I purchased a set of tires about a week ago. I was very impressed with my service advisor, Jamis. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Kudos to Jamis!!!

Would never buy tires or anything else from Firestone. Bought 4 new tires.Hadn't left 20 mins.Made a stop.To be told your tire is about to blow off. Had to change tire to spare. Took back to Firestone to wait over 2 hrs, For another tire. Then I asked about an adjustment to my bill. For my trouble. Service Manager tells me.And I Quote!! I GAVE u a new tire..Oh! Really. So u gave me a new tire? Or did I pay for new tires less then an hour ago!! Also, having to wait over 2hrs.last Person in the store just as they were closing.

I used them yesterday. I would not recommend this location. They are all about the sale, no repeat for the customer. DO NOT go here to have tires put on custom wheels. They will accept your business, although they have no clue how to install the tire. I stayed in the shop for 5 hours as they pryed and made excuses for problems with the installation of the wheel. I have been to other shops withour the big box name and received my wheels installed in about 1 hour. I would NEVER return here. The female attended there is about the only added value to that shop.

Needed new tires on a Sunday while traveling thru Macon, GA. Have a hybrid car that required an odd size set of tires. Called the store, the service person was able to get a set of 4 new tires of the correct size before I got to the store. My only complaint is that it took way to long to get the tires removed, mounted, balanced, and placed back on the car. At the store for over 2 hours.

One of my windshield wiper blades broke, so I took my car to Firestone at the Macon Mall. I was received with a very friendly greeting and was helped right away. I wanted a sturdy Bosch wiper and the Service Manager had exactly what I wanted. The teamwork and quality of service at this shop is amazing. They ensured that the wipers fit properly and that I was happy with my purchase. I am extremely happy with this shops service and the staff is awesome. I'm recommending all of my friends and family to this location. Thank you Firestone at Macon Mall! You ladies and gentlemen are awesome!

I went back to them because of the results of the diagnostics "supposedly" performed on my vehicle. They were WRONG and it took almost half the day me waiting around for them to tell me they couldn't service my vehicle. And I had a scheduled appointment!!!

I went to get an oil change and tires balanced. At the end of the week only I noticed only one weight on my tire. They want balance my tires again.

I came in with several issues and all were fixed quickly and to my great satisfaction. The one point that made this experience especially great was the absolutely AMAZING customer service provided by the manager. He was extremely helpful and so very kind, I will always be coming back to this location simply because of him!!

My name is Felix and I am the president of Chicago Russian tours company. On June 27,Saturday I was coming back from Florida with group of seniors and kids. We made a stop on the rest area near Macon, GA and one of our 15 passenger vans would not start. It was rainy, so we have to spent the night in local motel. Next day was Sunday and every thing was closed. Two local mechanics tried to fix the van on rest aria. They make me buy a new starter , than a new battery, then new wires , but the vans still wouldn't start . After 10 ours of wasting my time and $450 dollars, I found out that one of them still $750 dollars from my bag, while I went to the restroom. So at 7p.m. I was out of cash, still at Macon with five seniors and three kids who's parents was calling me each hours, checking on a progress of our repairs. The Firestone Compete Auto Care shop on 3659 Eisenhower Pkwy in Macon was the closes to my Ford E-350 van and the only one that opened at 7a.m.The tow track brought my van to Firestone shop at 9a.m. and it take 20 minutes for store manager Mr. Tom Wade with 2 questions plus few test to find the problem! The compressor to airconditioning unit was broken . And it block the engine from running. To order and put on anew one will take more than one day, and I was out of time. Mr. Tom Wade and mechanic Mr. Teo work 10 hours strait on our van and fix it, so I can drive back to Chicago. In 26 years that I live in United States and work as tour guide-van driver I never matt better mechanics and better people than this two: Mr. Tom Wade and Mr. Teo! On behalf of my tourists and myself thank two of you from the bottom of my hurt. God bless you and your families. I will 100% recommend this store to everybody, who need help with his car.

A satisfied customer told me about how Firestone checked their air system for $10, a discount for thr summer, so I went and thought I was gone be there for 30 mins. 30 minutes turned into 4 hours because they said they had to go open my air system to see why the cold wasn't blowing when I stop on breaks but did fine as I was driving pressing the gas. So the price jumped from $10 to almost $60....they charged me for labor which was waived because of their discount so I shouldve been paying $10 instead of $60....well to make a long story short, I wasn't satisfied because they could not tell me what was wrong with my car, got in my car to hear clicking noise that wasn't there before, they fixed that and when I drove off, my whole air system was blowing heat instead of the air I felt when I drove. Soooo I will not be returning their and have learned my lesson to the fullest.

