Bought full set of tires for '07 Tacoma and store rep Kris was a gem to work with. She found what I needed, had it sent to the store same day and worked with me on getting a great deal with warranty.

Appauled at the work done to my car at this location. I went in for an alignment and the techniciain felt the need to joy ride my car before and after. My car has an aftermarket exhaust and I could hear him romp on the accelerator leaving and around the block as he "test drove" my car for an alignment. I told the service writer about it and he said nothing to me in response. On top of that they left a section of the alignment "front caster" in the yellow instead of moving it into the green like everything else. I would NOT recommend Firestone in Cottonwood to anyone!

Performed an alignment on my vehicle. Did a great job and also took the time to show me some components that were worn and needed replacing. They didn't try to pressure me into any work as I explained that I would do the repairs.

Went in for new shocks and struts, the service was very good. The estimated time of repairs was six hours, but came in under 4 hours. Finally found an honest repair shop.

I had my car aligned and thought it was a great turnover time when I got a call back within an hour and told it was ready for pick up. However when I got to the location I was told it was not ready and was not able to be aligned all the way due to a bolt. They said they needed to order the bolt from another location and I would have to wait and could not take my car or they would charge me for another alignment after getting the bolt put in since it would not be covered under the warranty. I agreed to have the bolt replaced and when I came back the second time the guy said that he," found a bolt in the shop and used that one so I wouldnt get charged" I dont know that they put on the correct bolt or replaced it at all since he was not able to supply the one that was supposedly replaced but I had to pay for additional labor. Then the guy checking me out said that I wouldnt have to worry about anything later if I got the lifetime alignment service which I dont see why I would have to worry about anything since they claim they did it correctly. I dont feel comfortable with the work that was supposedly done and will have to take my car to another shop to have it inspected as I dont think finding a bolt in the shop is a good way to provide service to a customer that already agreed to pay for it to be done right. Also, you should make sure if the car is not ready that you are clear on your message instead of setting wrong expectations and making people run all over town when you could have told them over the phone.

Everyone who assists you is professional, courteous and knowledgable. The work was done on time and at the prices quoted. The facility is clean and very efficiently run. You can't go wrong trusting your car to Martin and his qualfied staff

I take my Jeep to Firestone for it's regular oil changes, and one time I had my brakes done. Being that I am a 26 y/o female who knows nothing about cars aside from how to put gas, I trust the staff there with their recommendations and suggestions with my vehicle. The only thing I don't like is I ALWAYS make an appointment for my oil changes, and even if I make appointments I'm told there is a wait still... even as long as a 2 hour wait! Isn't that the point of an appointment? Staff is always friendly, and "dumbs down" things for me when making recommendations, which I appreciate. I will continue to take my business there!

It was nice that the mechanic, John, came out to speak to me and explain exactly what they did so I understood.

Unfortunately, the mechanic got grease all over the replacement light bulb I had installed; so it burned out after a day. The only consolation was that the service was free since it took over two hours to have this done. I went across the street, paid a negligible amount more and have a fully warrantied bulb in my car now. What a shame.

I was overdue replacing my f-150 tires. I stopped in to your cottonwood store in Albuquerque. The person who assisted me did a in-depth job of edplaining whaat you had to offer me once he had asked a series of questions. He was efficient and knowledge. Now this is what I expected, but where I was really impressed is when I had asked about a problem I had. With my truck is when this person really shined. You see on a f-150 there is a lock in thhe rear bumper where a rod inserts to lower your spare tire. F-150s have this problem that those locks rust in place and can't come out. I had spoke to a ford dealer and it would cost over $100 for them to work the problem out. I mentioned this problem to the person (I can't rember his name, but I'm sure he was one of you managers or at least a supervisor). He looked at the lock and problem and said he could fix it. He spent about 15 minutes spraying the lock both behind the bumper and inside the lock. After several tries with the key, the lock came out. He wiped the bumper and lock and it workrd perfectly. Now this employee of yours went above and beyond and made no profit in doing so, except for winning a custom for life. I only wish I knew his name so you could give him appropriate credit. I bought my first tires from firestone when I was 21, when I got back from Vietnam, 57 years ago. Since then I have had firestone change my oil only a few times, but from now on you have me permanently. By the way you store is very comfortable and friendly as well. Thank you!

I was.told I needed a new water pump and timing belt after walking out.in the bay and seeing the belt first hand it was still fairly good with no cracks or heavy signs of wear and same with water pump I dropped over $1400 on that job and didn't even need it then a few later had a oil change in which I got blend for $20 I was told I would have to sign a waver because it didn't meet my OEM specs I called the OEM in which they told me I could use any oil I choose Sometimes they fall short on what they think your car needs just be weary on what they say because sometimes they are wrong
