Brought vehicle in on Wednesday for "Check Engine Light". Late Wednesday afternoon I called for an update and was told they needed truck another day. Thursday someone called and said they finally got around to ordering parts, but would need another day. Friday afternoon I stopped to pick up the vehicle and was told it wasn't ready, and the service adviser could not even tell me when it would be ready. I returned from a short trip on Sunday, and was relieved to see the truck was ready. As I was driving away, I noticed the check engine was STILL ON! 5 days and you never addressed the issue that I brought it there for? I called right away, away, and the person who answered the phone put me on hold for about 10 minutes before I finally hung up. I will obviously never bring my vehicle there for service, and I will also be contacting my lease representative at Element Fleet (GE Fleet Services) to let them know you should only be paid for an oil change.

Frank Santoro, the manager at my West Flamingo Firestone Las Vegas is a sincere and hard working man who wants your service experience to be great. He is genuine to a level not seen much anymore. This man ,whom I later found out was more than 2 hours late to getting home to his wife and young children, took every chance to solve issues and help every customer without a hint of anything other than happiness. I am a new loyal customer. Thank you Frank.

Was greeted and made feel welcome, they were very thorough and attentive. The quality of work was excellent and not over priced. We won't be going anywhere else. Scott was amazing!!

I usually don't write a review but I felt it was necessary this time. I brought in my wife's Mazda 3 to have Firestone check out the brakes. The brakes just didn't "feel" right and were making squealing noises. I spoke with the store manager and he told me he would take a look at it for me quickly. Well, not only did they identify and fix the problem, the manager told me that the work performed was under warranty and there would be no cost! They very easily could have concocted a story where I would have to pay something for parts/resurfacing rotors/new type of pads/etc, especially since the original repair was done almost one year ago. Instead, they did the right thing and have made a true believer out of me. I have been coming to this Firestone on Rainbow & Warm Springs for 3 years and have always found them to be honest and fair. I will never go anywhere else for the repair of my family's vehicles. Keep up the phenomenal work!

My husband took a flat tire to get fixed. Supposedly they fixed it but woke up next morning to find it flat again. My husband is a truck driver, so he left after he got it fixed now I'm stuck with the flat tire!! The only reason we went there in the first place was because its near our house. They should come to my house to fix it!!! It's their fault!! Don't go there!!

Went in for a flat, no charge to pull nail out and patch. Gave us great low prices for truck tires, called other places, Firestone couldn't be beat.

Took car there originally for a simple basic patch and plug tire because of a screw. Had to go back two days later because it was completely flat. Yes they do open at 0700 but only for drop offs the first time I was there at 7:30 did not see a tech until 0810. They did not start on my car until 0830. Two days later now the tire is completely flat in the driveway. Called Geico road service to change the tire drove it up there got put back in a line of people waited an hour and 26 minutes for them to start to fix it even though they did not feel it was a comeback for a second repair. Over two hours later I get the car back. I wonder how they would feel if they had to call in to work a second time for a flat repair. And more of a take it or leave it, I don't care attitude from the lady advisor.

Having a Firestone run store is the best thing the company could have done. Ted Wiens has been giving Firestone a bad name for as long as I can recall and I myself have had a couple bad experiences with them. The new Firestone location opened up on rainbow here in Las Vegas and it took me a while to try them out. I have gone to this location twice now and walked out with a smile both times. Friendly, courteous and professional staff have made all the difference. From the sales reps to the technicians, you can see the difference in a company that takes pride in their work. Keep up the good work.

I paid extra for a complete service check. I asked specifically for them to look at my tires because my pressure light came on. They managed to miss the nail in my tire and the crack for my windshield wiper fluid. I paid extra for nothing, I don't think they checked anything.

I took my car to Firestone to have my battery looked at. After a cleaning was done there were still problems with the battery. Mark stayed after his shift to help me identify the problem, get the battery replaced by a nearby retailer, install the new battery, and see me on my way. He was under no obligation to do any of this and saved me more time and stress than I can even imagine. Every company needs more people like Mark!

