    Didn't feel rushed explaining what was wrong and Mike, very thoroughly, went over what needed to be done after the inspection. My bill was actually lower than the estimate. How often does that happen. Lol Love this place and feel very comfortable every time.

    Customer Service by front desk was exceptional, however there were a few issues in general. I was told mounting, balancing tires and alignment would take an hour to an hour and a half however the tires alone took 3 hours. Alignment was unable to be completed as ball joints needed to be replaced (not their fault). I had asked for all tires to be left in vehicle as I did not need them disposed of. When I received the call stating the vehicle was done, all of the crew had left and my tires had been thrown in the back. I live about 45 minutes away so i had to go back the following day to pick them up. Complete inconvenience.

    I took my car in for oil change and alignment. I've been doing business with Gordy since 1980. I wouldn't go to another Firestone if he's not the manager unless I'm out of town. Also Megan is an excellent employee who has outstanding customer relationship skills. Work is always done right and is not "highway robbery" that you get at dealerships and other places.

    I came in for a simple patch job for my truck(slow leak). Felt like I got pushed into getting a oil change/light/alignment ex. I asked the person who contacted me "how much longer". His response was " half hour to 45 min". I showed up a half hour later. 2 hours from then it was finally done. Not happy at all with the service

    I made an appointment 2 days prior for front end alignment. When I arrived, I ask how long it will take. The man at the front counter said about 1 hour. 2 hours later the lady at front counter called me over and said I needed extra work. one of the items she said was that my cars front driver side strut was unattached. I told her that it was attached when I brought it in and she was adamant that it was not. I told her that would have rendered the car undriveable, so how did i drive it in and how did the mechanic maneuver it on to a lift. I then wanted to talk to the mechanic. he explained that it was indeed attached but a washer was upside down. I then asked him how much longer it would take. He told me he was just starting. I told him the man at the front counter said it would be done an hour ago. he just shrugged. After 2 hours of this foolishness from the front counter I told the mechanic to do his best, but im not paying for extra parts or labor. I then left and waited for a phone call. After 2 more hours of waiting and no call, I went back over there. Car is ready, they said they tried to call, I received no call. They read me back a bad phone number, which I had updated 2 days earlier when I made the appointment. I did not correct them. I just paid and left. I will never use any Firestone for any repair ever again. I understand that the mechanic is not at fault, but the front counter employees has cost Firestone my business.

    I was visiting in Davenport,when my tire sensor read that my tire was at 19,instea of 33. I have had to ad air quite frequently-but since I work 12 hour shifts in Ia City and live another62 miles south of Ia City-I don't get to do a lot of "car care". Thankfully ,my boyfriend has been to your Firestone and recommended I get it checked. Courteous,from the young lady at the desk to the young man who brought my car to the front of the store. A long nail in the tire doesn't keep air in---thanks again

    Very quick and affordable servce I had them change my oil and replace air filter on 97 explorer they did a great job no compacts here will definitely return to this location when i am ready to purchase new tires as well

    Warranties are great if you have to move or be serviced at another location. Staff are friendly and able to articulate issues and make recommendations to get or not get service.

    Parents...I wouldn't recommend work be done at Firestone. I was there for an hour and a half. I had my five month old with me. She needed to be changed halfway through the visit. I went into the restroom and there was no changing table in female restroom. There was no changing station in men's either. I mentioned this and I was laughed at and told....we will never get one of those! Well parents get their car repaired too...and this day and age....we need accessibility for children. Tires...repairs ...cost hundreds...place a simple station in your businesses.

    We had a road trip interrupted by a flat tire.....bad spare....Josh and his manager got us in quickly and fixed us up without gouging our checkbook....will definitely recommend them...The Davenport location!

    I went in to have my belts replaced and that was done to my satisfaction, although for a higher price than other repair shops. I had them check a tire that had a slow leak. They told me the tire had a nail in it and was not repairable. Since I have all wheel drive, that meant I needed 4 new tires. This would be the 3rd set of tires I needed on my 2007 Subaru Legacy. (The other 2 sets were purchased through Tires Plus which is also owned my your company.) I asked to see the tire. They showed it to me, but I wondered if it was even a nail. There was no head on it and it was so thin, I felt like I could pick it out of the tire. I went to another place and had them look at the tire. There was nothing wrong with it. The machanic looked at it for over 30 minutes, picking out smal pebbles that were imbeaded in the tire. He had me come back and look at the tire with him, we saw nothing in the tread. He said the tires I have typically need a bead sealer, which I have had done before with similar tires. He took the tire apart and sealed it, there was nothing in the tire!! He did all the work for FREE and my tire is fine!!! What a scam to try to sell me 4 new tires when I don't need them!! I will be sure to tell people to stay clear of Firestone for car service!!! (Althogh I'm finding out many people already know this!!)

    I paid for all belts to be changed in November. I took my truck in on April 11th for an oil change/alignment and was told one of the belts needed to be replaced. There was mention of it being hard to get to, so I'm guessing that's why it wasn't changed in Nov although I was charged for it. Leaves one to wonder how often does this happen?

    I recently bought 4 new tires and a one time alignment. When I called the next day to tell them I felt the alignment was off I was told I'd have to pay for another alignment so I didn't return.

    I have been taking my cars to Firestone for service for twenty years. Every encounter has been positive. Large and small repairs are treated quickly, appropriately and accurately.     I knew how battery testing worked but the lady I talked to just babbled on and on. I just brought it in to have a technician test it for real and I was right............it was bad and Firestone replaced it with no problem..............thank you

    Brought my truck in for a L-O-F, and tire rotation. The customer rep suggested new brakes, calipers and rotors....about $800. The truck is only worth $2000. I my put brakes on, but I will NOT spend $800.
