I was greeted by John and Julia, I had requested Tom to work in my car. He is excellent. They granted my request. There are other great mechanics there but I have never had bad experience with Tom and I like to keep it that way. I love taking my cars to this Facility. Wes!! we may have to wait a bit at times but I want good job in my car!!

I took my car in for an oil change and have my tires checked. I was impressed with the time it took for the car to be ready and the customer service. I always take my car to the York office ,because I like how I am treated as a customer. I feel that they are always honest and care about my needs.

I went to firestone, York road plaza Drum Castle, they forgot to replace one screw on protective plate to access. alternator I did not return, instead I went to Firestone loch raven blvd, showed them my receipt and they secured my protective plate with a zip cord. Hats off to Randy and coroll ,you took care of me.

I've been a customer of this store for years - they kept my 1997 Jeep running waaay longer than it should have and were always reasonable with fees and helped out pointing out coupons and special deals. Got to know the manager and a number of the service persons along the way - great group of guys. Always willing to take a minute and explain things to me. Unfortunately it was time to let go of the Jeep and I have a great new Subaru that's just wonderful. Last week I got an "idiot light" alarm about my tires and called Firestone about 3:00 pm hoping they could give me a quick look. They said they were pretty busy, but bring it in. Not only did they fix the issue before the end of the day, they fixed it before DARK! And this was including the oil change which wasn't quite due but I figured as long as it was there..., and they topped off all my fluids. The manager saw me drop it off, knew I was from the neighborhood and would have to walk over to pick up the car. He also knew I needed the vehicle for an early morning meeting. I know he did me a big favor. And then he told me about the next upcoming promotion for Black Friday and suggested I get the Lifetime Alignment service I had on the Jeep. I will definitely do that! It's a real pleasure to have Dave at this store and know he actually cares about his customers! He and the store are a real neighborhood asset!

Took just one loose tire there and asked them to replace it. That was in the afternoon and they told me they will get it done by the end of the day and call me when done, I drove away on a spare. No one called by the end of the day and I went back next morning expecting to get my new tire and go to work but that still was not completed. Another service adviser asked me to wait for another 5 minutes but it took them 40, adding that he is not responsible because it was the other guy who promised me service yesterday. Yeah, right! What is it, a kindergarten? If you work for the company you have to stand up for them! The outcome: no regrets, they didn't even thank me for using their business and paying my bill.

It took them 5 hours to do a alignment and rotate wheels I let the representative know that there were no paper towels in the bathroom that stays like that from the time that I was there until the time I left i had a serious problem with that

Dropped vehicle in morning to fix tire (screw in tire); repaired within an hour for $30. Also, had battery replaced for $143. Both seemed a little high but liked the quick, friendly service.

My experience was r/t to Safety Inspection on my vehicle. I was very unhappy with the length of time it took to get the inspection completed. I had to contact the dealer that I purchased the car from in order to find the part needed to complete the work.He was able to find a source that got the part that was needed.The dealer that the car was purchase from was able to help me

I've always been a huge fan of Firestone and every experience I've had at any location has been the same-fast and friendly service. I appreciate the time and attention the technicians give me and my vehicle. I especially appreciate the fact that I'm never misguided when it comes to taking care of my car. I visited Firestone 2 days ago and I was apprehensive bc ppl I spoke with said they were expensive and I read reviews that said they were pushovers (will try to suck a lot of money out of you) and I would say they did do that I asked for ONE specific service and they tried several times to push me into getting something where the price was way higher than what I wanted. I knew the problem already from a previous check up to my car just finding a trusted mechanic to do the work and not overcharge me was the issue. I figure if I let them for sure check to see what's wrong I will get the parts I need and get the work done but of course they want to sell you their parts at the highest price and the highest labor but I like that if they mess up I can take it right back an alley mechanic you just lost out ur money u had to scrap up to get ur car fixed n I can't afford that so maybe I have to break down and pay them but viewers give me ur thoughts!!!!

Prior to my recent visit to your Firestone location, I was loyal to the same car service shop for two reasons. First, they were honest and only performed work that needed to be done with NO unnecessary up-selling. Second, they prided themselves in exceptional work that included timely and accurate service. This Firestone location is the first car service shop that equals what I became accustomed to for over 25 years. Great work to the service tech for the work done and to the customer service folks who were both courteous and respectful. Keep up the great work!

I was driving home and the low tire pressure was lit up on the dash. I stopped at Firestone at 5 PM and was cordially greeted and the service provider came out to my car and explained that all tires were in need of replacement. I thought that would mean leaving the car overnight (it was after 5 PM) but they said they could do it right away!

