On the 21st of Nov called firestone spoke with Rick, told him the problems having with the truck 95 Ford F150, if it could be brought in to check and to find out the problem on the 22nd, he said it was okay. The morning of the 22nd, I called them and spoke with Rick we were bringing the truck in. Got there alittle after 8am. Told Rick the problems, they were going to have it on the diagnostic to see what's causing the problems, I know it's. expensive, but it needs to get done. He said he would call when it is all done. We figure with the problems it would take maybe to the early ir late afternoon. We also told him it was recently tuned up. At 10:11am, Rick called, I thought it was parts needed and problems. Instead, he said it was done and all fixed, he said a wire was crossed, the truck was ready. Then I called my son and told him, he said that was fast I said I know, he then asked call them to make sure if everything, shaking,stalling,speedometer shaking? I did and he said it was all fixed. Asked him what was my bill, he said $95.00 something. I said ok.Got my son went to pick it up. We had gone over to the exchange and it had stalled 4 times. We waited till traffic slowed down, being it was lunch time.Took the truck back cause it was doing the same things. I started losing my trust and confidence. They contacted my son and told him the problems and the cost was going to be $306.00, he also added oil change. Then they called him later the part got there late and they will not be able to complete till the next morning. Which my son had to borrow another vehicle to get to work. When the truck was done, my son called me and I went to pick it up. I had asked Rick if the truck would stall if we drive it and he just said it shouldn't, I asked him did you folks try it. He said my son didn't leave enough gas, that I needed to go straight to get gas. I felt as loyal customers we were rude and no one really cared for us how we felt or even towards our vehicles. I spent alot of money there on my vehicles. If they had checked it right the first time we wouldn't have this problem. The other problems have, they gave my son a quote of a$386.00 for it to get done. When I went to get the truck I have a different quote alittle over $700.00. So now I am feeling alittle more upset, now it is liked we are getting ripped off.

The dealer installed a lesser quality tire than I had selected online prior to my appointment and charged me the higher amount. When I returned a few hours later and pointed out the discrepancy, it was clear to me that I had been deliberately deceived by the salesperson. She offered to refund the difference but did not offer to replace the lesser quality tires with the ones I had selected until I insisted. I wish I had never gone to Firestone because now I'm stuck with them for tire rotations, warranty and repairs. I wasted my time, my money, and my trust on Firestone. I wish I knew two days ago what I now know about Firestone because I certainly would have gone somewhere else.

What a great place. It's so clean and professional. They really listen and take care of you. I didn't make an appointment so I was surprised they started working on my car right away. I was fixed up and on my way in no time. Fair rates and fast courteous service, what more could you ask for. Highly recommend this place.

Jeremy and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Where the previous tire shop I was at said no, their answer was we will try. They succeeded and succeeded in earning my future business as well as my recommendation to anyone I know.

This is by far the best experience I have had when having my vehicle seen to. The crew was responsive to problems and gave excellent service, at a VERY competitive price. I found the crew at the Cascade Ave branch, Colorado Springs, very friendly, polite and professional. They worked on the front tie rods and replaced the bushels, replaced a tire because of these disgusting Colorado Springs roads and did the alignment. This bill should be sent to the city council.

Needed tire replacement, ended up w/two based on my safety needs. San was great, at the front desk and evaluating my situation. Very personable. Darryl was awesome making things right when technician forgot to replace my spare back to where it belonged. They went out of their way to make sure i was happy.

I have used Firestone for tires and alignments and they have done a wonderful job, for a reasonable price. The only negative comment was that the online quote that I got does not automatically show up at the local shop and the price ending up higher than I had expected. When I showed them a copy of the quote they, without question, adjusted the price. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

We had an appt for an oil change on June 3, 2015. We were told they were "backed" up & maybe we'd get in an hour later. Why not call & let us know before driving in? The employee at the front said" Let me tell YOU something!" when we questioned the appt policy. Rude!! Needless to say we will take our business elsewhere.

I've used Firestone downtown for many years, through many vehicles for both myself and my children. It's clean, the folks are friendly, and the service is 100% guaranteed. I know I can trust what they tell me about the car and the parts I need. I have never felt pressured to follow through on the suggested service, and appreciate the trouble-shooting for possible future issues. It's an advantage too to be able to use my Firestone card for discounts and advantages. I heard a guy at another car repair place refer to Downtown Firestone as the "mothership" cause that's where he took classes. That's probably true.

I must truly say that Firestone at the stated address has just lost a customer forever. I took my car in for power steering leakage. I was informed by the tech. that my car needed a PS pump. The powering steering pump was replaced (not cheap). Next day I took in again with the same problem. This time they replace one of the hoses. Next day the fluid was empty again. They finally found the leak on the second hose. Almost $1,600 later it was fixed. The one hose all along and they mislead me into thinking it was everything but. Very, very dissatisfied! The last hose was not paid for since I had threatened them with a law suit.

A shop in Albuquerque made a mistake when doing an oil change on my 1999 Toyota Camry in November. The mistake resulted in the seizure of my vehicle's engine when all of the oil leaked through the oil filter where the gasket had buckled. While the loss of my vehicle's engine was frustrating, Firestone compensated me by paying for the replacement of my engine and they did not depreciate the prior engine, thus making me whole.

I am always in Firestone because I have an older vehicle, but when I was in there two weeks ago, I was treated very well. I will say that Sun, the individual that answers the phone, is a voice you want to hear when you are having problems because she calms you down. She is awesome.
