Steve, Greg, and Charlie saved the day when I came into their store to ask about prices for an oil pan. I told them I have a 2015 car and that I was told my drain plug was stripped and was stuck when I tried to get an oil change the day before, therefore I would need a new oil pan per the technician. Steve was able to squeeze me in last minute so Charlie could take a look at my car & Charlie was able to loosen, take out the drain plug, and replace it with a new one! They were all amazing and helped me out in a timely manner. I definitely will be coming back to their store for future car needs and will be making recommendations to friends and family to visit their store! They saved the day and I was one happy camper.

Having been using this location for the last 3 - 4 years, store management and service advisers are great and they make the experience of spending money easy. Can't say enough good things about them.

I was not pleased to set up a 7AM reserve time on Saturday & not have a technician waiting to install new tires. Why have me set up a time & not have someone ready at the time to take care of my car? I was very pleased to have the technician come directly to me & explain why my car was out of balance.

Ran a flat tire on a busy Saturday. Needed a new tire to replace the spare. Marlon was able to get me in same day, with appointment, and took 45 minutes before I was on my way. Good as new!

I called to say what I thought the problem was and made an appointment. When I arrived the part was there and I was finished in the time predicted. The price was also suprisingly lower than anticipated and the work seems great as expected.

I used them to correct a problem that was created by self. (*Too much oil*) My car was towed there. They got me out in pretty good time but they chose which oil THEY wanted to put in my car (synthetic) and I was stuck with a $47 oil change bill. I have a Sonata GLS and my car doesn't call for synthetic oil. My darn car is now making sounds it never did. IRRITATED

I took my car somewhere else last summer to have the air conditioning fixed. They not only didn't fix it, they couldn't diagnose the problem. Took it to Firestone a few weeks ago. They diagnosed it and fixed it quickly. I will go there again.

My latest experience at this Firestone was less than satisfactory. I dropped my car off around three on a Saturday to get an oil change, and had called in the morning to make sure there was enough time. I was told that someone would call me when the car was done. They also usually call with recommendations/problems, etc. Nobody called but seeing as the store was closing at what I thought was 7:00 p.m., as that is what the hours state on the schedule an appointment section of their website, I headed over there anyway. When I arrived, the store was closed, and my car was locked in the garage. I found it strange that they would lock up a car overnight for an oil change without even calling me to let me know that it was being locked up. The next morning I came to pick up my car, and I did not make a big fuss but told the woman working the counter what had happened. She explained they were short staffed, but didn't offer an apology or anything. My husband and I will not be returning to this Firestone, as there are many other places to get oil changes where they do not lock your car up overnight without notifying you!
