Sam the service manager did a terrific job on explaining everthing in detail. His customer services went above and beyond my expectation. I will definately recommend any of my friends and family members to get there car services at this location.

I ALWAYS GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR MY CAR SERVICE THIS TIME I WAS VERY SURPRISE THAT YOU HAD THE BEST ATTENDANT EVER, HIS NAME IS RICHARD, VERY PRECISE CALCULATING THE TIME THAT IT WOULD TAKE TO HAVE IT DONE. I needed a couple of new tires and this was my first experience with Firestone. Although the store was busy the staff seemed concerned about everyone. The prices were great and the service was great.

I asked that they adjust the left head light, and replace the right head light, only to find out in the dark afterwards that they only replaced the right head light had to return the next day and pay for service charge again, when it should have been handled the first time, it was on the write up request to check it and align it the first time.

Tired of employee rotation at this location. I understand its a training center from what im told but its getting weird now. U ask a question to the front desk lady. Then she leaves to get the answer from the manager or someone that knows. Why do u put employees up in the front if there not equipped to answer them. This is not my first time,second time,nor third time. This is my 20th visit and always a struggle here regarding product knowledge. Sorry i need to find a new place that knows cars.

Went there for a nail in the tire that would take less than 1 hour. Unfortunately for me I went on Sunday and wasted 3 hrs sitting there waiting. Never again!

I had my battery replaced (which was great) but I also told the staff I needed the check engine light checked as well as have my windshield wiper fluid replenished. They did not do these things. I now have to go elsewhere to have this done and my time has been wasted.

store manager and other staff is not friendly and totally rude and does not care customer come back and never have any smile just everything on quick I give my car overnight I back my car around 3 clock in evening

Always good when I come here, I avoid the BAldwin Park location that is closer, cause it's dirty and they damaged my car and said nothing! So I will drive to West Covina from now on:)

Came in for an oil change. Even though it was a busy time for the store, they completed my oil change and routine inspection within 40 minutes. The occasional coupon is nice, too !

I went to your store to get a tire repaired and while inspecting my vehicle with the girl from the front desk noticed that all my tires were cracking. I asked for a quote for four new tires and while looking in the computer the girl said that she didn't have any tires in the warehouse and looked at other stores in the general area. After a long search she told me that she didn't have any tires for me anywhere. I thought it was odd because I have a 2012 Toyota Camery with stock tires and wheels. After sitting for a while I thought I'd go and ask the mechanic that was working on my car and he told me that all we needed to do was order them and they would be there the next day. At that point over an hour had gone by and I needed to leave. I was very frustrated that the girl that is in charge of making sure that people are taken care of didn't know that all she had to do was order the tires. I never had this problem at the West Covina location!

lifetime on brake pads and labor; was told i did have lifetime on pads or labor,on my receipt i paid for front and rear lifetime coverage.ended up paying for labor and grease on front axle,amount was the same as new brake job! was told i was given a break and he gave me lifetime on pads after i question him about high price.i ask him why he said i only have lifetime and labor on rear.then i asked him why i did i pay for front and rear warranty then,no response! if that is the case, you at least owe me a refund on front axle warranty that i paid. i previously had complete brake job on front and rear ,caliper,fluid,pads,rotors year ago.i find that i'm charged twice for job that was done less than a year,brake fluid change for example. very disappointed at sales tactics ,sales associate who i dealt with always not available when checking out to pay or manager in store.
