    O apoligize for my earlier comments first pf all matt the manager went out his way to install 3 tires while saying it may not be ready today having coming to firestone for inspection after wards matt contacted me to extend additional service for my air pressure what i liked him being personal an letting me know should i have a problem call him thats what i like about firestone an the techs very professional

    Purchased new run flat tires at store. Very professional, and very well mannered. Went out of their way to call warehouse for me, and bring tires next business day. dropped car off, and called me later in day to pick up. very easy

    On December 13, 2016, I went to Firestone at 2522 S Academy Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO to have a flat repaired using the Road Hazard warranty I purchased with my tires. Brandon was the person who was working at the counter. According to my work order I was helped at 9:34 am with an estimated finish time of 10:30. I waited in the lobby. I also asked about getting my free alignment but Brandon indicated it would take an additional 1 – 1.5 hours. I told him I didn’t have that much time so I would do that at another time. Around 11:10, I went to the counter to find out why it was taking so long. I waited behind the lady who was currently being helped by Brandon. Apparently she had brought in her vehicle earlier for tires also. She said had asked 3 different times to ensure her vehicle would be ready by a certain time because she had to be in to the Breckenridge area by 1:00 and had to drive up a hill to get to a cabin and wanted to ensure she had good tires for the weather. After waiting at Starbuck for some time she returns to Firestone. Brandon tells her he didn’t have the tires at his location and still needed to send someone to get the tires from the downtown location. He meant to call the lady but hadn’t found the time yet. Needless to say she was furious and I could hear her afterwards on the phone trying to arrange to get another vehicle to drive while her old, not safe tires according to Brandon, were being put back on. My turn at the counter: Brandon went to get my work order from the window. Stated the mechanic said I needed new tires based on the tread and Brandon proceeded to tell me what tires he had available. I told him that I didn’t have the time, as I indicated to him when I first came in, and I needed my car. He went to get the keys. I waited an hour and forty-five minutes to find out the tire couldn’t be repaired. I asked Brandon why it took so long. He said because the mechanic was waiting for him to tell him what to do. My thought after that was Brandon seems like a nice person but he needs help because he doesn’t know how to manage his time vs customer service yet, something that some training could probably solve. Next day, December 14, after my optometry appointment I stop at Les Schwab Tires across the street. They can fix my tire for $14 plus tax. The day before, Brandon told me my tire can’t be fixed and tries to sell me tires for $366.24 (price based on the recommendation sheet he gave me). The Les Schwab Tire mechanic told me the tread is at a 4 and I do need to get new tires soon. Not only terrible service to me but to other customers as I witnessed firsthand. And it seems like Firestone is trying to pull a scam—can’t fix your tire buy new ones today.

    My first time to purchase tires and was not sure the of the size and used the vehicle chart to get the right size tires. Upon searching I discovered the size purchased were not the correct size. I called and spoke with John explained the mistake of the tire size and he scheduled me to come back and have the correct size tires placed on the car, awesome, awesome thank you Jesus !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

    They lied about what was wrong with my vehicle and tried to rip me off. They said it would cost over $1200 to fix they were full of it it was underv$200 parts and labor with warrantee on part and work. I am posting on all of my social media sites about these rip off artists...no one I know will ever go to these known crooks.

    I chose this location because I needed a set of front tires back in 2006 and went to this Firestone location because it was on my way to work. I was not only impressed with the work but with the honesty of the person who took care of me. The current store manager is quite honest and give very good advice when it comes to the type of work that needs to be done. I appreciate his honesty. I'm sorry I don't remember his name. I went in for my annual oil change but informed him that the brake job that was done in March was good but my front brakes were making noise when I coasted to a stop. He upgraded the brake pads. Most would have installed the same type pads. This is going above and beyond in my opinion. This is the type of quality service I don't mind paying for.

    I scheduled an oil and filter change 2 weeks ahead. I was told by a staff member that it'll take 1 hour so I said that I would wait. One hour and 40 minutes later I asked what was happening. A different staff member called the work area and found out they were waiting for an item (filter?). I asked how many more minutes because I'm 40 minutes overdue from what I was promised. He said 20 minutes. 20 minutes went by I asked for the status. He called the back and said they're still working on it. A one-hour wait became 3 hours, for oil change. That's ridiculous. What a waste of my time. Be honest and say 3 hours, don't tell me 1 hour if that's not feasible. To add insult to injury, I'm being charged $20 more than what I'd be charged at the dealership. The staff member who helped me agreed to give me a discount of 50% on the services to make it right. It was a good effort on his part, however my loss of 2 hours was worth more than $60 some dollars.

    I bought my car in for a realignment and in that regard the service was fine. During the "complimentary check up" they found that one of my headlights was out. They told me they didn't have the part in stock and that I could wait till tomorrow to have it fixed. I declined to pay the $50 for a replacement bulb but asked if I could leave my car overnight (since I can't drive with one headlight) and they told me yes, and it would be ready at 6 AM if I decided to repair the bulb. I agreed because I was tired and frustrated. I got home around 9:30 then received a phone call that my car was ready for pick up the light had be fixed. I'm not sure how they fixed it in an hour since they didn't have the part??? Anyway when I picked my car up the next morning they said they would email all the suggested repairs they found in the check up...I'm still waiting for the email...over a week later. Not terrible service but not excellent by any means either.

    I had four new Bridgestone Drive Guard run-flats put on my Cadillac ATS. I left my car for the day and really did not need it back at any particular time. Customer service kept me updated hourly in the late afternoon on the estimated time of completion - they were fantastic. Also, these Drive Guards are so much better than the Michelin Primacys that came with the car.

    I just had 4 tires installed along with an alignment. I wanted to commend your professional and courteous staff at the South Wabash Ave, Chicago, IL store #345100. I was first greeted by John-Eric Camacho who assisted me with the available tires for my Jeep. He was patient and sincerely courteous. The quoted prices were good. I left to get additional quotes which were all comparable. I returned because of the customer service at that store. When I returned Joseph Chelampath assisted me and was as professional and courteous as John. While I was waiting for service I heard the other advisers on the phone and saw them with customers in the store. Each of them too were outstanding with their service and very genuinely nice. Please share with the staff so they know it is appreciated and very good for business. I will certainly be back to that location for other services my vehicle may need. Thank you.

    Great job installing my new tires and checking my brakes. Only suggestion is to make sure that staffing is available to service vehicle in a timely fashion. It doesn't take 2 hours to install two front tires!

    I am a die hard Firestone customer. My whole family has come for service at this location for years & years to service all of our cars. We have been here through the demolition of the old building to the remodeling of the current NEW building. I really appreciate the knowledge of the staff.

    This visit was to check the tire pressure in my new Mazda6. The guys checked it easily and we caught up. I have used this Firestone pretty exclusively for the past 5 years with my old Mazda Millenia. The guys are always pleasant and helpful and extremely accommodating. I really appreciate them and the time, support, suggestions and honesty they shared as we took care of my car until its final days before I sold it a month ago.
