The staff got in in and out in a jiffy . Perfect on the repair of my complicated Mercedes brake light . The store was clean and neat with free coffee and wi fi. Darren, Kateryn and Andrew and their team can be trusted to do the right thing for me the coustomer. Price was half what the dealership would of charged me. Even did a full inspection of my car. Swell spot location where you can go to several nice stores or have breakfast and lunch!

This firestone has always been willing to drop everything they are doing to help me. Always friendly and quick service. I have saved enough money here to buy a new engine. These guys, and gals are the best of the best.

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. There is the most rude and condescending woman that works there that I will never return. Lots of places to buy tires and have auto work done than at this location! Take your attitude and shove it!

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and balance and to get a state inspection on my vehicle. I was there for almost 4 hrs and by the end the technician was telling me I needed almost $3000 worth of work before they could pass my car for the inspection. I didn't have time for any more work that day so I took the car home. I took it to another shop on Monday and it passed inspection with zero work then I took the car to my normal mechanic and he said I didn't need any of the work this Firestone was requiring to pass the inspection and told me this location was notorious for this kind of thing. I will never go back to this location and will tell anyone who asks not to go as they tried to extort $3000 from me in unnecessary work. This should be illegal.

Clayton and crew are customer and service oriented. Clayton knows his products, service capacity, capacity and has earnedmy trust. This store is convenient and accommodating. Number one in my opinion.

I am pleased by the prompt and knowledgeable service at the Waldo shop in Kansas City. The staff has been very helpful in keeping my admittedly "over-the-hill" car in good running order.

Employee's were friendly and professional not sure I all the work performed was necessay - pricing is high in comparison to other shops. we were in a bind and did not have much choice.

DO NOT use the online appointment system. It means NOTHING. Staffed so low an oil change takes two hours. Great staff - just plan on dropping your car off ALL DAY or spending at least two hours for an oil change.

I must say these folks really know what they are doing! They were on time and on budget (quoted me the price) . They called me up to see about a minor issue discovered on their courtesy inspection and I was greatful they did. I could mention the wonderful mechanic by name but it seemed the entire facility was full of friendly and well trained folks. I have complete trust in this swell shop. †hey even had free coffee in the waiting room.

for some reason my car didn't make it into the shop until I went and stared inside. FOUR of the employees were just standing around on their phones texting for 15 minutes before they brought my car inside. There was only one person in the building besides me and I had an appointment. But still had to wait while they texted and made jokes over the intercom system every time someone called. One guy at the front yelled to the back that they need to tell the person on the phone to stop calling! I will not be returning to this Firestone location.

I purchased three tires for my extreme grocery getting machine 2011 Jeep Compass "The Rally Jeep". Even though that particular day was colder than a Christrmas Day in Antacrtica, I enjoyed my afternoon at Firestone. I was greeted by a guy named Chris P. Chris P was an outstanding salesman with more knowledge about rubber donuts than I have about donuts, or rubber. He was very professional and represented the high standards that Firestone stands for. I look forward to returning to this particular location one day and receiving service on my "Rally Jeep". Until then, keep the rubber side down Firestone!

I have been going to Clayton at 75th and Wornall for several years. He watches out for me with regard to my car. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and he found issues with my rear brakes. It was serious and I had no idea. I feel safe in my car because of the great care I get from Firestone and Clayton.

I am not a big fan of the Firestone store in Waldo. I grew up in Waldo and have had past unsatisfied experiences with this store. My husband insisted on buying his tires at Firestone a year or so ago, though I strongly asked that we find another store to buy his 4 new tires. We were supposed to receive a $100 Visa card with the purchase of the tires and the agent agreed to make sure we got the correct information to obtain the $100 gift card. We did not get the information and when we did, it was too late to get the $100 git card, which really bothered me and reminded me of the kind of service I had received in the past. When we went to have his tires rotated, we didn't feel that our past purchase was appreciated. The representative was more interested in what they could find to fix on our car to rack up a large bill. I do not like the attitude of a few of the front desk representatives, especially one of the women who's name I wish I knew. My husband has road hazard with Firestone and has a slow leak. We so dread dealing with them again, that we continually have put off making an appointment to get it fixed. People work hard for their money and want to feel appreciated when spending their money at a store. Customer service is one of the most important things in business.
