    Told me that my oil needed to get replaced, yet I had a sticker on my windshield, that it got replaced just three weeks ago. Also stated that one of my headlights is out. I wiggled the back of the headlight socket, and the headlight went back on, made me think they intentionally disconnected it. Even jacked up my price $10, to a total of $19.99, even though their sign said it was only $9 for a 'check only'. Never bothered to check my shocks after I asked, neither did they call me saying my vehicle was ready, nor even correctly checked my air conditioning unit right after I sent it to a different shop that I now trust more. It's not a leak in my AC system, its a non engaging compressor.. Thanks firestone, for no warnings, no calling of information, or letting me know of the progress or ready to pick up status of my vehicle. Do not trust firestone for their 'vehicle checks', and if you did get checked by firestone, be sure to do a full engine check yourself!!!

    I came in for an oil change. I use mobil one, so they had to get it. I was there, when I brought the car in. Then, I thought that it would be a easy, quick fix to fix my tail light. There were 3 bulbs down in the assembly, they got them out & put the right bulbs in. They hung right in there.... Everyone was GREAT. I will take my car back for anything that they can do for me.. I totally TRUST them.

    I used them over a week ago for a tire rotation and a complete overall check of my car. They were honest of what could possibly be wrong with my car. First time they said there really was nothing that needed fixed/replaced

    I guess I should have waited before I wrote the previous review. I called and talked to David, and he explained more of what was done. They explained everything clearly. There was an error in the billing description, it looked like 1 caliper was changed, when 2 actually were changed. Not sure that we needed both at this time, but personally I would prefer to change both at the same time anyways. So that is not an issue for me. I was a little upset when I got the bill in the email, and when I called them. But I appreciate that they handled everything professionally. I spoke with Samantha and David, they were both great. My advice to anyone needing service, is this: know exactly what you need done, and why and get a quote ahead of time, so that you know how much it would cost. Service for us was great, but definitely on the costly side. I know reviews are important for business, so I felt the need to write again, and address my previous review. I would remove the previous one, but I dont see that option. If an administrator can do it, I give permission for my previous negative review to be removed.

    They were up front and honest, they didn't try and overcharge me and their prices were very reasonable and the got my car done in a pretty timely manner

    I printed an online quote and scheduled online for a week out. After I scheduled I assumed I'd get a call if there was an inventory problem. Nope! I showed up and found out they only had 3 of the tires I scheduled for. My truck, like most on the road today, requires 4 tires. So I settled for a different tire. Feeling somewhat satisfied that I was going to get what I want, I left. About 2 hours later I get a call saying they couldn't find the 4th tire I'd settled on. So I settled on yet another set of tires. Luckily they had all 4. They knocked 20 bucks off the total bill of $1050. Not much when you are dropping a grand but it's the thought that counts I guess. The moral of the story is make sure you lay eyes on all 4 tires before you walk out the door.

    We scheduled an appointment to get our car looked at to see if/how/what block heater could be installed. When we showed up we were told they were running an hour and a half behind. Off we went to eat at the mall and shop at the pawn shop. Upon returning we were told that other stuff took longer than expected and they were not able to get to our vehicle. We were offered another appointment a few days later and told it would take about an hour for the process. We were however not looking forward to gambling with another appointment.

    Made an appt. dropped my vehicle off, they had it all day and didn't even touch it. Scheduling is not their strong suit. They screwed my vehicle up the first time I brought it in. Still haven't had it looked at. Not real happy. Couldn't give me an excuse on why they didn't get to it.

    I had a tire that blew out and ripped off of the rim while I was driving one day. I took it in, with out an appointment and while they were busy, they worked me in and took great care of my vehicle. Then I made an appointment to have the alignment fixed and they were fast and efficient and they checked and fixed a few safety issues. I will always go through them for all of my car needs.

    I had an appt for an oil change about a month ago. The girl up front, Jackie, I think was very pleasant and friendly. She said I would get in as soon as they had a moment. So I dropped my truck off and went to run some errands when my ride got me. When I returned I walked in to who I am guessing is the manager (average height with a beard and belly) yelling and screaming at the staff in the waiting room while other customers were also there. He eventually left and went into the back, I'm guessing to continue his rant out of the public view. The girl working the front apologized over and over for what we all had just witnessed. If it wasn't for the friendly service of the other staff and mechanics I would not return after seeing how that place is ran and who it is ran by.

    I took my 1986 truck in for new brakes. I don't use the truck often and the breaks were squeeking. They got me in and checked the breaks and found them to be in great shape just rust and dirt. They cleaned and took care of the problem and didn't even charge me for the services. I was surprised as they could have said they needed to be replaced. I would recommend this shop as they are very honest and professional.

    I have been a Firestone customer for 25 years and normally get great service. I was disappointed with the past 3 or 4 visits however. I have had squealing brakes on my 2004 Grand Am checked out on two separate occasions and I still have squealing brakes. On a second vehicle I have twice had the front end aligned on my 2007 GMC pick up. Both times have left my vehicle pulling to the right and the last time has my steering wheel offset to the left. What's up?

    I will never go there again. Every time I go there I wish I wouldn't have. The reasons very a lot from not leaving my oil a pint low so I can put in an additive to getting an alignment then going on a road trip and having a tire wear more than the rest because it was improperly aligned. Then there was the time I knew I needed an egr valve and they wanted to charge me $90 just to verify that it needed an egr valve. At that point I went to the shop directly across the street and had them put in an egr valve, and they have done a bunch of things for me since then. We have 5 cars and the shop across the street sees all of them now. Another annoying thing is that they just automatically just bill my firestone card (which will be cancelled when I get to it) before I come back to get my car, most of the time I don't want to use it. I don't want a call or coupons, you sent me this survey I filled it out, now take me off you email list please. I do want to say that David is great, he is the only employee that has been there since I started bringing my cars to you and he does his best to make sure things get done right but he isn't the manager and he can't supervise everything that goes on there.

    We went in to get a tire fixed and your staff found some issues that need immediate attention. We could not afford it at the time but since the need to be done you worked with us to get them done and paid for. You guys are the best and thank you. I had to move to Havre Montana but if I need work done I will be driving to great falls to have your team fix it. Again thanks to all your staff.
