I used firestone for very first time. Wanted an oil change only. Got it within an hour, I went with my brother in law for lunch, Got a call to pick up my car with a recommendation that my belt was lose which I knew about already and would soon need replacement. I would have but I am trading the car in for an audi which I mentioned to him over the phone and I will have it serviced at this location when I purchase it in December. No pressure .My brother in law has used firestone sense the sixties he still talks about firestone all the time. First time there and will go back for sure.

My only question? They suggested my battery be replaced. It is not a sealed battery and when I checked it, I found it was low on on water. I filled the low cells with distilled water and the battery is charging well. Any reason the battery couldn't have been filled upon inspection? It only takes a few minutes.

I've had issues in the past at competitors and often try to not go to the auto shop at all costs. The team here at Firestone took good care of me, didn't pressure me, and most im portantly were honest with me from start to finish. I have a 2009 Chevy Malibu w/ 115,000 miles on it, so you can imagine what kinds of services other places would try to sell me. The team here told me what they recommended and even wrote everything down with prices so I can decide based on my budget and availability what and when I can have preventive work done. Again the expereince here was wonderful and I will definitely go back

I like going to this location. I have been there several l times for oil changes, repairs, etc. Recently, my cruise control stopped working and I brought the car in to have it fixed. I was a bit disappointed when I was told they weren't able to fix it and the technician told me take it to Ford for repair - which kind of surprised me! One of the reasons I go to Firestone is that I'm not happy with Ford service.

Mark and all the staff at this location has been excellent the last two times I was on a business convention trip in Vegas. They are the most attentive group of people I have worked with and very personal to the needs of customers and very friendly over the phone and in person. Outstanding group!

Went in to get an alignment on my 2011 Camaro because I have the lifetime alignment on it and replaced the rear springs. When I asked if they had a flat roll on alignment rack because the Camaro is lowered I was told that they did not and they recommended that I go to Tire Works. I asked if there were any Firestone's in the area with the flat roll on rack and was told that the Sahara store was the only one in Las Vegas. After three trips (30 minutes each way) to the Sahara store for the alignment the Saraha store manager told me that the Pecos Ridge store had the same rack as her store. I stopped by the Pecos Ridge store and spoke with the same sales person and he told me that they did have the rack but the manager did not want to perform the alignment on the Camaro because it was to low. The Camaro is only 1 inch under stock and I was told by the Sahara manager that it was not low compared to most lowered cars. The Sahara store manager called this store manager to discuss the situation and this store manager tried to blame his employee when I know that his employee discussed it with him on my first visit. I followed up with a complaint to Firestone and was told that I would get a response in the next 24 hours. It has been weeks and zero contact from Firestone. Based on my experience at this location and on other reviews I would recommend a new store manager that cares about his customers. There is a section on this review form for what I like about the service, I would say they failed at being honest, professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and providing any value to me as a customer.

They completed all the work within the stated timeframes and actually gave me a ride home while I waited for the car to be completed. Very friendly, offered options and treated me with respect -- not like some dumb girl. Lol!

I typically don't take the time to complete surveys. But this franchise deserves the time. Every time I have taken my car to this shop, they have treated me with honesty and integrity. There is no hard sell. If something isn't broken, they won't "fix" it. They fix what is wrong, charge a fair price and you're on your way!

My truck broke down, and I had a towing company take it to Firestone. The employees there were super helpful, and understanding. The gentleman I dealt with explained what the process was, and gave me a quote for a diagnostic. He called me back about 10 minutes later after I left and said that it was just the belt that had broken. He asked if I wanted him to replace it (which I appreciate him asking before he did it!). I told him yes, and he said that it's probably be ready the next day. I ended up getting a call after a couple of hours and it being ready. I'm super thankful for all the help, and how fast Firestone took care of me!! (:

Stopped to get estimate for 4 new tires for 06 MB 280SLK. Quoted $1100+. Went home shopped net at Firestone website and found tires for $400+. Went back to store with web printout, told 2 tires were not in stock but were available at diff store, would p/u and notify me. Never heard back so I went back to store, tires had come in, installation would take 1 1/2 hrs including free alignment check. When I came back approx 1 1/2 hrs later, car was on lift, tires on ground. It appeared when tech saw me, he and manager immediately started installing tires on car. Done? I asked how alignment was and was told everything "looked OK". Can you align tires off the car? Disappointed, shop is 3 miles from home and very convenient. Return is questionable

I was treated like I was family, when I went there, my service advisor was Fredie who was a Marine and still is told me that he served 4 years and that I will get a military discount on top of the low cost of the tire. Would like to say thanks for the service and treatment i received.

I brought my Dodge Caravan in as I had a coolant leak. was told the lower radiator hose was loose. I thought great it's fixed. That did not fix the leak, brought it back and the only thing that the service tech could find was maybe some of the other hose's were loose. Took the van home, still leaks. Took the van back, told them it leaks after sitting for at least 48 hours. I told them it may be the water pump. They cleaned up more connections and said it not leaking. Picked it up again. Guess what? It still leaks. Took it back and told another service writer could be the water pump. Was told " we will get it fixed". I was call and told the van is ready. I told him to humor me and keep it for a few days. He did and call me to tell me no leaks and pick it up. Guess what? It still leaks. Well after taking to you four times I gave up and took it to another Auto Shop. Told them the issue ( never told him I took it to Firestone) and it only leaked after 48 hours. He call me two days later and said he found the leak, the water pump was going out and the thermostat housing needs to be replaced. He replace the two parts and I now have no leaks. Your service writer's were always polite and I could tell they wanted to help me. I can say only good things about them. On the other hand the quality of your technicians in my eyes are not very good. Regards, Pat Murphy

I was on a a tight budget but was able to have all four tires replaced on my car that were needed for such a great price. Not only am I excited that I have not just two but four NEW tires on my car, I now feel safe back out on the road again.

Honest shop with prices more fair than those you will find in dealerships. Efficient - they get your car in and out when they say they will. They don't try to gouge you with unfair prices. Very happy with this shop.

I went in for an oil change and because I kept losing air in my tire. I had to make an appointment because they were too busy. Came back the next week for my appointment, but the guy told me that I had given him the wrong info about whether my car was V6 or V8 (which he hadn't asked me, because I was well aware that I drove a V8), so I had to make another appointment to return the next week because he had ordered the wrong filter. Came in the next week and got my oil change and all they did was put air in my tire. 2 days later I had to take my tire somewhere else because it was still losing air and come to find out it had a nail in it. Easy fix. The only reason I chose Firestone for the oil change was because I felt they could fix the tire problem at the same time. Complete fail. I will never go back there!

Service and reception has always been good at the store, but unfortunately the brake service continues to be an issue. I commend the staff for being receptive and attempting to resolve the issue but the problem squeak continues to be a source of irritation. Will need to bring it back again for inspection and hopefully repair.
