    They always do a professional job. I've been to other shops in Tempe who don't seem to care as much. They made a mistake on my last visit, but fixed the issue at no additional cost to me. They are my neighborhood shop!

    I had scheduled my appointment online for 5 pm. I had requested an oil change and for a technician to check out a squealing sound when I started my car. I had mentioned that it might be a belt. I had received an email confirming my appointment time. When I arrived they didn't have my appointment in the computer. I showed them the email and they said, "oh well, that happens sometimes. We'll get you in when we can. Just an oil change?" I replied, " No. I want an oil change and someone to check out the squealing sound when I start me car." The employee's response was, "We can do the oil change today, but you'll have to come back tomorrow for us to check the squealing sound out. Our last technician on after 5 pm only can do oil changes." I okayed the oil change and made an appointment for 2 pm the next day. The next day I arrive at 1:45 pm to drop off my car. The employee couldn't find my appointment again. I said that they had made the appointment last night. He finally found the right one. He asked if I was waiting and I replied yes. I explained about the squealing sound and said it might just be a belt or something. The employee said it would take about 3 hours to look at the car. I went across to BK and ate a late lunch. I walked back to Firestone and sat in the lobby. I saw multiple cars go in and finish, and mine hadn't even been looked at yet. Finally at 3:10 pm I asked the employee why did I make a two o'clock appointment if they weren't going to get started on it well over an hour later? His reply was that he told me 3-4 hours, so they still had time. Someone finally took my car in and and 15 minutes later said that the belts looked fine. The employee at the counter said, "Even though the belt may look fine, it could be causing the problem. I would recommend replacing the AC belt." I asked about the cost, then approved the work. The employee said my car was ready around 3:45 pm. I paid and left, feeling very disappointed with the service I had received. My car still squeals when I start it. So I am out $120 for a belt replacement that didn't solve the problem. I'm not sure I would consider bringing my car back to Firestone.

    I used to frequent this location for routine Maintenance - oil changes, tire rotations and such so I decided to give them a try with an AC recharge which turned out to be a mistake. After I declined to have the ENTIRE AC system replaced for $2200 they suddenly decided to tell me that the thermostat housing was leaking (which its not) and it needed to be replaced as well as needing a coolant flush for an additional $300. I attempted to tell them that a different Firestone location had recently done the timing belt service including a thermostat and coolant flush so if there was an issue it's on them to get it corrected. They pushed back and said this was not done as part of my previous service which it was. Until this incident I always had a very pleasant experience at this location. In the end I feel like they attempted to charge me for things that did not need to be done and the service rep I worked with was a little pushy and made me uncomfortable. I'll probably start going back to the Firestone at Alma School & Guadalupe where I had been going for 10+ years prior to trying the Baseline & Rural location.

    I highly recommend this Firestone to everyone who asks me where I take my car for service. I have been going here for years when it was at the old location too. My father wouldn't go anywhere else, and passed his advice on to me, and now my son and daughter go here also. And that is a common theme, when your in the store John is always heard asking others how's your mom or dad, or son or daughter. Just feels like family and they genuinely care. Thank you John, Kyle, Matt, Cornell, Joe, Tyler, Rob, Darrell and all the technicians who go above and beyond and always do a great job so me and my family can be safe on these Arizona roads.

    Very friendly staff overall, especially Joe. Kept me updated on the progress of my car while giving me recommendations on upkeep of my car without being pushy. Joe was apologetic when my oil change took over 30/45 minutes even though the time wasn't an issue for me. Great experience overall.

    John is a great manager there and I trust that he will always be a great help with my old car. I hope that his technicians see how he relates to customers and try as hard to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable, not rushed. I would give a great rating but my tech rushed me too much and didn't much explain my invoice. Customer service is just as important as good work!

    I brought in a 2000 Dodge Neon with serious issue's. Kyle, Jon and the others at service center made sure I was informed throughout every step of the service and went out of their way to make sure that I was completely satisfied you need more employees like these two

    We love the service, honesty and professionalism we get from this Firestone location. The manager is a very caring person and listens to you when you describe the problems with your vehicle. We moved near 35th Ave. & Baseline but continue to go to this location because of the staff and the manager. They are professionals and they are honest.

    I went there about a week ago for an oil change. The staff was very friendly and the service was very fast. They were finished about 30 minutes earlier than predicted, which was great for me, as I had to leave at a specific time. I will definitely be back to this location!

    I scheduled an appointment on the website which was easy. I get there and tell them I need it done by 3, they say sure, they can do that. I didn't get the truck back until 330 and was almost late to work. They up-sold me on the expensive synthetic oil for the oil change but I'm not sure if they actually used it or the same old stuff. Also, they never reset the computer so it would stop blinking "Change Oil" on my dashboard. Everyone was nice and polite but I'd rather better care for my truck and rude service than a smile and half done work.

    I had an appointment, scheduled days inadvance, but it took an hour before my car was touched. Why schedule an appointment and have me wait so long? Then try and over charge me and when I showed them the print out, oh, they "forgot about that". The alignment was done,2 1/2 hours later and now my steering is "loose" now but do I really want to go back and spend over two hours there? not so much.

    The manager, John, at this location exceeds customer service expectations. We had a bad taste in our mouth with a previous tire purchase made at a location near our home. The manager refused to help us remedy the problem so we contacted the Baseline Tempe location and spoke with John. We explained our frustration and concerns and he asked us when we could come down to his shop so he could fix it for us. He was so effortless and friendly and really made us happy. Me and my husband will definitely be back to Firestone and the only location we will visit is the location on Baseline because John was such a pleasure to deal with. THANK YOU and kudos to him for having such a wonderful attitude!

