We got two tires and an oil change. The people were very friendly, accommodating, and took care to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the service! I hope this is a regular thing there because I will definitely be going back! I'm new to the area so I'm crossing my fingers that I've found my new car place!

Love the manager and the timeliness of the repairs/oil changes I have had here. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I was kept informed as to the progress of my vehicle and they finished in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

I had bought tires from Firestone a few months back. I hit a pothole and I had to replace a tire. I was charged for the tire, though I had bought the extended warranty. When they fought the mistake they refunded my money. They made it right. I am very happy with their follow up.

I took my car in for an overall maintenance check and when I checked out I was given a work order that I needed a wheel bearing replaced. This is partially my fault for not double checking my paperwork more completely, but I went back to Firestone the following week to get my repair done, and while standing in line I realized that the work order they had given me the previous week was for somebody else. I had to wait in a long line, but the person at the front checked my records from the previous week and determined I didn't need any additional work done at all. So other than making a completely unnecessary trip back to Firestone this week, everything was fine.

I have use Firestone at college mall in the past and have always had a good experience. Today I was on a time constraint. They did their best and had my car back to me by the exact time I asked it for. Kim was a wonderful help! She and her team went above and beyond today! I will be a customer for life! Very dependable!

I went to my dealership to get the routine maintenance completed and they gave me a quote for new tires (cheap brands) at an outrageous price and had no financing options. I arrived at firestone and had outstanding service and they got me in right away! They had amazing customer service and kept me updated along the way.

I called the dealership to get a new wheel, and they were going to charge an arm and a leg and it wouldn't have been ready for 2 weeks. Firestone was able to order a wheel and put it on my car for a mere fraction of a price.

The Car Repair on a 1991 Toyota Previa at the Bloomington, IN College Mall Firestone was handled very professionally. Kudo's especially for/to Sabrina Armstrong, the Service Manager. She was OUTSTANDING in handling and solving the needed car repair & ticket at very generous & reasonable cost. I am referring several new customers to the College Mall Firestone Store because of my experience last Friday. I could not have been more pleased!!

We had stopped by the store on Sunday 9/13 to purchase new tires because the tires we has Firestone put on 4 years ago were almost bald on the front tires. The sales person did give us a good price, but said the tires would have to be ordered and may be in on Monday or Tuesday, and they would call us to set up a service date when the tires arrived. The sales person reminded us of a need for new tire sensors that they recommended be replaced. They had replaced two of them with the last set of tires, and I also requested an oil change to be done the same day. When we had not heard from Firestone on Wednesday, I called the store and was told the tires arrived on Monday9/14. I set a service date at the earliest time of 12 noon Thursday 9/17, and confirmed all services that was to be done. I arrived 30 minutes early to the scheduled appt., in hopes they could start with the oil change early if they could. They did pull the truck into the service bay exactly at 12noon, as scheduled. Two hours later I noticed only one wheel on the truck and stood just outside the bay door until I was noticed by the of the managers. I asked if they could give me an "ETA" on the truck, and then a tech that was passing by the truck said, "it's almost done". About 10 minutes later, one of the managers came outside where I was waiting and knelt down to where I was sitting to report the service ticket did not get read correctly and it would take about another 30 minutes. I asked what does that mean, "the ticket did not get read correctly"? She went to get the ticket and showed me, how they did not see that the tire sensors were to be replaced. Then Kim B. the other manager came out and sat with me to explain that they had only one tire sensor at the store and had sent for another to be delivered to the store to be placed on the truck. She then said that she would comp the oil change that had already been done and the sensor. This DID help to make the additional wait time more tolerable. I then explained to Kim the previous experiences with the sales person, along with additional visits due to a tire light that continued to be on. They had explained that the light would go out when the tire sensors were replaced. (We had two of the sensors replaced at this Firestone previously). So, at 3:20 PM (3 hours and 20 minutes later) the keys were given to me from the tech, and I asked him, as he got out of my truck if the lights were now out. He said I would have to drive it a bit for the lights to got out. I paid them and took the truck for a little drive around the Mall. As the lights did NOT go out, and the oil change reminder sticker had not been changed. I returned to the store within 5 minutes, to report the lights, and my concern that the oil had not been changed. They assured me the oil had been changed but the sticker had just been overlooked. They took the keys and was gone with the truck for another 30 minutes. I met the sales person at my truck when he pulled into a parking spot at the front of the store. He told me all but one of the tires checked out. The fourth tire reads "duplicate tire sensor". He said he just didn't know why it was reading this way and hated to say it but I should take it to the Chrysler dealer to have it checked out to get the tire light turned off, and let them know if there is a cost. (thank goodness this was the sales person and not the tech, as my truck is a Toyota, not a Chrysler. I have delt with the tire light being on for several years now, as I was told it was due to the sensors, I guess I will have to continue to see the tire light on. I will invest in a sticker to cover it up! I must say that Kim B, the manager did everything in her power to "make it right". Thank you Kim!

The team was nothing but kind in helping me get my car fixed. My only reason for losing a star is that they didn't have a product needed for my car in stock, and then their equipment failed causing me to have to go to the dealer. I didn't have to pay anything extra for this, I just lost a lot of time in the process. The service team was a pleasure to work with!

Firestone checks over all regular maintenance items with out reminders. As a 70 mile commuter, I know I can count on them to be alert and to head off any mechanical issues that would prevent my car from future problems.

I go to Firestone often, either to buy tires or service for my vehicles. Every time I have been in this store the guys are very professional with customers. But I am the type of person that I tend to joke around and like to give the manager a hard time and I feel that the crew are very honest about my vehicles.

I have never had a bad or less-than-great experience with Matt and his staff. They are always pleasant and timely, not pushing up-sales or trying to talk we into something I do not need. At the same time, they bring issues to my attention.

A decision was made to not have oil change tech start at 7:00 am and also only schedule made in advance appointments. This is of great disappoointment to me, I was willing to be at the store at 6:45 whether weekday or Saturday mornings to get my oil changed. Will need to check with other competitors to see if they are more flexible.