I took my car at Firestone, Eisenhower pkwy store for "Summer care package" checkup. After hour long checked it up they gave me some recommendations for next time services. So when I take back my car and suddenly discovered that side blinker lights are not working. This is weird, right? Lights were functioning properly even before I get their store. I told them about it and they said this is not their fault. I have been told I do need to replace multi functional switch and it will cost 300 bucks. What the hack is going on. Why I should spend extra 300 bucks unnecessarily. This (side lights blinker) is occurring while in Firestone workshop,

I use Firestone Macon for all of my auto needs. The staff are knowledgeable and courteous. The prices are very fair and reasonable. The wait time is minimal and the waiting area is clean and has plenty of seating. There is a tall Caucasian guy who works the counter and he is the best. Before he does anything he checks with you and explains everything and checks to make sure he has the part and if he doesn't he will let you know and give you an estimate as to how long it will take to get the part. You bring something to this guys attention and he is on it. This guy is the best! When you bring your vehicle in there for simple or complex issues it is always the same excellent service. I have been using this place for five years and they are the best.

I called on Friday afternoon and asked if they had two tires to match the two I bout in March she said she was looking at them so I drove from Sandersville on Saturday morning they did not have the tires I had ask for but had some that would work that cost a little morei needed the tires so I took them will let you know if I like them I will go to another location next time

I have dealt with Firestone on every vehicle I have every had since the 90's. When I took my mom car under my name to buy her 4 new tires and a lifetime alignment service was excellent. I had to go back last month or maybe 2 months ago because she had a flat tire, but we had to end up buying a new tire because that tire was completely ruined. The salesguy ordered the tire and told us to come back the next day it would be in the store. When my mom came back the next day the Manager that was on duty was nasty and rude to her. He told her they was closing at 6:00p.m. because they had a mandoratory meeting and she had to come back and he and the other workers preceded to let down the gates and waited for her to leave the store. She did not leave because she was not told about a meeting the day before she told the salesperson that she got off at 5:00 and it would be after 5:00 when she got there and he said that will be ok. She had to insist on her tire to be put on, the manager said he guess this time they would do it. She also ask them about her tire light and ask would they check her tire pressure,but they did not. If i hadn't bought that lifetime warranty I would not go back to Firestone. I will not bring another vehicle to Firestone, I will pay more somewhere for better respect and customer service. I don't appreciate how rude the manager was to my mother. How did we suppose to know about a mandatory meeting? It is a way of saying things to people and he needs to learn it. Sad to say we are still riding with the tire light on but I refused to be disrespected. Hopefully when we go back for her 1st liftetime inspection the customer service will be better. But like I said if I hadn't paid for it, I would not be going back.

Firestone is the one and only place that I will take my vehicle and actually trust the individuals who work on it. They are very professional and its obvious that their motto is customer focused because they always make sure that the customer is happy before they leave. If at any time there is a small problem or even a minor concern about your vehicle they are always willing to check it out without hesitation. I LOVE THEM!

I used this location each and every time because the Store Manager and team are excellent, knowledgable, they take great care of their customers and are always professional! The most amazing part was to attest to other customers who came in during my visit and shared that they too were happy they came in and were thrilled about the quality of service. I will continue to visit this location because I was made to feel valued and that my car trouble was a one stop shop. Also the price of service was affordable. I am also impressed for the follow up from this team who sent this survey. Overall this store location and company as a whole is loyal to the company's brand!! Excellent service from Jairus Snell and his team!! I am a customer for life!!

I went to Firestone for front brake and rotor replacement job on my 2007 Audi A4 Cabriolet. After repeated attempts,they were not able to stop the squealing. I went to Tires Plus who replaced the pads on two different occasions but the squealing has not stopped. I also replaced front tires at Tires Plus. Firestone and Tires Plus are very nice people. I've recommend Tires Plus and Firestone to family and friends with American cars. I am however disappointed that at company like Firestone isn't capable of doing a competent brake repair on a Audi vehicle. I bought lifetime alignment but I don't feel comfortable taking the Audi back to Firestone.

Took truck in for 3000 mi check up, as ususal. Came out with $1000 in new rotors because of worn out pads. I feel this should have been brought to my attention at the time of the last 3000 mi check up, when they rotated the tires-as I have them do at every service job. It's true that I did not request a brake inspections, specifically at the last 2 3000 mi service jobs but; if they could tell me my rotors were shot at the last one they could have mentioned the pads were due at the previous one. The excuse is to be told about my brake pads I have to order the brake inspection. This is why Firestone has seen the last of me. I have a new company lined up to take over and they seemed surprised at your business practices- which I take as a positive sign. The whole job took from 2pm to well after 6, if memory serves. People with appointment did little better.

They changed a tire and replaced it with a tire that did not match the other three. They knew this. They brought out a can of spray paint and blackened out the white lettering telling me that the white will never show. Little did they know. The black paint is beginning to come off and the white is now very prevalent.
