I found the staff to be knowledgeable and business-like without pressuring me. They explained things in terms I could understand. The prices are competitive with other tire stores and the service is better.

I set up an online appointment, big mistake! I don't get a ton of off time in my schedule and had been putting off getting tires for 6 months. Finally I had and opportunity to take a few hours to get tires. Let's just say that's not how it happened. Apparently the online appointment maker doesn't actually schedule an appointment. So instead of waiting a few hours for my car it turned out to be an all day affair and I almost didn't get my car back that night. I filled out the Bridgestone survey and it asked me if I wanted to be contacted. I said yes and chose "email" as the method of contact. They called me instead. I couldn't answer because I work all day hence the contact by email selection so I'm probably SOL now because I will never be able to call during business hours. I'm pretty mad at this point and not feeling the love.

Painless to deal with. Didn't push any additional services once I said no and did not ask me if I needed to ask my husband. Plus in my book!

I had brought my car in on 11/01 for an oil change and was told by JA that I had a leak somewhere so they put a dye in and he told me to drive it for awhile and bring it back so they can look for the leak. I was at the counter paying for the service and I asked if he had any appts for Sunday 11/08. He said he could do a 10am so I said that was fine. I showed up for my appt on 11/08 and was told by the guy at the counter that there is no appt in the system for me. He said he could look for the leak but there were 30 cars ahead of me. They know I have to wait for my car because it is the only car I have. I managed to get a ride home from my father that lives 45 minutes away. I called and they said they would try and get it done within a couple of hours. SIX HOURS LATER, I finally got my car back. My car should have been done long before noon at the latest. I lost an entire day because of JA and this is the SECOND time they have done this. I have had problems with them in the past and have continued to give them additional chances but no more. I'm done. They have proven that I cannot trust them at all.

MY CAR BROKE DOWN AT NIGHT AND IT WAS LATE. NOT BEING A CUSTOMER, I USED THE NIGHT DROP FOR MY KEY AND I HAD TO STAY AT A LOCAL HOTEL. TO MY SURPRISE, THE BUSINESS OPENED AT 7 AM THE NEXT MORNING AND THE MANAGER AND I FIRST DISCUSSED WHAT WAS HAPPENING TO THE VEHICLE BEFORE IT BROKE DOWN . THERE WAS QUITE A FEW CARS ALREADY SCHEDULED, BUT AFTER THE INITIAL INSPECTION, THE MANAGER CALLED AND WE DISCUSSED THE OPTIONS, HOW TO PROCEED AND THE POSSIBILITY THE CAR COULD BE FIXED THAT DAY. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROACTIVE. THERE WAS AN OUTSTANDING ISSUE FROM A PREVIOUS REPAIR AT ANOTHER COMPETITOR (NOT SURE I WOULD CALL THEM THAT THOUGH) AND AFTER THE CAR WAS FIXED,THE MANAGER AND I DISCUSSED THE SITUATION AND HE GAVE SOME INFORMAITON AND ESTIMATES ON CORRECTING THAT ISSUE ALSO. THE WORK THAT WAS PERFORMED CORRECTLY AND CARE WAS TAKEN IN PERFORMING THE WORK ON THE CAR. THE MANAGER'S GENIUNE CONCERN SEEM TO DIMINISH THE STRESS IN THIS SITUAITON.

I came in because my two driver side tires I thought had nails in them both, I was ready to purchase 4 new tires because I thought mine were old wore down. I was not too happy about making a large purchase but your manager Jeff provided exceptional customer service. He was honest and didn't try to up sale me something I didn't need. He explained that the tires can be patched and showed me my tires have a little life left in them. My bill was only $60 instead of $600. Because of his great customer service and honesty I will definitely be back to purchase new tires in the fall. Thanks, John Daniels

I went into Firestone last Friday about 4:30 with a tire that was leaking. The place I bought it from told me would be Tuesday the following week before could be fixed. Firestone said probably could not get to on Friday but would get for sure on Saturday. I left car with them and they called back about 6:30 Friday saying ready to go.

WE HAD A BLOWOUT ON TWO OF OUR TIRES MONDAY AFTERNOON COMING HOME FROM RELATIVES ON MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND. WE HAD TO HAVE AAA TOW US HOME AND I WAS SURE NO ONE WOULD BE OPEN, UNTIL I SAW YOUR FIRESTONE LOCATION OPEN. I CAME IN AT 4:15 AND YOU GUYS WERE VERY BUSY, BUT STOPPED TO MAKE TIME FOR ME TO GET ALL NEW TIRES PUT ON. I KNOW YOU STAYED LATE, JUST TO ACCOMIDATE ME AND I AM VERY THANKFUL FOR THAT. I TOLD THE GUY UP FRONT, I HAVE TO BE AT WORK AT 6:30AM ON TUESDAY AND EVEN THOUGH HE DIDN’T HAVE ANY OPENINGS, HE TOOK ME ANYWAYS AND GOT THE JOB DONE. I JUST WANTED TO SAY THANK YOU FOR THE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I drive an '85 Chevy and I do a lot of my own repairs. They were able to replace the break hoses when I could not remove them, freeing up the drivers side caliper. Thanks, and the price was right.

I had an appointment for an emissions inspection and waited almost an hour before they started the work. I had to ask twice when they were going to have my car finished. A five minute inspection took more than 80 minutes.

Made an appointment and my car was taken back and worked on at the appointment time. Had an oil change and tires rotated. Was provided comments concerning what the records there say I was missing. That can be helpful

Since I moved to Arnold in 2000 I have taken my cars-an Escort and Aveo to the Arnold Firestone Auto Care Store. I've always gotten great auto care and service. Everybody is friendly and helpful. The mechanics always do a great job servicing the car.

I recently brought in our 1991 Ford F150 for service (oil change and serpentine belt squeaking). We've had the truck since we purchased it new in 1990, and have always gone to Firestone for service once the original factory warranty ran out. As usual, I was treated with professionalism and their working with me to resolve the problem (serpentine belt). I was very pleased with everything that they did!! Ralph L., Jeff A. and Scott S. are to be commended for their outstanding service, bar none!!

Your lobby could not be less inviting. It's about 20 years out of date. Give customers something to look forward to when they have an hour + wait for service. More seating, coffee options, soft drink and snack vending, doughnuts, etc. There are so many more inviting options for service in the Arnold community. The people working the desk are simply there to process your order, they rarely make you feel like a cherished customer. Your organization needs to step up there game and improve your customer service. Mediocrity is not acceptable. I would not continue using this location if my office wasn't a block away. I use this location out of necessity, certainly not because I look forward to the experience I'll have when I stop in for service. It seems obvious, not sure how you are missing it.
