We went in to get our oil changed, purchased new tires, and had our alignment done yesterday. all went well, other than that we were asked to to have the option to purchase a lifetime alignment... again! Nothing wrong with being asked again, only that we had already purchased lifetime alignment in 2010, and that when we did our alignment last time in 2013, we were CHARGED for alignment when it should have been free (that's what LIFETIME alignment means, right!?) FS should have our file on hand and ready to to service us, especially with 'LIFETIME' purchases; instead of asking us to purchase another one (this was all for the SAME CAR, our mini cooper). Granted, it may very well be a different sales clerk each time; but if FS had our files ready, the clerk would know and wouldn't overcharge us for a service that was already purchased. When we asked about getting our overcharged alignment fee from our last purchase back, we were simply told that it was 'too long ago' and they couldn't do anything about it. Well, what does LIFETIME mean? When any FS clerk makes a mistake of overcharging a customer for something that is already paid for, isn't it FS's responsibility to rectify the situation no matter how long it's been, when the issue at hand is a 'LIFETIME' purchase? Very disappointed at the response we had received. FS customer service, if you're reading this, please FIX it. We'll follow up with updates on the situation. thank you~

Last year I have purchase 4 tires +alignment. About a week I had damaged my front passenger side tire and alignment went off. Firestone helped me re-align all 4 tires and fix the tire for only $20 cost out of my pocket. I'm very happy with there service. thanks guys.

In the lobby, there were 4 customers waited in line, one customer waited to pick up his car. In the shop, 2 technicians, idle, waited for new assignments. Only one salesperson, he was busy on the phone, probably trying to explain something to another customer at the other end of the line. I timed him: no less than 15 minutes on the phone. Plesse tell me what is wrong with that picture? I would like to know your opinion how to solve this hiccup? Can't wait to hear your answer! DL

Dropped car off the night before..(NO APPT) and picked up next afternoon !! Brakes work Great !! at pick-up...the Mgr. was helping out a student with an Overheating problem. The Mgr, took his finances into consideration and really went above an beyond to help this kid out. Bravo !!!

I had the front alignment done 3 times, in 3 years and all the time the front tires of my Camry got damaged on the outer edge so bad that new tires were required. They did not refund any money, no tire replacement, they can't get the job done right

Trustworthy in auto service is hard to find. But this Firestone group was spot on. They did not deviate from their commitment and their instincts. They diagnosed the problem which did not match what I thought the problem was and they were right. The tech took the time to explain the problem which made me feel comfortable with their findings.

They didn't even verify tire pressure though tire pressure indicator on. when, I question about tire pressure inconsistent indicator. They says "You drive around, it will fix automatically. if not it could a different issue :(" It didn't go away though I finished 200 miles. When I verified, tire pressures... those are inconsistent. When they can't fix silly issue and try to say... It could be different issue.....! what should I say about their service ?? Quality of service is really poor & Expensive.

I had been using them for more than 10 years for all the cars I had. They are very friendly and responsible. They try not to sell un-necessary services. Recently they fixed my 1995 Corolla which was rattling for more than 2 years. They diagnosed the root causes and fixed them. I use them always.

The visit was excellent, from the drop off of the car, to the pick up later. I was promptly greeted, and helped right away. I was offered additional services which I declined and was not feeling pressure. I was called 1hr before expected and got back a car that drove perfect. I love my MBZ

I recently bought 4 new tires with road hazard protection. On 2/13/15 one of the tires had a flat caused by a screw on the road. Young vietnamese looking boy with no smile just told be to come back in 1 hr. and the tire would be fixed. It was 10:30am, I came back 12pm and my tire was still sitting out there against the wall. He may have forgotten but he really started with a bad attitude and negative attitude towards me and that is why he probably forgot to simply have 1 tire vulcanized.

I am a long time Firestone customer since 2005. I have spent roughly $8000 at Firestone during that time. I currently have Lifetime alignment with Firestone on both my cars. I AM DONE WITH FIRESTONE. I will use your services to align my car and will perform all other services at another shop. I have reached this decision based on my recent experience. Problem 1: I had three flat tires and bought two new tires. I was sold New Tires with "Roadside Hazard" without informing me it is optional. Problem 2: This is the worst of all. I was sold incorrectly "lifetime balancing" on a new car when I was replacing a flat. Now I understand balancing on new tire, but balancing on a brand new car and that too sold as lifetime. When one of those tires went flat, it was not even covered and I had to buy it again. Problem 3: I accidentally left my wheel lock. I asked in 30 mins and was told it is not there. I bought new ones for $15. I was called and told next day it is there in the shop but too late. Problem 4: When I discussed all this with the Store Manager, he was rude, shouted at me, called me a fool for buying things and signing purchases and not knowing what I am buying. As you can see I am done. You are losing almost $10K+ worth of services on my two cars.

I have lifetime alignment here and it's been paying for itself. The last time I was here, the tech didn't check the air before he did the alignment. I had a nail in the tire and it was losing air. He was unable to bring that side to spec. This time around, I had brand new tires and they got it to within spec. The car is tracking straight. Some of the techs were very cool and talked cars with me. Made the time fly by quicker.
