Work done on time and done right. Only thing that would be a great addition to the store would be a courtesy shuttle to the T,Logan Express, South Shore Plaza or home if close to store

I was originally quoted one hour to one hour and a half for replacement of all 4 tires. I was contacted an hour later explaining they needed to purchase two new stems for sensors in my tires. I agreed. Returned 30 mins later only to find out they had to order the parts and they were not in stock. This communication was never relayed to me. This was on 11/25/15, the day before thanksgiving. I ended up waiting an additional hour and half for my tires to be completed. Not only was my vehicle done but the gentleman behind the counter decided to take a service call over the phone for over 20 minutes while myself and 2 others waited to just pay and get our keys. He could of easily put the call on hold and checked us out but instead he took the phone call and I was delayed further because of this.

I called and scheduled an appointment. On the day of my appointment I arrived 30 minutes early and was the first customer at the shop. I left my truck with Andre and he stated that he would contact me soon when my truck was ready. I got a call six hours later and was told that there was a complication and that my work could not be done because he was short staffed. Worst service and poor management, won't be going back.

Three weeks ago, I went there to change my tires. Then I found the tire light was on and they told me that it would automatically turn off after I drive for another five or six miles. One week later, I told them that the light was still on, so they deflated the tires a bit and told me the light would be off after driving for another five/six miles. But now the light is still on! I wonder if you really know how to deal with it or not. Moreover, they suggested me to fix my break and gave me four recommendations including changing the break fluid and pad. I accepted all of their four recommendations because I trusted them. However, since I got my break changed, I found it harder to use. I now have to step on the break heavily to make sure my car can stop. Also, I can always hear noise when I speed up and slow down. I asked the faculty why. They told me it's because of the brand new metals. They said it would disappear within one day. However, now a week has passed but the noise is still there. I am even scared about its security. I am a student and I don't have much money. However, I spent over a thousand dollars in the past month to improve my car because I trust your advices too much. I accepted all your recommendations because I expected my car to be what you told me it should be. Do you guys really know about cars? Now I have to question it. The services I got is far less worthy than the money I spent here. If you do not solve the problems I will never go there anymore. If you do not solve the problems I will ask for some refunds. Again if you do not solve the problems I will tell as many people as possible about what I have experienced in Firestone. Please think about it. I never push others but this time I am really mad.

I went to get my tires changed and shocks replaced. It seems they forgot to reset the tpms so 10 min after I got my car back, the lights turned on. I freaked out because I paid a huge chunk of money that day on that car repair. Took it back once and we found out the tires were all inflated to the wrong psi. They figured that was the issue and they told me that the light should turn off. Fair enough, I drove the car around for a day and it still didn't turn off. Lastly, I had to take it back one last time the followint day and I had to drop off the car, which was pretty inconvenient I gotta say. It took them about 5 hours to get to my car and then they called me back that it was all set.

Unfortunately I will nto be returning to this location. About a month ago I went in fr tire service as my tire was leaking. I was told by my dealership that a patch could not be placed on the tire due to the location of the leak and that I would need to buy a new tire. I thought I would get a second opinion and went to Firestone. My first trip there they told me it could be patched and handled it no problem, even though I said I would be willing to get a new tire if needed. A few weeks later, the tire was leaking again and I had to fill it. Again the low tire pressure alert went on and was told by Firestone on my second visit that I filled it too much, and they took the air out of the tires to bring it to where it should be. Well a week later the low tire pressure alert went on again so I returned here for the 3rd time in a month to have them tell me the tire should be replaced. They took of the initial amount I paid for the patch however was told WHILE checking out that they could have matched what I was quoted by my dealership for the new tire, but didn't act on it.

I went in to Firestone prepared to battle as I always have to when I take my car to a repair shop. But, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised, the staff was wonderful, listened to me, gave me advice and fixed my tire - all with a smile on thier face. I can't say enough about my expeirence. The service that I recently received from the Firestone complete auto care in Braintree, Massachusetts was horrible. I scheduled an appointment to have my car serviced at noon time. I waited in the waiting room till 1:30 PM. Then my car was seen. Yet, before my car was seen another customer came in after me and he waited about ten minutes and his car was serviced before mine. However, he did not have an appointment, I know this because I asked him. The Braintree Firestone auto shop plays games with customers time. They made me wait for a long time in the waiting room. After they looked at my car they knew what the problem was. The person at the desk made me wait an additional thirty minutes, before he told me anything. He could have told me that I was all set to go home, because they were only going to check the A/C! He told me that he made me wait after he knew the problem with my car; that is how I knew that they wanted to make me wait. They do not care about customers' time, they will make customers wait long hours for nothing.

I called last minute to get an oil change and Doug the manager squeezed me in. Office was clean and professional, interacted with a few employees and everyone was nice and professional. Will definitely go back and refer people in my office.

