I had a great experience with this location, I always do. Wonderful people that care and are very helpful. I am grateful for their service. And their smiles are just icing on the cake. They work so hard to satisfy their customers. I know, because I am one of them. Thank you Firestone!

Firestone's service was better than the dealership (where I've serviced my car originally). The time it took them to complete my car inspection and replacing struts was amazing. They get your car in & out as soon as they can. The pricing for certain auto work isn't bad either.....very reasonable! I definitely will be back for service! Everyone.....Firestone gets the job done!!!

Took my truck in to get a tune up which included new spark plugs and coolant flush. The communication through the entire process was excellent. The salesperson on the counter was courteous and informative. My tech Ross was informative and communicated everything he was doing and noticed while working on my truck. I'm very pleased with experience at this location.

My car overheated near this Firestone location. I left it there late at night and called the next morning to have them tell me why it was overheating. The service advisor called me later that day and said the car (which is 14 years old) needed $2,600.00 worth of repairs. I was very surprised of course since it only overheated. The list of repairs included replacing the radiator, alternator, tires, brakes, belts, hoses etc. I came and picked the car up and first thing I noticed a belt was missing. We went ahead and loaded the car on a trailer. The battery on the car was completely dead so we had to push the car onto the trailer. The staff at Firestone offered zero help to us in getting the car loaded. I got the car home and put on the new belt which cost me $15.00. The car runs just like it did before. I had no idea that Firestone was such a money gouging business. I am appalled at the way I was treated!

I had seen a puddle of antifreeze on my garage floor and brought the car in for a quick leak check. I was told I needed to come back when they could do a pressure test. I brought the car back, and after the pressure test, was told I need a new radiator, flush, thermostat, battery, etc. I then took the car to an independent technician and was told there does not appear to be a leak and antifreeze level is not dropping. Firestone rep was trying to see how many add ons he could sell. They do a nice job with oil changes, but I will go elsewhere for other services.

I used them last month and the service was great, I was able to set up and appt. and get everything done in a timely fashion. However before I give them five stars there was one thing they missed and that was the battery. The battery was more than five years old on my daughter's car, and just a couple days we were back at firestone to get a battery.

I took my hybrid in for an oil change and new tires. During my visit the sales clerk was friendly and helpful. It took an hour and half, which is what was quoted, to get the car into the garage. Once my car was looked over the clerk gave me the recommended services list. He included the oil change, two new tires, a brake cleaning, brake fluid flush & new struts/shocks for the car. The price was almost triple what I came in for. I decided to hold off on the extra stuff and just authorized what I came in for originally. I had a new clerk as I was checking out and asked if replacing the struts/shocks was really necessary. He said I would know if anything happened to them. When I went home, I researched the recommended fixes for my car. The struts/shocks, which made up the bulk of the quoted price increase, is under a lifetime warranty for my hybrid. I understand that this might not be common knowledge, but I would caution the next person with a hybrid coming in to make sure you check into what they tell you before paying for it. They are not experts and do not seem to have a certified hybrid technician working at the location. You need to do your research if you think something does not sound right.

I needed a tire service on a Saturday late afternoon in Indianapolis. I live about 80 miles from Indianapolis and did not want to travel on the tiny spare available in my trunk. 4 PM and your store was open. They assessed my problem. I purchased a new tire and was on my way. Fortunately for me I have Firestone tires on my car. Great people and great service.

They are in my area so it is easy to get to. T;hey have coupons from time to time which helps. They listen to my concerns whether it is about my car or their service. They are not the quickest service so be prepared.

Was notified during a routine oil/fluid change that my shocks were leaking and need replacement. Usually a 4-5 hour project according to other car shops. I took it back in to these guys on Keystone and not only did they have it complete in 3 hours, they took the time to explain what they did, were cheaper than all other quotes I received, and gave me some simple tips for better car maintenance. They've earned a loyal customer. Great work.

I purchased a new tire and had it mounted on my brand new 2014 jeep Cherokee with only 2000 miles on it due to a puncture. When I received my vehicle I noticed that the "technician" used a high speed air tool to grind the left over adhesive from the old wheel weights off and scuffed and scored my mag leaving deep gashes in a highly visible location, rather then just using brake cleaner to remove the left over adhesive before placing new balancing weights 1" away. I've been a mechanic for 17 yrs and there is no valid excuse for that type of "mistake"

I came in to see what the knocking noise was. Found it was the anti sway bar bushings. Was quoted a price around $350. parts and labor. Not Infiniti parts and not that difficult to r/r sway bar and replace all bushings and supportive hardware. Got Infiniti parts, replaced all surrounding parts and install and saved a $100. That was disappointing.

At the beginning of this year, I brought my car in because it kept stalling and shutting off at random times. After spending around $500 to get it "fixed," I was still having the same issue. I gave up and took it to a dealership that carried my make of car. Within 2 hours they had diagnosed and fixed my problem. They also said that the part Firestone replaced wasn't even the one that was causing the problem. So, after an additional $500, I could safely drive my car without worrying about stalling in heavy traffic. I had been a loyal customer for several years, but will not be returning.

I had a tire that was damaged beyond repair and required a replacement. Although it was a hard-to-find size, I was provided with a pair of tires in an expedient manner though I did not have an appointment. Very pleased with how I was treated.
