I own a Ford explorer, I used to go to the Ford dealer to get the oil change to my truck. I always paid $28,00 for oil change. I always made an appointment but I still waited an extra hour from the promised time, that was terrible. Now that I discovered Firestone service, I feel very pleased with their lower price and how they kept their word on the one hour service. Try, you won't be sorry

I have road hazard insurance on my tires, which I highly recommend getting. I went in early to get a flat fixed quickly. Well it turned out that my tires had to much ware to allow for a simple fix. The service rep gave me a great deal on four new tires I simply could not turn down. Long story short, I left there on new tires, and a smile on my face. I will keep this particular store at the top of my short list.

Called at 2:30 for oil change appt and was taken in for 4pm appt. thank you! great timing. accepted competitor pricing plus disposal fee. thank you! very polite staff and I've been there more than once. sales change so nice to know. Thank you all..

I went it to get some work done on my car which wasn't the problem. While my car was in the shop, one of the workers said that I needed to replace certain parts of the car right away, as if it were a life or death situation. I knew that I needed to consider replacing those parts but the urgency was unnecessary and caused a lot of anxiety for me.

I am so pleased with the service provided to me. The staff was extremely helpful and very candid with me on the necessary repairs. I felt safe! I did not feel like they were trying to sell me things I didn't need! I was given OPTIONS!!

I gav my 2007 Hyundai sonata for AC check. The AC used to cool, but not super col, so just wanted to check if it was bit low on freon or something. They inpected the car, and told me that there might be a minor leak, which would cost 129 for recharge/setvice etc. I declined. When i received my car back, it started blowing just hot air, no cold air at all. The shop declined that they caused anything. Disgusted with the service.

After getting my car serviced I left the store and 5 minutes later I had 3 lights come on that weren't there when I dropped my car off. I turned around and went back. They turned them off and told me it wasn't a big deal. I left again... 10 minutes later they came on again. I called and the manager answered. When I explained my frustration (calmly) he started to raise his voice at me. He insisted I come back to have a conversation about it but told me there was nothing they could do. Last time I checked it was their job to take care of these sorts of things. I have been to a few Firestones and have never been treated so rudely. The manager does not care about service or customers, just money.

I reported an issue with my car on Apr 9 and the person said that tires needs to be replaced rotors needs to be worked which will fix the problem. But it did not fix the problem but created another problem now. I spent 700$ for tires and Rotor work but after a week of drive about 300 miles my vehicle started to wobble and sway to right and left. I reported this issue back to Michael but this time they said that they missed to check the struts and shocks which is the problem and it will cost about 1600$ to replace and fix the issue. When i asked why it was not checked earlier he said that they might have missed to check.. what an irresponsible answer. I do not want to spend 1600$ with you and wait for another big iussue to happen because of the poor service and dishonest service to a customer just to get the money from the customer.

I went to Firestone for years for my tires and oil changes and never had a problem. I considered them my local trustworthy mechanic. So when my transmission broke on my Jeep them and asked them for a quote. A man said that they do not fix transmissions but they recommended someone that does, So I called back the next day to double check the address that they recommended and the store manager told me that they can do the repair. I told him that I was told that Firestone doesn't do tranny repairs and he told me that they would do it and $30 cheaper. Sold. So I took it to them and they repaired it. (Repair #1) Long story short, the repairs broke 3 weeks later with my 9 month old daughter and dog in the Jeep on the side of the highway 50 miles away from my home. Towed back to Firestone to be repaired. (Repair #2) Come back from a vacation and by transmission breaks again 50 miles away from my home. Towed back to Firestone for repairs. (Repair #3). This is the worst, driving to pick up my daughter after work coming of I-75 Northbound my transmission breaks AGAIN as I am exiting off for Bruce B Downs. I immediately realized what happened so I shifted into neutral so I could keep up enough speed so I could curb the Jeep to get out of the exit ramp. I just made it out of the exit/merge lane for I-75 Bruce B Downs East. I had to call my wife to pick up my daughter, I had to call Firestone again to have someone come tow me again to fix my Jeep. I took pictures of my Jeep clogging up rush hour traffic and having hundreds of people be late to get home from work. The best part is that the manager of Firestone said to me said "Uh it looks like we used aftermarket parts to repair your transmission, but with your permission we'll use the right parts this time." (Repair #4) They sent it to AAMCO and I will never forgive Firestone for leaving my child and myself stranded on the side of a dangerous highway for an hour because they tried to make a repair they had no business of attempting.

I have been going here for a while for simple oil changes and my experiences have been confusingly inconsistent. Amazing service once, than errors, charging the wrong prices, and forgetting to let me know the car is ready on multiple occasions.

I used this location to change both of my rear tires. I had chosen very basic economy tires online and when I arrived a couple of days later they said they only had one of them in stock. Instead of asking me to bump up in model and pay the difference, they quoted me the same economy price for much nicer pair of Firestone Tire. They got it done quick, didn't try to talk me into additional work and were very friendly. Living by USF it is always in my best interest to venture out to this location. They are trustworthy in this area and they treat me fairly. Solid work guys =)
