$56.17 for an oil change!!! Much less on my first visit. I will never go back there! They charged me almost $20 more my second visit. And they couldn't explain the price difference. Go someplace else.

I Used Firestone again just last Thursday 09/17/2015. I went for all new tires, and front Tire-rod end repair, I had an appt and showed up at 6:55am , Mr Maurice was already there, he asked if I was dropping off car, I advised his had an appt at 9:30, at first he advised it would take three hrs to complete everything, i told him i will just have to wait there, until done. I had no means of a ride, So Murice advised he will get in done in an hour or so, he was very respctful of my time. I was outrtah there by 9:15ish. I was soo pleased .I really appreciate my Mechanic Maurice/Store Mngr.

I was told by the salesman it was time for the recommended service on my A/C. So, I took their advice and had the technician do it. What I did not know until my car was finished and I got back home, looking through past Firestone records that it was just 10 months ago this same service was done to my car. I may not be an auto technician but I'm pretty certain that the A/C does not need to be serviced every 10 months (as long as everything is in good working order). This service cost right at $100. I trust I will be reimbursed due to incorrect advice that was given to me.

I brought my vehicle in for a flat repair, I asked that they check to see if the tires were close to needing replacement. The service supervisor/manager quickly brought to my attention that the two rear tires were at the wear bars, he quoted me a price and had my tires on and out the door in about 40 mins.

Scheduled an appointment a couple days prior to wanting tires installed. Appointment was made for all FOUR tires. Planning a trip put of town and tires are essential. Upon arrival they only had 3 tires in stock.I was told someone would have to go get the tire and it wouldn't take long. I wait 2 1/2 hours just for the person to get the tire. 3 hours later my tires were done. Service was awful. Also while I was there another customer was told they ran out of oil during her oil change and had to get more from the other location as well.

I was without a car for days for a bad tire that came from Firestone. Firestone was the last to replace the tire yet they couldn't get the locking lug off and wanted me to drive to Austell and Marietta to buy a new set. ( are you serious)

I have nothing but great things to say about the manager. I believe he is a hard working, earnest guy, but there is a definite disconnect between him and the mechanics working there, so be sure to go over what work they do on your bill before you leave. On my first visit, I brought my college age daughter's car in to have the brakes changed, the oil changed and a general check up done because she drives through the mountains back and forth to college and I wanted her to be safe. We left the car there for 2 days and when we came to pick it up, it was emitting black smoke as we drove off, so we turned around and came back. The manager came out and checked it out and checked the oil and told us the oil was dirty and that is why it's smoking. I then showed him the bill we had just paid and said THEY changed the oil. He quickly took the car back in and we waited another 30 minutes while they actually DID change the oil. Visit number 2 I brought the car in for new tires, valve replacements, and an oil change after the valves were replaced. Once again left that car for them for two days, and when I came to pick it up I looked at the bill and once again, they didn't change the oil AGAIN. I pointed this out and they then put the car up again and I waited an additional 1 1/2 hours for them to change the oil. They gave me two free oil changes for my inconvenience, but just be warned that you have to check to make sure they do the work they say they are. The car runs fine, but just be vigilant on checking the work they do, especially oil changes.

I am a self employe plumber. My vehicle is my business. Just as most people I depend on my vehicle to make a living. I have depended on Firestone for years to check and service my vehicles. They always do an excellent job it inspecting and servicing them.

Initially i was pleased with the service until month down the line. The same exact problem that was supposedly fixed was back again. I called firestone to complain and they set a date. Unfortunately i travel a lot and haven't had the time to get it resolved. I would love for a conclusion to this matter with a time that would benefit both parties.

I have used Firestone Auto Service for the last 15 or so years and have found them to be very professional and courteous. My family has 5 vehicles and we take all of them to Firestone for any and all vehicle maintenance and equipment. I own one vehicle that has over 300,000 miles on it due to the excellent care it has received at Firestone!

i had after MANY years of service with firestone two different times I was completely dissatisfied. the first time I needed a seal beam replaced and I asked to replace both bulbs, if one is gone the other will go sooner or later. they ONLY REPLACED ONE bulb and charged me for two. I noticed when I parked the car in my garage one light was much brighter than the other light. a few months later while out of town the other bulb blew. when I returned to Ga. I went to the store showed my receipt and the other bulb was replaced..... the other situation was my air conditioner, I paid last summer I believe about $1400, maybe less for a new compressor, drove to Pa. and on the way back in D. C. my air stopped working. went to the store when I got back and they said something too the effect it was the wrong compressor, so they replaced it, I drove back to Pa. a month or two later and again, the air went out....I went back to the store and at first they couldn't find anything wrong, I pointed out to them, I had one of the servicemen come out to my car and see for himself it wasn't blowing cold, cool any kind of cold air. They kept my car for 2 days and finally told me my problem was in my computer and I had to go to the cadillac dealer...question ? since I still have no air, was that the problem to start? was my $1400 a waste of money? ..... haven't been back for service and I'm not even sure i'll ever go back after being a loyal patron for about 12 - 14 years......sorry to end this way, but, you asked for my review.

I have used this location for many years. The manager and lead technician have never failed to give an honest prioritized appraisal of situation. I have always felt they were attempting to give the greatest value for my dollars.
