I went in for complete vehicle inspection, but they provided me a wrong report, with little or no inspection of certain areas. 1. My PCV valve was having problems, they didn't attempt to open or check it, but termed it "good". 2. They mentioned my battery was "good" as per ED18 tests, but my car had a troubled start the next morning and a test with the ED18 meter at local Autozone, termed the battery as "Bad" on the Ed18 test meter.. Previously too I had this test done elsewhere and they termed my battery as "bad". But Firestone said it was good, without checking. I was watching my vehicle being checked and I didn't see a single time they connected any meter to my battery. 3. My air cleaner filter (at throttle intake) was never opened, but they marked it as "good", whereas in reality I have a dirty and end of service life filter. 4. The mechanic asked my whats wrong with my vehicle, I said that my Cruise control was bad and he mentioned that in the final report. I went there the next day to complain, and another technician said, if I think my battery is bad and car doesn't start, I should change it without relying on their report. Also he tried to explain PCV valve in my vehicle was inside the engine block and cannot be checked, whereas in reality thats WRONG, its outside the engine and can be checked. When I went to complain, they didnt issue a refund and asked to come back later for a re checkup of battery, whereas they provide "First time right guarantee" or else money back. I don have time to visit the third time for another nonsense checkup. In short Firestone is fooling people in the name of complete checkup and scamming to earn money. Will never visit again and spread the word of the experience too.Shame on Firestone.

I found myself two hours from home with a blown tire on a Friday night ten minutes before closing. Somehow two strangers stepped in and got my tire off car, and this Goodyear location waited ten minutes after closing for us to get there and get a new tire mounted on rim. Young guys, on a Friday night, waited. I am so grateful to the strangers I only know as Dan the Boston Herald driver and Mo from BP fans station and this Goodyear location. These strangers and Goodyear employees were completely unaware We would've had to sleep in car til next day, my son is chronically ill and would not have gotten home for his Meds. So thank you. Thank you. Thank you. So grateful to be surprised by unexpected goodness in people.

after going to have a tire replaced I did have to go back several more times because of a broken tire sensor that wasn't initially found but Chi the sales advisor that helped me at every visit was great. He provided a level of customer service that every customer should receive. He went above and beyond to help me and I very much appreciated it,

The service was poor. The guy at the counter was not informative. Didn't give me any information. I had to request the information on the paperwork that he was supposed to give me regarding my inspection sticker. He kept it and I thought the report for my inspection sticker may have been left in my car but it wasn't. I had to go back in and request it and his only response was "there are a lot of papers here". No additional information was given. He just appeared as though he did not want to be bothered. Not a good person to work in customer service.

I was looking for new tired, and brought 4 of them because the technician told me so. After the installation, those new tires didn't look so "Brand New" has it suppose to be, but i guess maybe they store it for a while. Overall the services was good.

Last week I got a flat tire on the way to work. The gentleman at this store went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. They fixed my flat tire, the latches on my hood, and gave me a great price on another part I was looking into getting for my car. I cannot say enough great things about my experience here.

Went to Firestone less than 12 hours after getting a new battery to make sure I didn't have an alternator problem. Knowing this information they tested and said I needed a new alternator AND a new battery. I decided to take it to my dealer...guess what, none of these repairs were needed.

I had been going to this Firestone for over 15 years and have had great service until the past year. Management needs to pay attention to those who seem to think customers have all day to wait for their car repairs. Keep an eye on your car when it is in the bay and you will see what I mean. Some of the techs are not WORKING their shift! When Chris was the manager this was the place to get things done well and quickly. Very disappointed.

I brought my car in for an oil change with coupon that they honored. Although I was a walk-in and did not make an appointment, my car was ready within the hour and this was a Saturday morning. As I was driving away I remembered I had a dash light that had been on, which I thought was the oil light indicator. I drove back into Firestone and Aaron, one of the mechanics took time out from what he was doing to shut it off and tell me it was the tire light. After inspecting my tires he discovered I had a nail in one of the tires. Did not buy a tire that day, they are not pushy like that here. I want to say thanks to Aaron for going out of his way that busy morning. And I will always come back to this Firestone.

It was the very end of the day, they were finishing up multiple jobs, and I needed an inspection sticker. The young man at the front desk was very courteous, helpful, and they got me right in and out in less than 30 minutes. I've bought tires there before, and they did a great job then, for the right price. I would highly recommend this store without hesitation.

got the valve stem replaced on my tire by this location and since gotten a warning from my car to check the system. brought it back in and it's still not fixed. And there's always a really long wait time, even when I have an appointment.

I went there for rear brake pad replacement and alignment check and they made me wait for almost 4 hours and i saw my car on the lift and it was untouched for couple of hours. When people after me started to get their car back i asked the reps there and then they said sorry and focused on my cars.They told me its 2 hrs job and i had to wait for 4 hrs

My tire pressure light went on today (04/06/15) and I stopped by to see if a tech could check my tire pressure. When I approached the counter the guy working the register had his back to me and another customer in line. The guy was leaning through the service window into the garage goofing around with the techs. There were customers, but it wasn't busy. Once he noticed he had customers waiting he made no effort to hurry & assist us and kept chatting it up with the guys in the garage. When he eventually served me he immediately began scheduling an appointment for the next day. After I asked if they could help me today I was told I'd have to wait until 8:00pm. It was 5:30pm and there were two cars on the lifts with techs goofing around in the garage. If I were to hazard a guess the guy working the counter told me 8:00pm so I would either bring it in tomorrow or just leave. I just left.

I brought my car in for a routine tire swap (I brought 4 relatively new tires on their rims, and they just needed to swap them out). Well, I sat around for over 2 hours, watching the guys take their sweet time on making very little money on my service. There were many attempts to up sell me on Tire balancing, Wheel Alignment, roadside assistance insurance - I refused them all. Knowing this should not cost more than $50. The final chance to upsell me was when they came back with an electronic device inside a tire (it was used to electronically signal low tire pressure). They wanted me to wait around LONGER and have it replaced for $200. That was the final straw as far as coming to this convenient Firestone for service. I will NEVER come back again !!

When I had a sudden flat tire on Christmas Eve prior to a long road trip I choose Firestone because they were the only garage open. They were kind and attentive. Unfortunately,their initial diagnosis and attempt at repair was unsuccessful as I had a relapse of the issue in the drive home. I called immediately and they had me bring the car right back where they fixed the issue in time for my road trip!

Their technicians were careless and then no one checked their works whether they did things right. First my car had an oil change a week ago, I drove the car two three times and last time I drove on highway, the oil light on. I pulled out to checked the oil, it was empty and the oil cap was gone. It means he did not put up the oil cap on the engine. I had the car towed. Second, i had another car serrvice for a new tire. After the technician checked all the tites pressure. He forgot to put all tire caps back. They did things careless.

The manager is terrible with customer service. He told me leave and not come back because he did not like me questioning the knowledge of him and his staff. Due to fact that I came in several times with the same issue and it was not being fixed.

Oil change was completed in a timely manner. Associate made additional recommendations for replacement, repair that were not needed. These services were refused. I do not trust the technicians at this site to give an honest assessment of what repairs are necessary.
