Took my 2006 TSX to have the alternator replaced. Received car back the same day, but the idle was rough. Took car back and we discussed, let the car's computer update. I read online how to do and performed. Idle problem solved! But the next day the "check charging system light was coming on intermittently. I took the car back and was diagnosed as a bad replacment alternator. Alternator replaced and after 1 week everything still good!

Roy and his team were great from the second I walked in the door. They greeted me with a warm welcome and told me they will be with me as soon as they were finished with the customer they were currently helping. I was just taking my car in for a routine oil change and the service I got was exceptional. They contacted me when my car was ready and when I arrived, they had all the paperwork & my keys ready. I just moved to this area and they were so helpful that they even recommended & suggested some local restaurants. Overall a great experience and I will be back.

I needed a battery replacement, and I called up Firestone, and agent Jose scheduled me same day, on a "Saturday". I went in and within 20 mins the mechanic changed my battery I was really pleasantly surprised as I thought I will have to wait at least 2hours, like most places. Wonderful experience and the price was great compared to the Chevy dealer and other places I called.

I recently went and had my 2 rear tires replaced. The manager helped me pick out the tires and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I expressed to him I was on a tight schedule and didn't have much time to spare. When I came to pick up my vehicle, he said I should get an oil change, since my car was blocked in by their delivery truck and the wait would be the same. As far as the tires go, I was expecting for new tires to look new, these looked as if I had gone 4 wheeling. I also had chrome valve caps, and they were replaced by standard plastic ones.

I had an unexpected alternator problem while on the road. While looking for another company, I saw the Firestone sign and decided to see if they could help. As soon as I spoke with the store manager, I realized my problem was under control. The shop was very busy and it took quite a while to finish the job, but -- the team, as far as I could tell, did their absolute best to NOT let anyone down. Kudos to the team in Campbell, CA. (Winchester Street).

My review is for an alignment. In the end the alignment took over 3 weeks to complete. I dropped of the car for the alignment (with an appointment) at 9AM. I was called and told it was done at 3PM. I got back to Firestone, the said no problems, paid, and went home. When I got home, I took a moment to look at the detail sheet where it shows the alignment measurements, before and after. They were the same! I was extremely mad and drove back to Firestone. They immediately shuffled me off to a service guy who said "Oh yeah, we didn't do anything, we don't have the right shims, we had to order them. You'll have to bring the car back." Why didn't they tell me that? Why did they keep my car all day and not do anything? Why did they charge me? I got no answers. I realized I was talking to very unhelpful people, so I left, with the promise that they would call me in a couple of days when the shims came in. Well, after a week and a couple of days, I called them. The guy said "huh, let me look into it and call you right back." Right back meant 2 days later, only to tell me the shims will take a few more days. Finally when the shims came in, and they called me. The guy told me that I would have to leave the car all day. I got mad and said an alignment shouldn't take more than an hour, and I'd like an appointment. The guy basically said I didn't know what I was talking about (I do) and even with an appointment it would take all day. I made the first available appointment for 10AM. I figured the appointment was meaningless and dropped the car off at 7:30AM. It was finished by 10:30. I asked for the alignment details, like before, but all they could give me was a blurry camera phone picture of the alignment screen, because they said their machine kept crashing. Yes, the car was aligned in the end, but the process took 3 weeks and was NOT a pleasant experience.

Traveling through and needed an alignment, the tech and the manager got my vehicle in quickly and I was very pleased. Definitely a customer that would return again and refer others.

I was happy with the outcome. My alignment worked. But I was disappointed I was asked to bring in my car early, I agreed, and it took almost three hours to fix. No call to say they were running behind.

The customer service, from the phone call to the in store service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful and gave me options, they didn't just try to give me the most expensive options and offered advice for future services that I needed and was patient. The only issue I had was the wait, they either need to hire more people or not go above their means in over booking clients. but, it was quality care and I thought for a fair price.

We brought our 9 year old car in two days ago for what I thought was going to be a simple tire rotation, balance and alignment. To our surprise, much more work needed to be done. I'd like to give a shout out to Roy who delivered the news in such a professional and personable way, that it really eased the sting of the large bill that was coming. I dropped my car off without an appointment for an alignment, rotate and balance. They got it done in a few hours and I was on my way. I thought I would have to leave it for the whole day but they were quick.

The brakes wore unevenly and wore out prematurely. When investigating why, discovered one of two bolts that hold the caliper in place had been stripped. Firestone either striped the bolt or failed to notice it was stripped, as the bolt doesn't get stripped driving down the road.
