I used them about a week ago. I went in for an oil change and radiatior flush. Since the radiator was full of nastiness. Turns out there was a bunch of stop leak in the radiator. So I was told they couldn't do the flush. Understandable. But I feel as if they went to drain it . Drained what was in there n then realized the stop leak was in there. With that I feel that they did not replace the fluid that was drained out n the van over heated the next morning. I filled it up with fluid myself and it took a lot! And it's still at the same fluid level now as it was when i filled it. So the van Has not leaked or over heated since. I understand the radiator should be replaced... But I feel as if they should have replaced the fluid they did drain out. I feel as if it was pure laziness on there part. And that put me in a very bad spot in rush hour.

What happened to customer service especially within the neighbor hood. On 11/15/15 I found that I had a screw in one of my car tires. A1:00 I drove down to the Firestone shop and was immediately told that they were totally booked and could not even do a flat repair. Seriously, you can't even help a neighbor with a flat repair? What would I have been told if I came in and wanted to drop $1,000 on a new set of tires. I am sure they would find time for me then. There are plenty of other tire shops in our community and I will be using them instead of Firestone. By the way this is the second time in the past 3 months that this has happened to me.

I used them about a week ago and when I left my car was in worse shape than when I took it in. Ended up going next door to get it fixed and they charged me $500 less than what Firestone would have and gave me a discount on a part that needed to be replaced that they didn't quote originally. And when I went next door they said I needed an oil change when I just got one at Firestone. Horrible place. Will never be going there again or referring anyone.

All of my experiences at this Firestone Store have been wonderful. The staff is very congenial and professional. The work on my last visit was far above my expectations, they pinpointed the problem immediately and made immediate repairs. I trust their judgment completely and value their expertise.

I used Firestone a week ago to get new tires. I talked with the rep and he set me up with an appointment. I brought the car in and asked the rep to call me with the details (tire cost/ratings, and if the car needed alignment). I rep gave me a ride home and said he would call with the details and would call when the car was ready to pick me up. I didn't receive any phone calls. Twenty minutes after the car should have been done, I called the store only to find out the car was done over an hour ago. I requested a ride back to pick up the car and the same rep picked me up about an one and half hours after car was done. This caused me to be late for work I asked the rep why he didn't call me back? He replied it was crazy busy when he got back and forgot. So in the end I paid for one of the most expensive tires you have and due to his lack of communication and expected customer service also missed out on the free no interest financing.

I was traveling and Mark, Justin and the tech Dave Slocum were very respectful of my time constraints. They had it done quicker than I expected and had a very relaxing ride back home, not having to worry about the car.

I brought my vehicle in there some time in April for an overall diagnosis of what work needed to be done and to have the repairs made, as I was receiving one-time funding from an outside source to have all repairs needed in my car completed. I received the report and quote from Firestone and it was approved. What is important is that there was smoke coming out from under the hood when I brought it in and this was something that obviously needed to be fixed. After repairs I noticed an on and off burning smell still coming out from under the hood and more smoke so I took it back and they cleaned it up and put red dye in the oil to detect it. I took it back again and they said that there was a very small leak somewhere but that I didn't really need to worry about it. In the meantime my cooling fan had also suddenly stopped working so I had to pay to have that replaced. When I drove away soon after more smoke coming out from under the hood. I called again and after some conversation was told that the small oil leak should not be causing smoke - meaning that the smoke problem was never fixed after all I went through and everything that was paid. This problem needs to be taken care of as it should have originally been without additional charge.

Since new management has taken over the quality of work has diminished at this location. The last two times I have had my oil changed the mechanics have not placed all parts back on my truck correctly. This has resulted in me having to go back each time for re-work.

I am not as pleased as I could be they never greased My truck like they said I checked I had to replace parts because of it and they stripped my oil plug and I replced

So my main concern is not for the service I have received at Firestone over the numerous years I have gone here and spent thousands of dollars, its how billing was handled in my case. So I regretfully signed up for a Firestone Credit Card and unfortunately had to use it because I had a change of jobs recently and did not have enough $$ on hand to pay for a new set of tires I had to purchase because I found a metal bar sticking out of 1 of them and the other have a small leak in it for some months. I went to a the 80th and Wadsworth store in Arvada, Co. which is close to were I permanently live now. Upon completion of the service I had to get VERBAL confirmation from the credit card company to use the card, at which time they needed confirmation of my CURRENT address so that they could send me a bill to be paid. Two months later I get a bill stating that they have suspended my credit privileges because of being 2 months late and a late fee as well. REALLY, TYPICAL!! So because I didn't have a phone # or an address to get ahold of anyone to actually make a payment this is how a consumer is treated...............Another company I'm done with! I will tell everyone I know and everyone I don't know about this experience!

I've been going to Mark and his crew for over ten years now and he has saved me so much money over going to the dealer for maintenance. They do a thorough job on all our cars and have a great loyalty program. I recommend them to all of my friends and have my out of state children going to their closest Firestone as well.

I have been bringing our families vehicles in for a few years for oil changes, inspections, all tire services and other necessary services. We have not had any negative experiences. They do not try and sell us any unnecessary services and do their best to work with your schedule. Their prices are fair and the work is done right. You can expect friendly, knowledgeable and honest service.

Always a good experience. I always call a day in advance and they are ready when it it my appointment time. So far have gotten two car batteries (both family cars) and an oil change (with a Firestone coupon I got in the mail) and paid about $17 total. They were great about coupon and honored it no questions asked. Don't hesitate to visit this location.

Mark and his team have never failed to fully satisfy my auto care needs... the get me in when I'm in a jam and his team of long-term and capable mechanics and techs do a bang-up job. The services have run the gambit of tire sales, mounting and balancing, alignments to replacing electric window motors to reattaching a splash guard to belts and hoses to major mechanical fixes on our engines. I always buy the lifetime warranties and appreciate the way they anticipate when I need to rotate and realign my tires. And when the fix will take some time... they offer me rides to work and pick me up when the repair is completed.
