Ever time I go there the store manager is always in a bad mood! This is the second time I have witness this. Before you think it's me, it's not! I always go there for service and pay my bill in a orderly fashion and wait in the lobby watching tv waiting among the rest of the customers waiting for there car to be serviced. It gives a bad taste as a customer. I can understand being stressed and or tired but showing it to the customer as we go spend our hard earn money for your service is wrong! It's not my business to know whats his deal but someone needs to witness this. Also, while your being waited is it normal to hear a manager yelling to the workers in the shop behind closed door!? I also witness this and so did other customers in the lobby and same as for myself we all looked at each other shaking our heads and wondering, WOW!

I brought my car in for an A/C performance check. Then was told I needed a compressor, evaporator and drier at a cost of over $1,800.00. I took my car to another shop. They installed a compressor and with labor and refrigerant re-charge, the cost including parts AND labor was $499.00. My car is now blowing icy cold air. Don't get me wrong. The service manager at Firestone was very polite and professional in demeanor. I have no complaints about our interaction. I believe there must exist at Firestone some generic equipment requirements based upon the notion that a compressor alone can't solve an A/C issue. I didn't need the drier and evaporator. But I do understand from a corporate policy point of view why Firestone insists on such a policy.

I come to this location because of Mark Anderson. This guy knows exactly how to treat a customer. As a business owner myself I wish I had 10 employees just like him. He hands down puts the customer over the price. I live about 1 block away from the location he used to be at and he was transferred tp the rock springs location and I now travel 10+ miles to his new location just to have him and his same crew work on my car. If there is anyone that the Firestone corporate team need recognize in Las Vegas it would be this guy. I own 2 vehicles and to be honest am in the store at least once a month. I literally come back to Firestone because of this guy. When you get a car you hope that some day you will find that person you can say is "my car guy" Mark is that guy to a number of people. I know it seems like I am praising him up and down and it is because I am....this guy deserves a raise or something because it has brought thousands of dollars out of my pocket in the last couple of years into your hands 100% because of this guy. Thank you Firestone for keeping him around and hopefully realizing that Mark Anderson is an exemplary model of all that you stand for. My best, -Matthew Bentz-

First time customer at Firestone and have never experience better service in a car shop. They were there to make sure each and every customer walks out satisfied and SAFE! In all the years I had my car it's best it ever runs! From the customer service to the care I got for my car it's beyond happy!!!

I got the best deal on the highest quality tires anyone in Las Vegas offered me. And I checked with everybody. Casey, the manager went out of his way to offer me 5 star service. He went above and beyond the call of duty, came to my house, picked up my flat, brought it back to the shop, then brought the new tire back to my car and installed it so I could drive to the shop for the other 3. The service personnel were friendly, efficient and completely qualified and pointed out some serious issues with the under carriage of my car which I promptly had remedied. I should point out that their estimate was over $1,000.00 more than I was able to have all the issues resolved, but that was due to my own resourcefulness. I wouldn't necessarily call that a negative because they could not have begun to approach the resources I have available to me. I/they was/were able to do the alignment within 4 days and they promptly, courteously and professionally handled it. I must comment that with the alignment special and 12 month warranty, lifetime warranty on balancing and rotating, quality of your products and service and the courteousness, professionalism and superior communication skills of your manager and staff and because I drive 2 vehicles and 28,000 miles per year, you have made a new and permanent customer. I brought my truck in for a front end alignment. I was concerned that there may be more problems than I thought. They were very informative and guided me through service. They never tried to sell me anything other than the service I requested. They made some recommendations and then physically showed me the possible problem. I will go back and recommend the business to my friends.

I purchased the lifetime tire balance and alignment package. Every time I go to have my oil changed they perform these two jobs as well. The guys there are very courteous. The work is impeccable. I'm usually in and out in under an hour without an appointment. Keep up the good work guys

Casey and his associates went above and beyond I help us with an extenuating circumstance. I will never forget how kind and helpful they were and compassionate in our time of need. I've always had good experiences with Firestone up north but this was by far the best. Strongly recommend they give you options and tell you what priorities the repairs are. I cannot thank them enough.

I have not been to Firestone in MANY, many years. No reason, really. But just bought a 2008 Ford Escape 4 wks ago and wanted to get the oil changed and get it ready for summer!! I LOVED that I could make an appt. I had to move the appt back 1 hour and they were VERY accomodating!! I was comfortable from the minute I walked in. They updated me while I was waiting. And, they finished up 30 minutes earlier than the estimated time!! I didn't wait in the waiting room, but it's clean and they have a TV. I will definitely go back and will tell all my friends. I am looking forward to them helping me to keep my Escape in awesome shape!! And I'm happy to have found a place I feel that I can trust!!!!

Today was my 1st visit to the Firestone store and I will be returning here for ALL of my car service needs! The service manager Earl couldn't have been nicer & was so knowledgeable about my vehicle. This establishment deserves 5 Stars!

This is my 2nd visit to Firestone and both times have been unlike any visit to an automotive shop. The guys are friendly, accomodating, and respectful of time and budget. I have been to places that diagnose my car based on my wallet but not this place. They do the work that NEEDS to be done and are clear and upfront everytime. Earl, at this location, is always friendly and professional and the technicians are always courteous and professional. Highly recommend these guys.

This company is breaking the mold of what every shop should be. The manager Earl is top notch! I have lived in Las Vegas for over 22 years and have been to many crusty shops. This Firestone location will be our new partner for our business fleet to our personal vehicles. Great job Earl. Very impressed.

It has been roughly 4 months since my last visit, but every time I've gone in, my service has never been bloated or unnecessary. I understand there is a push for maintenance and services, but the staff has never forced a sale on me other than what I requested or needed emergency-wise.

Every single person who works at my Firestone is courteous, helpful & knowledgeable. I used Firestone for all my auto needs for many years when I lived in Illinois and I was happy to find out that the Las Vegas crew were even better! I had bought my tires here and was going to get an oil change and tire rotation. I needed service done that my mechanic I usually use quoted me $30 less than Firestone did but Firestone matched the price and I had it all done at the same time. From my first visit to this location I found them honest and helpful.

I went to get my front end aligned and expressed that I like this during will to be in the correct position because it has controls on it. When they were done it was late I drove away and realized that the top dead center of my steering wheel is at 2 o'clock, is very thing I asked not to happen. That is why I gave themm 4 stars and not 5. the staff and service was great other than that.

I have an old vehicle that has had a few issues over the past year. Each time that I have had work done, I have been treated with respect, picked up or dropped off from my home. The facility is always clean, and they enforce the safety glasses rule when entering the service floor. Services are always explained in a way that I can understand, and if I don't, I have been taken to the vehicle and shown. My vehicle needs to last me acouple of more years, but it just may last another decade, thanks to Trevor and his fantastic staff! I will continue to have my auto work done here, even with a new vehicle . . . if I ever need one :) Melanie Kilian