I had an appointment at 1PM just to change one tire. I arrived at 12:50PM and it took them until 2:13PM just to have it done.

I made an appt for an oil change and my brakes were making this loud squealing sound. I thought it was the back brakes making the noise...I'm not a mechanic, so I have no idea. That's where I thought the sound was coming from. But they said they didn't see any problems and all they did was clean them a little and that's all. The oil change went fine and they replaced a headlight for me. So anyway, my brakes continued to make the noise. Took it to a different mechanic (an independent one at that) and behold....it was my front brakes! They were actually cracked and something other. They figured out where the noise was coming from immediately and went ahead and fixed them. Firestone couldn't figure that out??? I mean, that's why we go to mechanic. So I was a tad bit annoyed by that. Besides that, my wait wasn't too long, the people were very friendly, and the cost wasn't astronomical as most places usually are. Costly, but okay. I'd come back but for something as simple as an oil change.

I had an oil change and filter, tire rotation, alignment check (no alignment), and fuel system cleaner. I waited too long so I wasn't able to answer the survey because it expired.

When we first drive up me and my wife in two different cars, one short guy before I could even exit my vehicle came out and practically snapped and said you can' t park here even though I told him that I was just dropping my wife's car off and we would be leaving? He was somewhat rude and should have said when I asked him "Hi may I help you? yes I am here to drop my wife's car off and should have stated just come inside and we will bring into service, but instead rudely said have her drive it over there even though it was raining outside. This was very unprofessional and he should not have made such a big deal about a temporary parking spot that was not blocking anything and also when I came to pick up my wife's care there were numerous people pulling up and coming inside and I did not see him come out and say anything?? Rude to me and this should be addressed and also the price that I was given for an estimate was way over bloated when I compared it to other shops and all I kept hearing well its a Lexus? What does that mean, so you can gauge me with a higher cost??

The sidewall of my tire blew out so I went to Firestone in Braintree for replacement since I had hazard insurance. As I have an AWD SUV I needed to replace both tires. Was given great service and walked out the door in only 45 minutes with two new tires for less than $200!

I have visited this location several times as it is conveniently located to where I work. Douglas has assisted me several times as my sales/service advisor. I have never felt pressured on any service recommendations. The staff/crew are genuinely concerned for your vehicle and your safety and are also conscientious of your budget when making recommendations. During my last visit, Mario had let me know that there were a few things that were past due on my vehicle which where inhibiting its performance and safety. I asked him if he could make sure it was ready by 3pm and he said he would put his best technician on the job. When I went to pick-up my vehicle I was able to leave just after 3pm. These guys are FANTASTIC!

HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY TIRES FROM ANOTHER PLACETHE GEENTLEMAN AT FIRESTONE ASSURED ME ALL WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF BY THEM. ITS WAS ALL DONE VERY QUICKLY AND CALLED ME AS SOON AS IT HAD BEEN DEALT WITH.IT WAS A VERY PLESANT EXPERIANCE FOR MY FIRST VISIT TO FIRESTONE BRAINTREE.

I can't say I've ever had a good experience at Firestone. Any time I get anything done its a headache. I've made appointments in the morning past for oil changes to avoid long waits and when I got there I was told there were a few cars ahead of me. Even though I specifically called and stated I only had 45 minutes and was assured I would be right out. My most recent nightmare with Firestone involved me purchasing 4 new tires. I was there for 4 hours waiting. 45 minutes after i left my tire pressure light came on. I called and was told that was normal and to reset the light. I go to drive to work the next day to find one of the tires almost flat. I bring it back and was told the was nothing wrong and they just put more air in it. Later that day the tire goes flat again. I bring it back for a 3rd time and was told they weighted the tire incorrectly. No one took responsibility for the mistake they made. I wasnt compensated or apologized to for that matter. After this experience I won't be doing business with Firestone.

I needed some break work and others said they would replace rotor while Firestone said they could refinish and saved me $150. Since that time I have always had all my work done there- oil changes, break work and new tires.

I went in to get my breaks replaced. There was a flyer talking about a winter special where they would do a "complete vehicle inspection/ 4-tire rotation/ tire inspection/ adjust tire air pressure to correct pressure/ washer fluid tp-off/ electronic battery analysis'. I decided to add the Winter Car Care Package to my service. the next day i looked under my hood and the washer fluid was not toped off. i looked on the print-outs that i was provided after the completion of the service and i was chrged for the Winter care and it did not state that any off the other services, specialy the tire rotation and vehicle inspection was complete. I am sure the tire pressure was check because i had taken my car there the day before and thats how i found out i needed breaks. i called the store and the gentleman that picked up the phone was not helpfull at all. He could not explain why i did not get the full service and could not even assure me that the ither services were completed. I decided not to fight over this with him and wished him a good day.
