    Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I went in to get my tries replaced. They couldn't do the alignment because I needed other repairs. I liked the fact that they printed off a copy of the repairs I needed and how much they would charge if i wanted them to do the work.

    When I called to order a tire, I knew just what I wanted. The representative was courteous when he gave me the price and set up the appointment. I set it up for the following day. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly. After brief paperwork, the tire was mounted quickly. All of the fluid levels were checked. The whole process was handled quickly and friendly. I believe the manager checked me out. He was friendly and courteous. Overall it was a good experience.

    I recently had a flat tire and went in to get it patched up, it turned out I needed 2 new tires because mine had dry rot and I also needed my oil changed! I told the guy that I had to leave in 25 minutes...and he got it all done with 2 minutes to spare! Made it to work on time thanks to him.

    After registering a second complaint with Firestone in August about work which had been performed on my Chevrolet van in March, 2015, I received the following email from (Tracey T.) In the email she/he states, "I have sent your comments to our upper management for resolution. You will be contacted in 24-48 hours with an update. I completely understand your frustration and concerns. I want to apologize for any inconvenience regarding this issue.. Your reference number for your records is 2130432." On the surface that seems to indicate that the complaint was taken seriously. > There was never an update of any kind except another phone call from Matt Kennedy, the store manager at the Olive Ave location, suggesting that I take the vehicle to another auto repair place for evaluation! There was never a satisfactory resolution. > Frustrated and angry, I eventually took the vehicle to the Firestone location in Clayton, MO to have the leak diagnosed which they did. They came up with a diagnosis different from anything suggested by the Olive Ave store. They also suggested that I have their diagnosis confirmed at a Chevy dealership which I did yesterday. I took the vehicle to Weber Chevrolet in Creve Coeur. They confirmed the diagnosis of the Firestone store in Clayton. Two different operations, same exact diagnosis! > This problem was mis-diagnosed repeatedly by the Olive Ave Firestone store. I was charged for unnecessary work to the vehicle. I only got a correct diagnosis after taking the vehicle to a different Firestone location, then having their diagnosis confirmed by a Chevrolet dealer. What are you going to do about it? I still expect a complete refund for the unnecessary work performed on my van. As I indicated in the earlier email, my next step is to lodge a formal complaint with the Missouri States Attorneys Office Division of Consumer protection and seek redress there. > The Customer Service has been awful. There has been little or no follow-up beyond throwing this back to the store manager. (I firmly believe that your reference to forwarding my complaint to upper management was a joke)! Do not have Matt Kennedy call me again.

    I got a flat tire on Labor Day. Called to see if they could fix it same day. I spoke to Drew Wise over the phone who was friendly and helpful. They were super busy, but got my tire fixed and had me out of there quickly! Drew and his crew were working hard, but remained friendly.

    About a week ago I brought my 95 Lexus in something was wrong with the bearings they informed me every step of the way of what was going on and how they have to send it out to be repaired both Matt and Drew are very personable with their clients .you have a very satisfied customer in me.by the way I'm really glad you got rid of the other manager I can't remember his name but he was nasty mean and rude to people all the time. I think his name is Damon. Mat and Drew are great

    I went to Firestone for an oil change and brake service. They were honest, pleasant and kept me informed of the progress of fhe repairs I needed. This experience completely changed my outlook on using them. I will definitely be back.

    I used them just 3 days ago. I made an appointment. Andrew was so friendly, I came in and the team asked if it was ok to keep my car. I really didn't want to but they were just so friendly and explained they really wanted to solve the problem. They problem was fixed and I was very happy.
