Ricky lied about an oil leak and didn't know that the previous recommended work had been completed just as of Monday. These guys who are just looking to make a quota, will say and do anything to make a dishonest buck.

It was a good experience. I had unexpected repairs outside of original reason for visit & I was pleased to not feel pressure to add on expenses. The associate was informative & provided information that allowed me to make an informed decision. It was a good experience & I am glad I got all necessary repairs done.

Everyone from the front desk check in to the mechanics were awsome. Front desk gentleman was able to answer several question I had regarding what services I needed. The mechanics completed my car care in a timely manner, I was not sitting around for hours waiting!!

I was their last Saturday for a routine oil change, and a full car inspection. They had changed my air filter after doing the inspection. Day after my starter goes. Coincidence, sabotage, or poor inspection done.

The guys at the New Hope Rd. store were very friendly and accommodating. They made me feel comfortable while I was there which came in handy when I had to come back 2 more times to have them attempt to fix my original issue again. After telling me I had to have a valve cover gasket replaced, and doing the work, I drove my "repaired" car home only to find that my engine was smoking heavily due to the fact that oil was still spewing out from around the gasket. I took my car right back and they confirmed that the valve cover was not tightened properly. After they apparently fixed this, I drove home and checked my engine again to find that now oil was still spewing out of two areas from around the gasket. I took my car back and they spent 2 hrs working on it and finally got it to stop leaking oil. With that said, again the guys were very friendly and welcoming and did do the work faster than I was expecting which was nice. In summary, they got the job done but there was a lack of pride from the employees to ensure the job was done right the first time. It was obvious that there was a lack of accountability within the workers there which gives the customer the feeling that they are only there to take our money and not really fix the problems we are having with our vehicles.

I needed to get a good deal on new tires and was surprised by the service. The Service Manager was very polite and the Tech was fast. Professional auto care team that does a great job. .

I went there for an inspection. Was told that my license plate bulbs and 3rd brake light was out.he said they were aftermarket and he didn't know if he had them.I wasn't given any options.so I said "fail me " and I took the car home.I was able to replace the bad bulbs with working interior bulbs.It took ten minutes. I went back the next day and there was confusion as to whether they would look at the car.I felt that since all you had to do was see if the lights come on it should have been handled right away.apparently it had to be the same guy that looked at my car before. Anyway it wound it being pretty quick.My general complaint is that the mechanic should have either switched the bulbs for me the first time or had them in stock.

I went in last week and got much needed services. I had forgotten that it was past due for me to have my brake fluid flushed and they reminded me. So glad they did, because my fluid was extremely dirty.

I have used this location twice for basic services: once for an oil change and then for an oil change with tire rotation. In spite of having well-defined appointments in each case, I spent over 2 hours there each time. The Firestone personnel in charge there seem personable enough but a bit clueless regarding customer satisfaction. No apologies orreasons were given for these wait times.

I moved to in Raleigh in 2008 realized I needed my car inspected. I looked around at a number of businesses in the area as I drove down Capital Blvd. Then I saw those famous words 'Firestone'. I went in and never left. The front line guys and technicans have always been fair. They have never tried to over sale me. A woman wants to be treated with respect and fairness.

I have been two times to get an oil change. The staff are extremely friendly, always polite. Advise me of things that could be done to make my car run more efficiently. While the process of the oil change are agreeable, some of the other services are way over priced. But overall I have been pleased 100%

Went online to get a coupon for oill change & lube. Was able to schedule within 2 hours. Met salesman who offered his help. Told him what I needed and as we were reviewing my chart, he noticed that a tire rotation was overdue which I agreed to. Asked him about the problem with my wipers. He showed me what the problem appeared to be and then showed my how the more expensive wipers would solve the issue. I agreed, with the stipulation that if the problem persisted, he would replace with another less expensive pair or give my old wipers back. Problem solved! Great experience, and that is why I continue the service of both of my cars at this location. Even my daughter has her car cared for by Firestone and has had many happy experiences with her local dealer. I took her to Firestone for her first set of tires. (Had to pay for those back then!
