Over the course of 8 years and 5 different admittedly troublesome vehicles I have never seen Firestone fail to meet my expectations in the repair and maintenance of my cars. My family owns 5 different cars at the moment and every single one of them is a FIRESTONE.

We had a set of Bridgestone tires placed on my husband's 2010 F150 Ford pickup a week or so ago.They got to work as soon as we arrived and did a great job. We were in and out in a really short time. They were extremely nice and handled everything quickly. We will be back when my truck needs tires or any other things we may need done. It's nice to have a full service shop to handle any problems we may have.

I used them a week ago. Had an appointment at 11 car didn't even get into the shop until almost 12. I am not sure what the whole "front end check" is but all I saw him do was shake the tires with his bare hands. I am glad he saw my rear shocks bad.(had to remount a panel under my car that was flapping). That helped some of my problem. I was told my brand new tires were flat spotted. I took it back to where I bought them and to 2 different places who deal with tires they all said nothing is wrong with the tires. Not sure what was going on when you guys checked it but I feel like I was trying to be up sold on a product that I did not need. That and the fact that the appointment time retry much means nothing is my biggest concern with my experience. All in all I believe if I was someone who knew nothing about cars I would have been taken advantage of. Average experience.

Went in to get my tires rotated. It was quick, literally not more than 40 minutes. Cheap. They even gave me recommendations on what maintenance I may need to get next. Repeat customer.

The only complaint I have is the associates were too busy talking to each other to notice me standing there waiting for assistance. It took them about 4 minutes to stop talking about what they were going to have for lunch (at 8:30) and ask me how they could assist me. Although, Jason the manager was amazing! He helped so much and really made me feel important. I will def use Firestone again, but will only deal with Jason.

I went in to have my tires rotated and thanks to the manager he found that I needed brake work done immediately. I would not have known that my brakes were on the blink .. I am very grateful!

They do not have to worry about me coming back. They treated me as if I was a nobody. I purchase brake service and new tires, spent about eight hundred and fifty dollars to be treated like a nobody. Return to the store a week later to ask why was my brake lights and the SAR light was come on was told that maybe it was because the SUV is an older model...I was like REALLY!!! It wasn't come on before hand. Waited about thirty to forty-five minutes for them to check it, then come to find out he did not but me in the system so I had to wait, and wait to get service....Talk to the service manager he was so unconcern about it....When they did finally pull my SUV in for service, it was about 4-5 (including the services manager and the other employee from the front that forgot to put me in the system) people group up around my truck just talking I had the feeling that they were talking about me instead of work on my SUV, so I easy over there and ask what was the problem, they scattered then...Two of the employee drove the SUV and came up with nothing so they put it on the machine and came up with a lot of codes and say that I need to take it to the dealer.........
