    This was a pre-purchase inspection by your team. I received some great feedback from technician James and ended up purchasing this vehicle. James did his inspection and then gave me some great direction on purchasing the vehicle which worked great. James even picked up on something the deal said they have fixed but was not correct. I don't know much about cars and appreciate having your crew by my back-up on this things. BTW, requesting James very time I go into your shop from now on. Thank you.

    2nd time using these guys and finally buckled down in getting a Firestone card that came in handy today. They always take care of the Queen and my car (Ava). Love the courtesy call, great customer service good job they do to keep us rolling. Keep up the good work over there guys!

    I called them up and the appointment was set for same day. I showed up, they got me in and got it done in about the time that I suspected it would take, a little longer than they said it would, but I'd rather have it done correctly and wait a few minutes longer than have a rushed job where it might not be done correctly the first time. It's like a doctor's office: if they're running late, that means they're attending to appropriate patient care in answering questions and not just operating strictly to push the patient through. I see longer wait times as a benefit, not a detriment. Patience is a virtue and yields higher rewards than angst and impatience.

    Donnie, Tracy and Chris are all very nice and will be honest with you about your vehicle needs and the severity of any issues. Trust what they tell you. They know what they are talking about.

    I scheduled an appointment for an oil change on a busy Sunday morning. I was suppose to leave the car and then pick up the car later in the day. Because I wanted to attend an afternoon Broncos game, I asked Trace, Desk Manager, if I could wait and see if another person cancelled their appointment. Trace and her staff had the oil change done within an hour's time. I would like to acknowledge Trace for her professionalism and great customer service attitude!

    Was just there yesterday and got the work and price I was quoted. First time I was there. Knowledgeable Techs. I will try they again when needed. Happy to go back as long I continue to get good honest work done at a fair price.

    I used them the past two weeks, my car is just going through at this time of year I guess and they have been transparent with me, have not tried to hassle me for expensive fees, and they went out of their way to repair my vehicle in a quick manner to help me get back to my life with ease. If I could tip Chris and Donnie I would do so!

    I went in because I had a slow leak in my tire. Now I have bought 4 tires from them and had other services performed as well. I got there at 8:00 am and was told they could not help me because they did not have time. The result is now I have two cars and I will not go back to them for anything. I went to a store that I have never been to and have never spent any money. They took off my tire found the leak and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. To top it off they did not charge me a dime. I will never use this store again.

    Booked alinement on internet, called and ordered tires. Everything went as scheduled, priced exactly as presented, and no effort to up-sale. "No surprises" is a good thing when getting your car serviced!

    Recently I came in for a tire inspection and the technicians immediately inspected them and told me I needed to replace them, and since they were still under warranty, I was offered 4 new tires at a wonderful price. I was very appreciative.

    I feel they are a trusted automotive servicer. They will fix the problem, explain what is going on with your vehicle and not create a new one. If any concerns they address them. That is the way it should be.
