Front staff was very busy and seemed like they were short staffed took a little longer than I expected to pay but Don, one of the mechanics was phenomenal. Seemed very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and I had a lot. Wouldn't take my vehicle to anyone else. Great guy.

Mitch and Bill in the Tallahasse store are probably the kindest, most respectful gentleman I have ever encountered at a Firestone or any other car maintenance facility. Absolute gentlemen... it's no wonder they're doing such a volume of business! Phenomenal!

I used them for the first time a week ago and so far everything is well. The individual helping me was well knowledgeable about vehicles and assisted me by answering all and any question I had. Phenomenal job!

I dropped my car off on Saturday and asked for an oil change and replace the overflow/resevoir for engin coolant. I also requested an inspection for $9.99. On Saturday afternoon, i drove the car home. A few hours later, I drove the car and noticed there were two pools of liquid on the pavement under the engin where I was parked. MonTuesday, driving the car to work, the low collant light came on and I drove straight to the Firestone shop. When we opened the hood, the resevoir was DRY, 1/2 inch of fluid in the resevoir!! I left the car there, reminding the service person that my job is ":running errands" for the lawfirm. He said they'd look at the problem and let me know in half an hour. I didn;t get a call until 1 1/2 hours later, and the problem was the hose was crimpted too tight when they replaced the resevoir , and fluid could not return, and had spilled out. I was inconvenienced to have to return the car to have a repair that their TECH caused, and be out of a vehicle when it is my livlihood, so I had to inconvenience others.

I have been going to this Firestone location for over 10 years. Best service ever! I have been screwed over by service centers in dealerships. These guys know what they are doing and will treat your car with care. My whole family goes here. Bill Adams is the best!!

My experience with Firestone was very good starting with the phone call to obtain information about a front in alignment to the service of the car and the professionalism of the workers there. I would recommend Firestone because my experience was great and the workers was very friendly and prompt and showed they knew what they were doing and the service was not long and drawn out, overall you guys get an A from me again thanks for the great service.

This is the first time I came to Firestone. My Low Tire Pressure Light was on and I stopped at the Firestone for checking. The staff at the front desk were busy but still took time to help me. One staff (should have asked his name) told me to pull my car near the repair station and the technician would check the tire pressures. I only sit in my car for two minutes and one technician came to check my tires. He pumped air to my tires and reset for the warning light to go off. The technician was so friendly and patient with me and my car and no charge for the services. On the way out of the shop, the front desk staff asked me if my tires were okay now - he was as friendly as the technician. It's my lucky day! And definitely, I'll use their services in the future.

Mitch was very nice but the starter they installed in my truck cost 2 x what I can buy one for at any auto parts store. I also had to pay a tow truck bill because they could not diagnosis the issue properly the first time so I was stranded when my truck wouldn't start.

I came to Firestone in desperate need for new brakes for my 2010 Honda Accord, and wanted only honda products. Fire Stone went out their way and called the honda dealership and gave me a cheaper price for the same exact brakes I was in desperate need of. I can't remember who I spoke with, but so far all the Techs were awesome. Keep up the great work because customer service is what wins me over. Oh did I mention they recognized me in line!

I have all my service work done at this location. Mostly deal with Mitch when I go in to the shop, he has taken care of my cars and company cars for years. I trust him to make sure all work to be done in the manner that you expect your team you team to perform. Mitch had worked at the Apalachee pky locations when I first began having my cars serviced at firestone. He was always knowledgeable, explained the work needed and made sure it was done right before I picked up my vehicle. One day I went by and he was not there, no problem, nothing to worry about so I had my oil change and suggested to have valves cleaned so I thought , why not. I came to pick up my vehicle and was told my battery was bad and I had a nail in my tire. The battery was from Pepboys so I went back to them to check. I noticed that my check engine light was on and my car was running a little rough. Pepboys checked my battery and said was full charge and there was nothing wrong. So I go back to Firestone and was told machine was new and might have had a misread. So I asked to check my engine light. It came back with a bill 400.00 dollars of what it could cost to fix it. I left and after about two weeks decided to call the store and ask to speak to Mitch before I started to take to another shop. That was when I found out that he had moved to the Monroe street location. I went over there, he pulled it into the shop and five minutes later brought it back out fixed. One of the wires had pulled loose and created the check engine light to come on. After seeing the reading on the computer he knew exactly how to fix it. Now I drive past the pky store to Monroe street shop to get my work done. Thank goodness I almost started to look for another mechanic shop to get my work done. I try to go to places that I feel good about and are fair. Sometimes it takes a while, but when I do , that is where I stay. Mitch renewed my faith in Firestone brand that day. I'm glad he was there that day. I have been going back there ever since Sincerely, Terry L. Johnson

I had to return 3 different times to get the tires to quit leaking air...brand new Firestone tires. They did not clean the rims properly the first time.

I started using Firestone in south Florida and now go to the one downtown in Tallahassee. I have consistently found really good technical work, and solid honest advice. It is great to work with Bill the Manager there and know that he is on my side rather than the many independent garages that look for a way to scam you into paying for repairs you don't need.

I went to Firestone about 2 months ago. I got a valve cover gasket replaced. During the replacement Mitch recommended that I get new spark plugs and a complete fuel system cleaning done. So I did all that was recommended than after my visit my engine oil pressure light came on. So I told them and they said I should change oil and it will go away. So I did so. But the light is still on till this day. They said I need to replace the sensor. After doing over a thousand bucks worth of work they said I still needed to do something and didn't offer any discount because of all of the work I had gotten done here. I was very dissatisfied and left with a huge debt in my bank account.

I have been a customer for years and its nice that you can have a person you know work on your car. I would like to see coupons with a longer expiration date. Its always seems that our oil change is always done before we see a coupon or after the date the coupon is valid for. Keep up the good work;

I took my car in last September (or thereabouts) to have my air conditioner looked at as it wasn't conditioning any air. I went to Firestone mainly because it was on the other end of the block from where I was working. While they did fix my air conditioner they also broke the knob/dial used to set the air temperature inside the car. Thus I now have no heat and also can't defrost my windows. During an earlier visit I was also unnecessarily charged for a diagnostic I did not ask for and did not need. They did correct that charge, but I have been unwilling to return to have them fix my dial for fear I will be erroneously charged or that they will break something else. Would absolutely not recommend anyone go here! Find another mechanic, really any other mechanic.