I had initially replaced a belt tensioner with Firestone and then something went awry and the belt broke so they replaced the belt for me for free and took care of me and my vehicle thoroughly on that visit. Then on the following visit when I had a noise that was extremely hard to locate, they had several technicians on staff thoroughly investigate the vehicle until they successfully found the part that needed to be replaced and then they charged me very fairly for the work done. I am more than satisfied and will not go anywhere else for my service !

Went in for tire rotation and later developed a slow leak and a malfunction of the tire pressure sensor, so brought it back. They found nothing, inflated the tire - no charge; but tire continued to lose air, but sensor came on line again after the tire almost completely deflated. Brought it back again and they found a small puncture after looking at the right tire! Fixed it, no charge; but when I got the car up to 60 MPH, my car began to vibrate violently. I've spent a lot of time sitting and waiting for quality service. Should I come back in for more or go somewhere else?

Went in for a swap of my wheels/tires. Very basic. The sales associate could not understand what I needed. I had to walk him out to the car to show him, and then still received a call from the Tech asking what I needed. While I was waiting in line I also heard other customers complaining about services ALREADY performed that did not go right. Nice people, but perhaps only use them for wheel/tire related services? This is getting picky, but my wheels say "Jeep" on each one. You would think they would align the wheels so the "Jeep" sign is positioned the same way on each tire. Oh well. This may be unrelated, but I now have an oil leak that I am 100% positive was not there before. I had NO engine work performed, so maybe it's just coincidence.

I had an appointment to have my oil changed. My check engine light was on, so I asked them to check the error code (a service they offer free of charge). The customer service person told me that they would not have time to complete a full engine diagnostic test (different than an error code check). I asked him again to just check the error code, and he said they would. It took 1 hour to change the oil - much longer than my past experiences at competing service centers. They gave the paperwork back to the customer service rep who told me that they changed my oil, and recommend that I have my cabin air filter changed, my engine air filter changed, my brake line fluid bled and replace, and my radiator fluid bled and replaced. He also stated that my check engine light was on (something I already knew and had discussed with him just 1 hour previously) they did not have time to perform an engine diagnostic test. I asked if they had checked the error code, as I had asked...they had not. At this point, the car was already off the lift and re-parked in the customer lot. If I wanted them to perform any additional services, which they recommended, it would need to be put back up on the lift and service would need to be started again. They seemed to be disinterested in providing more service than a simple oil change. I guess, on some level, it was refreshing to have a service center actively trying not to perform additional services for money...unfortunately, I still need to have these services performed. I will be going elsewhere for the additional work.

I just moved to Maryland and went in for a state inspection. I was very happy when they were able to squeeze me in on a busy afternoon! The staff was friendly and professional. They gave me realistic wait times (the inspection was done quicker than estimated) and clearly described what was required for the Maryland state inspection process.

I have been going to this Firestone locsation for years because of the great customer service and this visit was no exception. Although there was a delay due to the volume of vehicles they has in the shop, the employees were always courteous and worked with me to get brakes replaced in a timely manner. I will be back!

My experience with Firestone was exceptional. Although they had a difficult firguring out the problem and had my vehicle for 2 weeks. They made sure we were accommodated the entire time. I can't remember the names but the manager and an African American female exhibited excellent patience and customer service. I would highly recommend this firestone. I had plans on sending a letter but never got around to it. Thank you again for this survey.

For the past few years I have used Firestone for tires, and other miscellaneous maintenance issues like windshield wipers. I like the road hazard repair warranty and I like that I can locate a Firestone in most cities. The only real "complaint" I have, is the "nickel and diming" done at the conclusion of each visit. For example, I took my car in for a battery a few weeks ago. When I was going over the paperwork and getting ready to pay, the person helping me noted that my windshield wipers were "streaking" and should be replaced. I told him that they had just been replaced a month and a half prior ... right there in that shop. He then said that windshield wipers need to be replaced every couple of months. No they don't. I told him that when it was done last time, they told me every 6 months. This sort of exchange is what makes customers become wary and suspicious. When you are told contradictory information by the same shop within a matter of a couple months, you begin to wonder if it is lack of knowledge or an attempt to compel you to perform unnecessary repairs and maintenance. And it is the yellow flag that causes me to give a 3 star rating.

I came in on February 1st to have my oil changed. It was going to be a 2-1/2 hour wait so I scheduled an appointment for the following day at 9:30am. My car wasn't taken into the garage until 10:50am and was not ready until noon. This is very disappointing service.

Expect friendly dependable service here. It's less expensive than at the car dealers, but don't expect those little extras you might get at the dealer such as topping off the windshield washer fluid or a car vacuuming.
