With the sudden cold snap, I needed to replace the battery on my Honda CR-V fast. I was traveling out of town, shopped the website, found the Santa Fe store, and booked an appointment. They were fast and friendly and finished the job in a half hour. I was very pleased. If you use the website, you might want to continue reading. While chatting with the sales advisor, I found out that the main website does not check local store appointments or inventory before scheduling the appointment. If you use the website and you are tight on time, check with the store and make sure you have not been double booked. In my case, all was good and no problem occurred; but it would have been really annoying if I drove into town to find that there was no technician or parts available.

The staff here has a great customer service attitude. This is my second time there, once for tyre repair and today for a new battery and installation. Excellent service.

They said it opens at 9 on Sundays, I've waited from till 9:30, then the manager shows up. Also I've made an online appointment and when I explained this to the manager, he says they don't online appointments to this center and keeps me waited for 2 hours. So I've waited 3 hours on the whole to get an oil & filter change to my car!!!

My appointment was set for 11:00, I was told by the manager that they did not have an apt for me! Showed him my 4 reminder notifications. He then said he only had one mechanic and one car ahead of me. Left the car off and returned at 2: car was not ready till 3:30.

Todd at your location on St. Francis Drive in Santa Fe, NM is very knowledgable and hard working. I bought new tires and a battery. My only complaint is that the machine that checks the front end alignment (included in replacing the tires) wasn't working which means another 40 mile future trip to have this done.

I had bought a set of tires first from Firestone in 2011, and return for another set in 2014. Since I had been there before, the service man was able to pull up my info on the computer instantly. And before I knew it, I had a new set of those great tires on my car.

has been going to this location for over 20 years. No with different management and under firestone instead of expert tire there are many good things to say about the service but it seems every time I bring a car in, some small but thing is forgotten, not inspected, or unscrewed. To be fair, Teo and Robert bend over backward to help in a pinch and often throw in little freebies to help cut the costs, so, it all balances out in the end. It is convenient to have their credit card because I don't often have hundreds of dollars on hand to pay for a repair. On the other hand, I would prefer to take my Subaru to a Subaru expert so the little things are not left undone.

I always get the specials. They get me in and out for a decent price. All the guys have done such a great job on my car. One time I was coming in from out of town late and needed my vehicle serviced before going on a trip. They got me in an out and on my way. I also bought my tires from them. They helped me pick out the best for my vehicle. I would buy from them again.
