    Poor experience. Attendant lied about the progress of the work, and technician took over 45 minutes to install a simple pair of wiper blades. Attendant did not offer to go over invoice before payment until asked. I also asked to place a shake I had gotten in the lobby refrigerator until service was finished and was permitted to do so, but the attendant threw it away when I stepped out. Overall, service took over six hours for mostly routine maintenance. Very unsatisfied.

    I found a screw in my tire at 5:30pm when I got home from work. Of course everyone is closed. Caitlyn answered the phone an was really friendly and understood the situation I was in. She told me to come on in! Got me fixed up! Life saver!

    Had a weak battery and was able to jump start and get it to the Firestone location 30 minutes before their closing time. They were able to replace the battery and had me on my way in no time. Great service.

    Ciafre answered all my questions about the car I had in there to be fixed but he was able to explain he could have my other car fixed at a reasonable price and helped me get set up with a Firestone card so that i could afford to fix my car sooner than next month. He was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

    My service advisor, Ciafre, was very nice and helpful. He called to let me know what problems the technician found and how much it would cost to repair. My car was taken care of quickly and I was called as soon as my car was ready for pick up. I am very happy with the service I receive at this Firestone.

    Ciafre Smith was very attentive and promptly obtained a technician who gave me and accurate description of the problem and when my car could be fixed. This was late in the work day, and my battery light had just gone off in my car. I was reassured by the technician that I would be able to drive home and return early in the next morning, as I couldn't leave my car overnight.

    Should have cost 60-70 dollars ends up costing 100 for installing and balancing new tires. Tried to get us to spend 1200 worth of other needed repairs.

    Showed up at business opening for oil change on two diferent times. Only to be told it would be at least a 3 hour wait.

    I strayed from Firestone once and I will never do that again. This place provides the best, friendliest service I've ever seen at an auto shop, and they don't overcharge you like some places. Everything is a fair price. Would highly recommend.

    I took my truck in to get a quote and it took them days to get me a quote. When I called to check in they said they would call me back numerous times and never did. Once I got the quote it was an outrageous price and i took my truck somewhere else.

    I had my oil change done left on a trip to Denver just to find out they did not tighten the radiator cap when I arrive to Denver shut the truck off water and steam startedpouring out not a good way to start a vacation

    Being from out of state, I was hesitant on finding an automotive repair shop that would prove trustworthy. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and timely service provided by manager Tim and his team. My brakes were fixed and it only took a few hours out of my vacation.

    The lady at front desk was not friendly, acted as though it was a nuisance to deal with me. But the gentleman who did the work on my car made up for it, very friendly, polite, explained exactly what needed to be done, how long it would take and how much it would cost. My thanks to him.

    I have been a fan/customer of Firestone for 15-20 years but not much now. During the past year I have had my 1999 mazda 626 in the shop 4 different times to get the squeaky breaks fixed!! I also have a 2003 Kia Sedona and I have also had to bring it back 4 times to get the A/C fixed. What ever happened to "fix it right the first time". I've noticed a big change in the quality of work being done on my cars ever since Joe ? retired as store manager. Jerry a counter guy has been the only one who has served me properly and get the job fixed properly. He is the only one I trully trust now in the store. I don't know what has happened I can't get my car fixed the first time therefore I am using another repair facility. I still use Firestone for oil change sales. I'm discouraged and frustrated, I can't suggest my friends use Firestone.

    Only thing I needed was an oil change. Dropped it off at 12PM on a Friday. Guy told me they were backed up so it would probably be about 3PM before they would get done. I had some things to do so I was fine with that. I called them at 5PM because I had not been contacted yet. They said it was in the garage and they were working on it. Called me at 645PM and told me it was finished. Almost 7 hours for an oil change. Waste of my time. Wont be back. Also always attempt to upsell. They will call u and tell you something else needs to be done when your actually waiting on the call for them to tell you your car is ready. They gave me a 3 page report with 4 thousand dollars in repairs that they suggested. Told me that I could sign up for their credit card and they could get it knocked out...some of the items had just been repaired the previous year. When i told them this they said I should contact the shop I had it done at and the repairs should still be under warranty. This is from the Little Rock, AR location on Chenal.

    I have been getting my oil changed on my VW Passat and tires from Firestone for a while and always received good service, so I thought I'd try having them do some other services. I had some scheduled service for 90,000 miles and one was changing the spark plugs. After having this service performed my car started misfiring, but I thought it was a transmission issue. I took my car back and they couldn't tell me what was wrong with it so I had to take it to the dealership. They told me it had the wrong spark plugs. After paying them to have the same service done my car no longer had the issue.

    Every time I would call I had the luck of getting Jerry on the phone which would tell me every time that they were covered up and need to call back later... I now trade at the Bryant location if I need anything..

    When I have taken my vehicles to Firestone, they have been polite, courteous, and informative. They have let me know of preventive care--with estimates--that I need to consider as well as let me know of things that could wait. If I am not on the premises, they are quick to call and let me know the status of my vehicle. They keep you informed while you wait. I only wish they were closer!
