As a woman who knows nothing about cars I have never felt so respected and taken care of by a shop. 99% of the time I have to do anything for my car I always feel like I am being taken advantage of, and am talked to like a child. That was NOT the case this time. I enjoyed my experience so much that if I wasn't moving to another state I would drive down from Hollywood to get my car serviced here. I would brave the 5. Truly an exceptional store and staff.

Awesome customer service, very prompt, didn't wait inline more than 5 minutes, got in and out quickly. I ordered the tires on line, they were shipped directly to them at the Laguna Hills Mall. No hassles, problems it was one of the smoothest transactions i have made especially with being an online order and in store installation. I will definitely go back when i need to put tires on my daughters car!

1) Even with the supposed "member discount" the tire pricing and related work was WAY over a nearby competitor's "regular" prices. I returned to the store and asked for price matching. (2) This is the biggest complaint of all: my car was declared all finished, but I never even got out of the parking lot - had to leave it for another two days due to a loud fluttering grinding noise. It seems the new parts (rack & pinion steering, etc) didn't fit correctly, causing gaps and leakage. If I hadn't heard the noise myself (by starting my car with the windows OPEN), I surely would have been returning soon after with no more steering fluid, and a wrongly installed system and parts. They had to order new parts a second time. Do the final test drive with OPEN windows (at least to start), so you can hear the car. Beyond the inconvenience of not having my car for many extra days, I CANNOT TRUST Firestone Laguna Hills to send me away in a safe car again.

I pulled in right at closing time with a bolt in my tire with no other options. First of all, Diana the service agent greeted me, asked my need, called on the technician that was 99% closed up and ready to go home. Without missing a beat, they took action open the garage door and went to work. In addition, I was at their mercy and they could have charged me about anything considering the situation. When I saw the bill, I thanked her for being honest and willing to go above and beyond.

I have been servicing my car at Eltoro and Laguna Hills lo ation since last 12 years. Repeatedly my car was diagnosed and repaired incorrectly and quit a few times delivered my car with missing parts.Recently, because of Engine check light I was recommended Complete tuneup, starter part, one cylinder coil !!! and something which cost total around $ 370. Within a week the Engine light reappeared. I called and took appt. Hopefully they fix this problem in this second visit. When i called, I was told, there are no openings for repair for Sunday so dropoff my car for diagnostics. I am extremely dissatisfied and disgusted. Customer service is good but technical service is extremely unprofessional and needless to say, prices are ridiculous. I like prompt and honest mechanic who can fix my car at reasonable price rather than a smiley face trying to make me feel good. Waiting time for repair is the worlds slowest. An oil change takes 1.5 to 2 hrs. sometimes 3-4 hours. Its not unusual that you feel like they are obliging you to perform repairs on your car. I spend thousands on my car repair and parts at two locations - El Toro & Laguna Hills in the last 12 years since the day I purchased my brand new Highlander. I am not a happy camper thats for sure.

The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. They addressed my problems, suggested the best solution with no pressure and were expediant with follow through. They have won my tire business from this day forward. Well done Firestone!

Took four service appointments to get the problem taken care of. New parts each time. Really think they didn't know what they were doing in the first place. Last time fixed the issue but the invoice did not even state what was done. Making an appointment doesn't seem to matter either. Service time was very long each visit.

Had to get 4 new tires and an oil change. I was given options on tires. Total price ended up being $20 less! They were done in exactly the amount of time they promised which was great as it was a Sat afternoon. Salesmen were helpful and courteous. I will be back.

My car need immediate attention and repair. I went in to this Firestone for the first time and left very happy and pleased. Tom and Bert were professional and took good care of my car. They were polite, efficient, and fixed the problem that I had with my car. I was not left waiting to long. I would refer this Firestone to my friends and family, and I would go back myself. Thank you for all that they do. They did a great job and I am more than happy to write this review.

I have been doing business with Firestone Complete Auto Care for many years. Almost without exception, I find their work to be thorough, complete and prompt. I would like to specifically commend Tom Glossop. He consistently provides excellent customer service. He really knows his business, and is very honest with his assessment and recommendations as to your auto care needs. Tom is truly a pleasure to deal with, and he reflects highly on the Firestone Complete Auto Care organization.

My brakes were so bad I was scared to drive. I made an appt online and got there on time. Their customer service and mechanics were great, however the store was grossly understaffed. There was one person in the front helping all the customers and answering the phone that never stopped ringing. Many customers were upset about how long their cars were taking. However the guy was working really hard. They took 3.75 hours to get my brakes done, but they did a fabulous job and didnt try to sell me sevices I didn't need. The staff was very apologetic about how long we were waiting. Firestone Corporate needs to allow these guys more staff so their customers and staff doesnt have stay there till 9pm. I had an appt at 5pm and they technically close at 7pm. I got my car at 8:45pm.

I was there a few weeks ago getting "UBER" approved. I'm glad I did. Service was courteous, professional, and overall fantastic!!! The store is clean including the restrooms. Thank you Firestone for a pretty terrific experience.

As a recommended Tirerack installer, I had four new wheels shipped to Firestone Laguna Hills for a proper road force balance. Upon closer inspection, three of the wheels have various nicks/scratches on them - simply careless and lack of attention to detail. The service managers were all pleasant and the balancing job was smooth, but they missed the most important part which is to give me my new wheels in new condition with the tires mounted. They assured me all would be taken care of by their best tech and even said all their techs are great. Why is it so hard to find good help these days?

I woke up on a Saturday morning with a dead battery...and lots to do that day. Got a jump start to get to Firestone and they took me right in. Within an hour, my new battery and I were on our way. Prompt, efficient, and courteous.

The first guy who initially helped was great awesome!! The second guy was horrible. While finalizing transaction I gave the guy my card to swipe and he told me the machine is right there to do which I forgot but had just seen him swipe another customers card previously so why couldn't he just do that go the extra mile and swipe it. After that was done I asked that they check my battery to see if it was bad, he said ok, I asked how long he told me 15 mins and they never came back. I asked another guy what was taking long and he said everyone is busy. That right there just makes me want to never come back. VERY SAD!!!!!! Thats not where I wanna do business at

Good brake job was done, and I had a belt replaced for my alternator I was told I needed one. I also have a lifetime alignment with you folks so they also took care of that as well. I go there because everyone is pleasant to work with and good techs. I have been with you folks for over 10 years, I love Firstone and Bert is very professional and good management material. I give him and the center a 10. !!!!!

I was very pleased with the service I received. The gentleman that helped me went out of his way to give me a good deal for oil change. He also made my daughter comfortable by informing me that there was toys available for her to play with. He was courteous and professional. I'd be happy to return for services to this location, despite it being away from my area.
