It was my truck my fiance` drive it was more of her. We went in with a Screw in my tire. I go to Wall branch store. Since she works in Old Bridge and I work in Metuchen and take train into NY. Wall sent me direct to Freehold because it was closer. Store was extremely busy and phones kept ringing. Unfortunately it was the last day of the month. She did not get out of work until after 6 usually it's 4:45. We go there tell them Wall sent us which didn't sit wel since they were busy. We got the store should of called us to expect you. There was no way we would have taken gotten the truck to the Wall store before 7. We stood there for about 1/2hr to 45 minutes waiting because again they were still extremely busy and the phones kept ringing. Was told we don't that size Firestone Truck tire. What was nice was they did put my spare on but I had to leave the tire to have new one put on the rim. She back the next day they were still busy with phones. The tech assisting me had the guy in the store yelling I am with a customer and have 2 calls on hold. So the tech had to stop working on my car to come in just to answer the phone. But new tire was put on and spare put back under the car. Her opinion is they need a person to attend to the phones. It's kind of rude that the poor techs are assisting in store customers and having to keep telling the customer please wait I have to answer that. Then answer put the customer on the other end on hold sometimes it was longer then 5 minutes.

They worked on my car promptly but what they said was wrong with Brakes and said they fixed, didn't resolve issue. I now need to bring car back into shop.

Was recommended to the store and the service manager totally ignored my requests like I was nobody and I will never recommend anybody to that store. Asked him one simple request just threw the tire in the back of my truck and ignored what I asked him to do. I I was the owner he wouldn't work for me. I deal with customer service every day for 30 yrs so I'm pretty good at what needs to be done with customers.

There appeared to be a problem with a tire so I stopped by on my way to the market around 1:00pm. I was told they were very busy and could not tell me how long it would be. So we checked the tire to determine if I should go or stay. There was a nail and so I decided to stay. I left at 6:00 pm once the work was done. The guys were nice and truthful but this took too long.

I used Firestone a couple of weeks ago and could not be happier with the service & professionalism from the staff. I made an appt for brakes thinking i needed new ones my truck has 60K miles & recently heard some squeaking. Keith called me back after the free inspection & said my brakes were fine they just needed to be cleaned up but i had some uneven tread on my tires that cud use a realignment. Firestone could have easily said i needed a brake job. My father in law who is a gearhead was up from Fla was with me & was shocked with the honesty of the staff. I found my auto care shop!

Went in for noise coming from tires walked out with brand new breaks and still noise coming from tire. Not very happy won't go back

on Dec 12/7/2014 my check engine light came on and my car was running very rough. I called to make an appointment to come in right away. I was told that only one man knows how to work the diagnostic test was booked up for that day. He told me to come in the following day after 11am. I went to firestone at 11am the following day on Dec/08/2014. When I got there I was told the man who works the diagnostic machine had been on vacation and wont be back for a week!!!!!! I was told this by Stuart. He didn't understand why that man told me this. He knew who it was but wouldn't tell me his name. I was very upset so he said let me talk to the manager and see what we can do. I was told he will look at my car and come back in a few hrs. I went back and they told me the problem was a ignition coil. He said they swapped plugs and found the bad sensor and changed it. Now that sent up a red flag ? I was charged for a diagnostic test and know they didn't use it if they had to swap them around to find the bad one?????? 420.16 dollars later my car still runs bad!!!! The idle runs very rough and temp gauge is in the middle in freezing weather. My gauge was always since I owned the car at 1/4 of the way! I live on a budget and cant keep going back and forth spending this kind of money. I had to use my firestone credit card to pay for it. I am a customer in the past ,purchasing 4 tires and had service on my car and my dads car before he passed away.So as you can tell im not happy with what happened. If my car ran normal and the problem was solved I would have just let the confusion among your employees not bother me but my car is not fixed 420.16 dollars later!!!! Eleanor Smith

Everyone was very professional but ultimately the work done was not done correctly. My wife's car tire had a slow leak waiting 1.5 hours to get repaired and two days later the same tire lost pressure so the leak was not repaired correctly.

I hate it when service people try to sell me jobs that I do not need. I know when some thing is wrong with my cars, and that is when I ask for servicing. Your people did not try to push any thing on me. For that I say Thank You.

I had my front struts done and I thought they did a great job, but then the front end started making some noise it never did before. I brought it back to Firestone they checked it and said there was no noise and sent me on my way. The car still makes the noise till this day. There was absolutely no sound coming from that truck the whole ten years I've had it. Other than that I thought Firestone is still a great place to have my vehicle's serviced.

Went in to have brakes looked at and oil change after setting up an appointment. Car needed brakes, I was kept informed, suggested things I should be aware of and repairs were completed timely. Very convenient, no hassle.

With this repair I found more than just the specifics restored. But an improvement in the overhaul performance of the vehicle in which I might assert myself anticipating more enjoyment than in former years. Not a new truck but with more consistent acceleration in the timing at the manual shifting through all five of the gears; a life long memory reaching to my youth and still remember about my past as a skill. Very grateful

Yesterday I went in because a tire had low air. The guys there added the air, but noticed an issues. Because I had Road Hazard, they fixed the leak for free. In addition, they prepared a quote to buy new tires as mine were getting pretty worn. All in all, it was great that they could do things quickly and efficiently and let me prepare for the future.

you guys where going to put in a new motor when the one that was in there was not broken. i took out the motor and spun the fan and it then started to work. so i was gonna get charged around $3000 to fix something that was not broken

I had Firestone, Freehold, change my oil. Who needs ultra fancy waiting rooms and white glove service when you can get good down to earth value priced services with the job done right. Used the WIFI to do my work while waiting. Convenient to my house and work.

Sometimes it's a long wait, I understand there's nothing I can do about that. But last couple of times, the wait was not too bad. The prices are expensive, if it was cheaper, I would go here more often.

I mail ordered my tires; the installation went very smooth; I went there on Sunday afternoon; so the wait was a little long. other than that it was a great experience

Had a front brake job done months ago , soon after they started to squeel shortly after. I stopped in to have them look at it and was told I had to leave car or wait hours. Left and dropped off a few weeks later. Got a call that the noise was rear brakes. Ok sure $500 later I had new rear brakes.... 2 days later same squeel. Brought it back again had to drop off all day. Was told problem was fixed and lasted a day or so. Squeel came back. I just can't keep leaving my vehicle. I'll have to try at least one more time
