Everyone was open to listening, identified additional potential issues, but did not push and were 'old school' about discussing the wear. Also, the deferred a milestone maintenance issue to the dealer or a referral to a preferred vendor. Thanks to Dave, Ted and Adam for a reliable and confident repair experience and to Tony Jones for running it with an honest and competent staff!!!

I brought my car in having already done a diagnostic and knowing what the problem was. The person on staff mentioned that they still had to do a diagnostic at a fee of $89 - very disappointing as I am a regular customer. Your staff said he'd give me 50% off the diagnostic if they reached the same conclusion, which they did. When I went to pick up my car, I mentioned I had a $100 off coupon for any services of $500 or more. The total cost of my services was more than double this. I was told Firestone could not give me the $100 off in addition to the diagnostic discount. I was given the $100 off, which I appreciate, but I'd like to be reimbursed the $89.99 for the diagnostic. As a loyal and frequent customer who trusts Firestone with all my vehicle repairs, I feel I should not have been charged this fee since I came in having already done a diagnostic on my vehicle. Please let me know if this will be possible. Thank you, Katie

I have had problems with my 2009 chevy 3500hd for a couple of weeks. I brought it to the dealership and they could not fix the problem. I next to it to another service company with no results. Someone recommend Firestone I brought it there to find out it was a couple of items that went bad about the same time. The service was well above what I expected. Thank you

I bought 2 new tires 2 days ago and today the front end started shaking. I returned to Firestone and they informed me that the TPMS valve was inside the tire and possibly broken. They checked and the valve was fine. Had it been broken, the repairs plus parts and labor to replace it would have been close to $200. They put the valve back where it belonged and didnt charge me anything as they had offered 'road hazzard' and i took it on a previous visit. THESE GUYS ARE EXCELLENT AND HONEST as they could have told me that the valve had been broken and made $200 off of me.

I was extremely dissapoited to find out that a non licensed mechanic did the work on my car I was charged the full labor rate. We had to ask them to redo the work twice to get it to even look like it was done correctly

I went to firestone and was very pleased with the work done. They are always friendly happy to help and eager to answer any questions I have. I appreciate that they have a wondeful waiting area and a t.v since I had to bring my four year old along with me and we did have a decent wait. But they were very busy. I would deffenitly recomend them for any automotive care needs.

I went in for an inspection on the busiest day/last day of the month. They got me in right away and did not push me to buy something and did not suggest any unnecessary repairs that would not have been needed otherwise!!! I cannot express enough how HAPPY i was with the service and I will give them my business from here on out!!!!!

Had a great experience at this location on Saturday the 11th. They squeezed me at the end of what was obviously a very busy day. The man who I believe to be the manager was very helpful. The tires that go on my car are not stocked anywhere, so I have to order them online and tote them over there. He told me unsolicited that he can check around and have the tires I need dropped off to avoid the extra hassle. Even if it ends up not working out, I appreciate the fact that he's trying to help. Not to mention the actual service, they were much faster than I expected and did a great job.

I bought brakes here and when paying they wouldn't honor the competitor coupon as I was told in the phone. Then why did I had to bring my car back the next day???? To have the brakes fixed again as FIRESTONE messed up with installation process. I then waited another 2 hours!!!! Then to not offer an oil change or anything!!! I won't be back! Nor will I recommend them to anyone!!!!!

I had my car towed to this location because, it is closest to my home after I had stopped at a different location, much further away. The staff at that location (8400 Lindbergh) were awesome, they were too booked to take care of me right then but, offered suggestions to help which included having my car towed to the shop near my home. I did so and the shop in Ballwin on 15210 Manchester performed the repairs and called for me to pick my car up on 4/11/2015. (the bill I might add was a little over $800) But, that is not the issue, my issue was once I paid my bill, using my Firestone credit card account, I was handed my car keys. I went out into the parking lot out front and did not see my car, so I went back inside and asked the guy at the counter "where is my care I don't see it?" He told me that it was out back that the lot was full when they finished it so they parked it out back. I told him that they usually bring it around for me and he said that they were too busy and that he would be more than happy to take me out back thru the bay. He opened the door to the service area where there was tools, pieces of metal, grease, and general work area stuff everywhere on the floor. He told me to "watch my step." He walked just so far with me and I took it as sarcastically said, "you have a nice day" or something to that affect. As a Director of Nursing customer service is more than just providing a service. I felt highly insulted to have to navigate thru the service area bay (of which I have been told for insurance purposes is out of the question). I understand it may have been "one of those stressful days" but, when it is one of those days for my staff and the family members have come to pick up someone for discharge they expect customer service till they leave out the door. I truly do not feel I received such. You asked for my review and I am happy that you did.

I have gone to the Ballwin, MO location for the past few years now and every time I have a absolutely positive experience. The manager, Tony Jones, is fantastic and always makes sure every concern I may have is taken care of. He is the reason I will continue to go to this location for all my automotive needs over other locations nearer to my home.

I recently took for my car in for a well needed oil change. I was able to make an appointment and they were so incredibly quick! The customer service is always top notch and everyone is polite and professional. I know my car is in good hands with Firestone. Shout out to Firestone Ballwin! Thank you for all that you do!

I've taken my vehicle there a few times now. Always very friendly. When I went in the last time I assumed I would get the standard oil change, the same one we always get that should be on file(?). Definitely my fault for not checking or telling them. So when it came time to pay and my bill was more, I realized it was the full synthetic oil change. The service was good and the employee was friendly, but I think that it should be part of the check in process to double check the type of services you'll be paying for. Maybe even over the phone when I called to set up the oil change appointment. Again, my fault for not double checking what I signed when checking in. I'll definitely be on top of it next time.

I was impressed with the first contact in store and felt confident work would be done correctly and honestly. I was pleased with service and completed work. Prior visit was for new battery and this visit was to purchase tires with rotation.