Told me I needed work I didnt. Thanks but I'll just do it myself. Only reason I gave two stars is they only charged me $9.99 for a mis diagnosis. Overpriced price quote for parts...excessive labor quote...maybe they are good at tires...thats about all id have them do from now on.

I had an alignment and oil change. Alignment all good, but had an oil leak. Got mad and stupid, wrote a review without giving manager a chance to rectify the problem. Went to the store, problem was handled - the oil filter seal failed. Stuff happens. All good now, will continue to use the store as I have in the past.

I needed a new set of tires and talked to Mark Anderson, the store manager. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and attentive. He also gave me a really good deal on both tires and alignment. Will definitely come back.

Two weeks ago, I went to Firestone get the 4 tires on my Ford Expedition replaced. Mark who attended me gave me great service and very good prices for the tires. When serviced was completed, the tech who serviced my truck, checked me out and explain in detail what he had done. Very satisfied and happy with the service. Two days ago, 4-27, around 7 AM, I went back to have the front tire on my Mercedes E320 checked cause it was slowly leaking air. After inspecting the tire, it was determined that tire sidewall started cracking. Doug, the service person gave me 2 choices. Replace the damage tire or replace all 4 tires. He have me an estimate for one tire and another for all 4 tires. He explained the type of tires that he recommended which were the best tire suited for my car. He gave me a very good price that I decided to replace all 4 tires. I was out of there within an hour and a half. Great service. Will definitely come back and recommend to relatives and friends.

I used them almost a week ago. Service was quick, service men were nice, friendly, and pleasant. I just wished the service man checking me out would have explained what they did, what was checked as a courtesy, and what services are needed on my car. If that had been done, I would have known I needed a battery when my car wouldn't start the following morning.

I find your people there "Rude" and rushed. I gave them no reason to think I was in a hurry, but was told we're backed -up, someone didn't show up etc. I asked a question about why the advertised price for a synthetic oil change was so much (in a purely inquizative way) and was told curtly "because it's synthetic" I'm not an overly sensitive sort but I hate bad manners. I chose to go elsewhere! Will I be back? Never!

I waited for a couple of hours at the lobby and noticed that costumer service could have been better if employees were more courteous and not rude. It won't hurt if you smile a little and answer politely not making your clients feel dumb about cars. The very reason you work in an auto shop cause most likely you know more about cars.

I have been going to fire stone for the last year and have all my major repairs and all my. Oil changes done here and have spent over 4,000 dollars and then I brought my wife's 2013 ford flex limited edition in for a oil change and they tried to sell me tires and the car has 30,000 miles with low profile tires. We are not going back because of a up sale that was uncalled for . Just thought you should know this.

The staff is always willing to help and suggest alternatives for car services. The manager is another story, he brings kids to the shop, talks to you about everythjng but the work needed. When I asked to speak to manager, he just replied "you're speaking to him". I only go in for the lifetime work on my tires but I am looking to change shop.

I had bought my wheels and tires from tirerack to have firestone mount & balance them. The manager calls me saying my tires are there and that I have to pick them up. I told them I was going to have them install it there but I still got an attitude. Also had them do an alignment which I had them set to specific settings. Because of this I was charged almost $200. In the end my wheels would shake on the road which I had to go back for them to fix. My alignment went bad after 1 month as they didn't tighten one of the toe nuts I wanted to go back and cause a problem but after going back once, I would NEVER return even if they paid me to go there

Had new shocks and back break pads done on the rear of vehicle. Was told that front pads were ok. I did feel a better ride with the new shocks, however stopping was not improved with the new pads. Just a few weeks later the car starts making all sorts of noises when stopping took it back in and was told the work was still under warranty did not had to pay anything more and that whoever did it the first time did not lubricated the parts as needed. Noise is gone almost 100% stopping not there. I went here because I belive in supporting the businesses around my own comunity, will very unlikely support this one again.

The people who work here are exceptional from Tom the manager to all the shop workers. They listen to you , do not try to be pushy and oversell, just really nice people to deal with. Also they will work with you on the price if they can. It's a pleasure to do business with them.
