I went to Firestone about a week ago because I thought my battery was going bad just to find out my starter was going up and I spoke to charles and I was on my lunch break. It's around Christmas time n I told him I didn't have money he told me that they finance so he made sure I got back to work n took great care of my car came and had someone pick me up with my car after I got off from work. Excellent customer service and I was happy with the work they did on my car. Thank you Firestone

In a bind because I knew my battery was on it's last legs, I called Firestone about a price for a battery and to see if I could get it done ASAP (it was 4:30 on a Tuesday). The service tech was polite and kind on the phone and then said "bring it on in, I'll take care of you tonight". That was the best news. He went above and beyond.

I have been servicing both my vehicles at Firestone for the last 4 years and I am very satisfied with the excellent service to my cars and professionalism and respect that I always receive when I need my car and truck serviced.

OK, here's the deal: I've been coming here for 3 years and spent so much money that I've achieved "Platinum" customer status. The customer service is always good and I've never had to take any of my vehicles back due to poor job quality. This last visit was for brakes and everything went very well. Good job. That being said, I almost always have to drop the car off for at least two hours for an oil change. It's a small thing, I know, and it's the only complaint I have. One time, I only waited 45 minutes and that was because there weren't any other customers and they had three techs in the garage. My average wait time is 2.5 hours. The longest was 4 hours. This is Firestone, not Burger King, and I get that. I've noticed that turnover at this store is pretty high. I'm in the store at least once a month and I see a new face almost every visit. Maybe that has something to do with the turn around time? Anyway, that's my two cents.

I have been bringing my car to Firestone since I bought it over seven years ago. I continue to bring it back because I trust they will always be up front with me without me feeling like they are having me have unnecessary work done.

I have been going to the Firestone on Baltimore National Pike for about 5 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. They always give great customer service, always give me the best advice on caring for my car and don't try to get over on me for being a woman. I think they are great.I have called the regional office to let them know their staff and location are GREAT!

They do a good job but they tell you it'll be an hour and then you sitting there after 2 hours like what's up. Plus I'm pretty sure they had my car finished 30 minutes before I got up and asked them what's taking so long.
