Made my appointment over the phone, went in, speedy service. The techs their made me feel like I've been going to the shop for years, very welcoming. Very professional, I'd recommend this shop and i will definitely be doing work here in the near future.

I had Nick as a service advisor and he went above and beyond! I called to make an appt. and to find out about tires! Nick spent over an hour on the phone with me, going over each tired I was interested in, I never felt rushed, and he really went above and beyond! The day of my appt. after he ordered all the tires, I changed my mind and only wanted to buy 1 tire and repair one of the others. I messed up but he was so patient and was still willing to answer all my many questions . He also took the initiative to find out if I had road hazard and got one of the tires pro-rated. Witch saved me money! He was such a huge help! I hope he gets recognition for his outstanding work, he's great at his job!!! Thank you, Nick and sll of the other service members who helped me during my time there! Before my interaction with Nick, I had called the Wilmington, MA firestone to find out about tires. I typically go to the Wilmington location but the guy I spoke with, Shawn at the Wilmington location was so very unhelpful and very rude! I was so disappointed since I have gone to that location for years and never ran into that. I called one day at the end of the day and spoke with Shawn, I thought he was having a bad day so I called the next day around noon and got Shawn again but he was still very rude, cranky and unwilling to help, it was like "do you not want my business?" So I decided that I'm not going to give my business to a place like that who can't even answer questions, so I'm not going to trust him with my car. That's wen I decided to call the Lawrence location which is actually closer, I'm so glad I did because it was a breath of fresh air to get a service advisor like Nick, whom I call tell has a passion for his job! Thank you Nick for your great service and renewing my trust in firestone. Shawn made me rethink my decision about using firestone but Nick did such a great job I will only be using the Lawrence location in the future. I hope someone talks with the service advisors of Wilmington and has Shawn change his ways and educate him on the importance of good customer service! Thank you again, Firestone of Lawrence!!!

I've been a customer at the Lawrence store for a while and would have always rated it as average in the past, but my most recent experience there was definitely 5-star. Nick, the person I dealt with, really listened to my problem, was extremely helpful and didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. Great customer service! Will definitely recommend.

I have been going here for over 10 years. I have never had a bad experience. EVERYONE that works there has been exceptional. They take the time to explain anything extra that you may need. How can you go wrong - they always have coupons to change your oil & if you buy your tires there, they'll rotate for free at the same time. We make it a treat by going to Tripoli while we wait.

I'm a customer at Firestone, I received the privilege or being a "Premier Rewards Gold Preferred Customer" member after frequent purchases. I get my brakes, wipers, alignment, tire changes among other things there. My most frequent visit distorted my previous thoughts on Firestone, after going to get an alignment and brakes done I was told that my breaks were completely fine and had enough "meat" on them. I actually was told by Lexus that I needed new brakes, which confused me because one of them was giving me false information. I gave the paperwork to Firestone and they said that they never checked my breaks and that I not only needed pads but I also needed rotors. I was extremely dissatisfied and multiple questions popped in my head, are they always avoiding my car concerns? Was there negligence in checking the brakes the previous times that I have asked for them to be checked? I got the all brakes and rotors done under 2 years ago, did the negligence lead to my rotors not being able to be resurfaced? These questions have been on my head for the past two weeks, which ultimately lead to this email. There is also still a pull with my car, but I decided not to bring it in because I would probably be told that the job was done, and it not even checked. Thanks, Jamie

I had a coupon for a $20 synthetic blend oil change. The service was awesome and fast. They explained how their "low grade" oIL (synthetic blend) was valvolines middle grade oil. As long as I have wheels, I'm going to them for sure!

I use Firestone for all of my oil changes and tire services and have never had an issue with the job that they do. My only issue has been the under staffing which causes delay in service rendered even with an appointment but they acknowledge the fault and have always redeemed themselves through customer service.

I have been a loyal customer at the Lawrence location over the years. The customer service is great and always help even when they are overbooked. I understand that I drive an old vehicle but I am tied to it for personal reasons, just wish they would return it cleaner with no grease left everywhere.

I remember when I had a major blowout on a highway that caused damaged to my rear quarter panel they took the parts I picked up from the highway and reattached them and replaced the lighting that was destroyed.

Been going here for years for tires, alignments and brakes. I trust their work and their pricing is fair and competitive. Only complaint I have is a new service advisor that I'd not seen before who tried to sell me services and repairs that my car didn't need. I expect that from dealers and others, but I had never experienced it from this place before. So, that was disappointing. Fortunately, I feel like I know enough about cars to make sure I don't get tricked into buying things my car doesn't need.

Went there to get snow tires (purchased online shipped there) mounted and while there a few other things (oil changer and rear brakes) done. They did some other checks but were not pushy. They had an issue getting the right oil filter ( it is a bit of a specialty item but not rare) so that took extra time. A day or so later I got a tire pressure warning. Filled the tire and got the warning again a day or so later. While checking the tire I noted that the tire was installed so it rotated the wrong way (direction tread pattern). The tire was mounted correctly but on the wrong side of the car. There was a matching problem on the other side. Called them and they got me in the next morning. They found a bad seal on one of the TPMS kits. They fixed that and swapped the wrong side tire/wheel. Now all it good. So why go back? They handled my issues well. (Stuff happens. How a place handles it shows their real character.) The place is clean and easy to get to. They do proper checks for other items but are not pushy (no fear mongering). They are reasonably priced.
