I went there to purchase tires a year ago and they treated me so cordial and made me comfortable as I waited.Now everytime my car needs servicing I find myself driving all the way to Cleveland, MS. The service is top of the line and Mr. Randolph really knows his customers and how to treat them. He makes everyone feel special.

My overall visit to this Firestone location was simply the best! Let me tell you, the Store Manager, Randolph was simply awesome. He has great customer service skills! He always greets you with a welcoming smile! He treats you with kindness and respect from start to finish! The entire staff has gone above and beyond to assist me with my car care needs!! I enjoy my visit each time I go to this location. It is so good to be able to go to a place like Firestone, where the staff not only wants and appreciates your business, but also enjoy having casual conversation with the customer, at times, while they look for the item that is best for your car, as well as what is best for your budget. I think Randolph represents, what "Customizing Customer Service" really means!! It's not always about the service you are getting on that day, but it is the attitude of the management and staff that is important to customers as well!!

My father passed away on November 9th (Sunday) and I had to get new tires before I could leave town on Monday. I had the most wonderful service man take care of me and my car. His name was Keith and he made sure that my car had new tires, was serviced, put on new brake pads for safety and made sure that it was all done and ready for me to leave town to get to my Dad's before dark. I am an older lady and it is hard for me to see at night. I could not have asked for better service and I definitely will be going back. I wish more service people took an interest in their customers like Keith did.
