    I have a 150,000 mile car, so I understand it needs some TLC, and I am always unguard for servives that make no sense. At Nora Firestone, they take the time to loom at your, explain what you need and why. They have never thrown on unnecessary services. When you pick up your car, they are very thorough in going over what they did with pictures and diagrams, which more than justify their setvice. In conclusion the car always runs great, and truly feel they are watching out for your safety, and protecting your pocketbook.

    Went in with two issues. One was fixing flat tire and another one was changing air filter. Changing filter created new problem. Car started jerking while putting into drive. Immediately showed to the technician and front desk associate and predicted a different issue - Engine mounts must have gone bad, when the car was lifted in the shop. Then, was asked to come next day for estimates on it. Upon driving back home, found more problems in driving. Had transmission lights ON and car won't drive over 40 miles and hour with RPM surging to 3500. My thinking here is why did the technician did not make sure the car is running correctly after he had installed the filter ? today, I took back and clearly suggested them there should be an issued related to new filter installed and requested to check it out. Immediate response was that changing filter has no relation with this problem. Well, I said, let me know what you find out. Just received a phone call from another service person that engine mounts were okay. On running diagnostic check due to dashboard ON lights found an error related to air mass sensor. On further checking, found that while installing the air filter, the connector to the to air mass sensor was disturbed and was not properly connected. Fixing that, removed all the issues. This is what I have been told over the phone. I still have to check out when I pick up the car later in the day after my work. Also, the flat tire that was fixed, had still leakage and same tire showed flat this morning. I am not saying that the service and technicians are bad or did not work properly, but they or someone else should have checked out the car after it was fixed and before handing over to the customer, which I think was not done and they do not have such practice. I also observe that the prices charged for fixes are comparatively higher than others and in that case, they should not have such shortcuts. Would love to hear a feedback from your authorities for what kind of changes are they implementing in their services, to overcome such issues.

    The Firestone experience at the Nora location is always second to none. There are three generations of my family which use the services of this location and regardless of the demographic 27-91 (age) the service team always relates to use and our needs accurately and timely. We are staunch supporters of the front desk personnel for they are always kind, attentive and "listen" to what we say. Having all our records and history on file is a benefit as well. Your service makes our lives possible and our sanity permittable.

    A couple months ago (February 2015) I had my four tires replaced, oil change, battery and the service was done on schedule and well done. Personnel is very friendly and thorough. I am a satisfied customer indeed :)!

    I have been using this location for a number of years and the service has always been good. They never try to push a bunch of stuff I don't really need on me and are always friendly and quick with my service.

    Over all face to face customer service is awesome. Every time I bring My car in I swear there is another problem afterwards. I feel like some mechanics there will break things while fixing others or not do the job properly to begin with. for example 2x( out of the few I had in 4 years) I had a oil change with my old car and the oil cap under the cabin was not screwed on tight enough and I lost oil. I ot 2 new tires for my new car and my alignment was way off after the tires were replaced. I was not offered a full alignment as I think should have been done for free. But only offered for my steering wheel to be aligned properly and I had to pay for a full alignment, because I was not going to only get my steering wheel aligned. I had my car looked at and inspected by the dealer and it was aligned properly. This inspection was done 2 weeks before i had my tires replaced. I purchased a lifetime alignment and was given a small discount. I got a oil change on my new car in Carmel and after that my engine is loud. On my previous car I have all suspension components replaced 2x in 2 years, spent over $4,000. I do not feel I should have had to replace those parts so quickly if at all. Also, during these two visits to repair my suspension I was told my car would be finished in a certain time and it was never finished on time, I always had to leave my car for an extra day, once on thanksgiving. I have went in for an alignment and oil change multiple times and my car was not ready even close to the time I was told it "would" be ready(except at the Carmel location). Also, three weeks ago i called both the Carmel and nora locations for windshield wipers for my new vehicle, neither location had my rear wiper in stock, so I asked they they look around to see if they can order it for pick up. I never received a call back regarding that from either location. I also got one of my cars back once with a scrape on the rim. When I can afford a major fix, I use an outside mechanic. I use Firestone because I have a credit card with you guys and for major purchases such as tires, or major repairs I cannot afford on a whim. I have been a Firestone customer since about 2004, my parents have been customers since "the beginning of time" (-:. My mother and step father live for Firestone. The Nora location Sponsored my step father at one point when he used to drag race a few years back.

    Had front headlights replace. Both headlights were incorrectly placed in the bracket. Consequently the lights shined right in front of the car..not illuminating the road. Took the car to a Subaru dealer to correct your horrible service. The dealer had to replace one of the bulbs because Firestone put it in so poorly it shorted out. I wasted 109 dollars at firestone. If firestone cannot replace front headlight bulbs, all Firestone had to do is tell me. I could not be more disappointed. Firestone had serviced my car for over ten years. I have bought tires there too. No more.

    Ive been using this location for repairs for about 4 years now. They are pretty good. But just like everywhere, they have staff turnover and it depends who is there doing the work at the time of your visit. However the managers (or assistant managers) usually do a pretty good job fixing errors and resolving disputes. Their prices seem average with other shops and cheaper than dealerships of course.
