call when done n finally decided to go at 545pm n the tech said the first shift guys must have forgot to call me!

I had a 10:00 AM appointment, but the store was either understaffed or had scheduled more than they could handle with the staff on duty. The didn't even start work on my vehicle until 10:45 AM. I don't know about the person reading this review, but my time is valuable and 45 minutes is a lot of time to be waiting when I have other things to do. In addition, when the store is this far behind on it's scheduled appointments, I question if the techs do a rush job and don't provide a competent service.

I go to Firestone with all of my tire needs for a couple reasons. 1) They used to do a great job for less money than their competition. 2) All my cars have a lifetime alignment, balancing, tire rotation agreement with them. The service used to be prompt and they were people of their word and if there was a problem they would bend over backward to make you happy but now they don't care if you are happy. The time before last I had to pay for my wheels to be balanced and they told me my car would be done in a couple hours. I needed two new tires, an all wheel alignment and all four wheels balanced. They had my car ten hours and then told me they needed to keep it overnight because the alignment guy went home. Really!? So the next day i was assured it would be the first car in and they finally got it done at noon! Then I leave on my trip straight from there only to find out they didn't balance any of the wheels. After I had paid for the service, I was outraged. The best they could do for me was for me to bring in the car and they would do the service that was not done. Then just the other day I took my truck in to have some preventative maintenance done on it. I dropped it off at three o'clock in the afternoon and the manager assured me it would be done before they closed at seven. at 6:15 I called to check on it and they hadn't started on it. The manager again assured me it would be done by seven. I went into the store at five minutes to seven to pick it up and they had just started. It was another forty-five minutes before I left. There were two managers standing in the lobby talking when I got there and they were making excuses why the one tech was so far behind. I said why is he the only guy here working? It just seems they should have been helping if he was indeed that far behind. Why do they only have one tech with two managers in the store? These are all things that make absolutely no sense. Both managers are friendly and seem concerned about you but not concerned enough to go get your car fixed.

I asked them to top off my windshield washer fluid, check my spare tire under the SUV and tell me what condition it is. They did not do any of these things when they put on my two front tires. They told me it would take 2 hours to put on two new tires and I had an appointment. This is unacceptable and then to get back in the car and hear the alarm ringing about the washer fluid, I was upset, still upset and the tires are horrible I hate the ride, it's loud, bumpy and I have to live with it.
