    They are at a convenient location and the completed the job when they said they would. They performed the requested service without bringing up other things needing attention.

    Sent in for an oil change and for them to check out a shaking that happens when the vehicle gets to about 40mph. They changed the oil, checked the brakes and didn't make any changes, balanced the tires. This did nothing to fix the issue and it was sent back as repaired.

    I took my vehicle in a few weeks ago for my maintenance. I needed an alignment and my tires balanced and rotated. I usually have to ask for a copy of the maintenance service performed-I received a copy of the alignment but they didn't give me a copy of maintenance done from rotating and balancing my tires. When asked I was advised verbally of the results. I don't think that my tires were balanced a week after going in for service,my tire on the passenger side registered low. I responded to another Firestone to have them checked. I've been a customer for a very long time. I know it is a general practice to discuss the wear of your tires and show a printout in regards to tire pressure etc. I had a big problem regarding previous service regarding my brakes, the rod that is associated to the brakes was improperly serviced resulting in a break while I was driving my vehicle. I talked with the lead tech at the front desk he apologized for the incident when asked if there would be any type of discount received I was only advised that he would bring the incident to the service techs attention. I wasn't happy felt that that was not sufficient, makes me "leary" of whether actual service is being performed. In the future I will only respond to this location for "minor" service and that's only because it is conviently located to my job.

    They always tell you what might also be wrong with my car. They always ask if I want it fix and not just fix it and charge me for it, even if I did not want to.