    My most recent to Firestone Auto Care was a quick check to make sure all my fluids were properly filled and tire pressure was good. The service technician Jared was very courteous and gave me a little Car 101 and it was appreciated!!

    I have been to this site a few times and the job has been done right each time and they have been honest with me about the repairs needed. This past time they pointed out an issue I suspected existed but had not asked them to look into and also recommended I hold off on another item which I thought I needed but did not.

    I received a quote from another tire company so I went into Firestone to see if they would be able to match the price because I really wanted Firestone to take care of my vehicle. I did not have an appointment set up so I was a bit nervous on the price match and wait time. When I went in, Juan and his manager were quick to serve. Not only were they able to price match, they brought down my service price even more! They were very professional and my wait time with everything did not take long. I love Firestones service and will be doing going to them every time!

    I went in a for an oil change and tire rotation and they were excellent with their communication to me of what was needed. A part was missing from my car for my oil change and they saw I was at two different Firestones previously to get my oil changed where they should have told me about the issue but neglected to so they replaced the $150 part for free. Incredibly nice staff as well.

    I was so pleased with my recent visit to Firestone. Unfortunately I had a leaky tire and was concerned that they would ultimately tell me I had to buy a tire which would be a pain considering my tires run $800-$900 a piece. To my delight they were very prompt in discovering the leak and were honest in saying they would be able to repair the leak rather then sell me a new tire. For that reason alone I will be back. Lastly the staff was very professional and kind, all in all a great experience. Thanks Firestone

    First place to give me a full inspection and save me money in the process. No hidden fees, no pushy sales tactics, only high quality service. Had my car inspected, brake pads replaced, and fluids flushed in a little over an hour.

    Prior to going in to the firestone I called in to make sure they would beable to assist me with my vehicle. I advised the representive of the year make and issue of the vehicle and he assured me that they would beable to assist and to bring the vehicle in. After confirming that they would beable to fit me in I drove my vehicle to the shop and when I arrived and explained my issue to one of the representives, the representive just staired at me without out taking any notes. when I had finished exlaining my issue the represent provided me with the diagnoses the the car was just to old. He then went on to say that they did not have the capabillity nor certified machanics that could work on the vehicle. I insisted and asked if they would just at least beable to take a look at it and the representive wouldnt even take the keys. I later had to speak to a sales mannager in order to get the shop to evan take my vehicle in. Me and my wife have a credit line with firestone and have brought that vehicle in to fireston without any issues. I felt the service was poor and when they promised a call back for the estimates on parts I never recieved one. Ive used firstone plenty of times, and online it states that firestone has 2,200 ASE certified expert technicians are the most in the industrie but yet these technicians could not look or work on my car becasue it was a 1985. I felt that the service was poor and that they assumed that my car was not worth there time.

    Brought my car in for an alignment, only it needed more and couldn't be aligned. So the manager called and quoted what it would cost. Regretfully I couldn't get it fixed and decided to get a new car instead. But he didn't charge me anything to inspect it which he could have. Needless to say when I needed a tire patched on my brand new ride, I brought it to them no questions asked.

    Went here a while ago for my husband car it was having issues on a Saturday and they were able to tell us what was wrong the following day.. Happy about that. Went here for my vehicles oil change, tires, breaks and a Break flush. They did an amazing job no issues and had my vehicle back to me at a reasonable time! Will be going back!

    I never go to places like this because people always say they will cheat or screw me over because I'm a girl. The gentleman here were all very kind, quick, and didn't try to convince me that my car "needed" more work on other than my oil change. It does need a few things, but they assured me it wasn't a safety issue if I didn't want to get it done and let me know what would after done the road. Will be going back for future needs!

    Honestly, this location has some of the nicest staff I have ever dealt with. We bring both are vehicles in for services here. They are so genuine and, unlike some, when they give you a run down of their inspection to the vehicle they are just pushy enough to get through to you the importance of the repairs and they don't keep pushing! I live in Mesa and come specifically to this location because they are worth it!

    The service technicians at the Tempe store are honest and professional. It is difficult to find high-quality car service available on the weekends. However, they fit me into their busy schedule, performed the starter replacement and alignment, and got me on my way. You get what you pay for--especially on the weekends.

    I used the Firestone off of Baseline and Rural and I was not impressed. I was told it would take 4 hours to get new tires on my car and an oil change. I call (after going 4 1/2 hours without one) and ask if I can pick up my car. I get told that my car hasn't even been looked at, and that I might have to have the service done tomorrow. I begin to question the man immediately why my car was not done and why it was too much of a hassle to call me, which he had no answer. I tell him that I am a teacher and could not go in the next day, and he said that if I gave him 45 min, he could "have one or the other" done. Even after the poor customer service thus far, I ask him to do the tires. I show up 45 minutes later, and amazingly the tires are done. The manager himself rings me out, and says, "Thanks for calling us up and yelling at us like that, made us get the job done!" and then makes me full price for the very expensive tires they put on. Glad to see how they learn from their mistakes. No, definitely won't be returning.

    I have been having my minor service and oil changes done at this Firestone location for several years now in addition to having purchased several sets of tires from them for various vehicles. I have always been treated well and when I have had a concern they have addressed it immediately to my satisfaction.

    They stand behind their work, but often require a return trip to give them a chance to get it right. They have always been eager to take care of any issue, but... -Replaced tires on my car, needed to come back to reset TPMS -Replaced tires on my wife's car, paid to have best tire put on spare. Had to come back to get the spare done. -Replaced belts on my wife's car, have had to come back several times over two years so they can fix the squealing. John and Matt have been great to work with, and I appreciate their commitment to getting the job done right. I'm starting to wonder if I should just make two appointments at a time, though.

    We have been going to Firestone Complete Auto Care on Baseline in Tempe for over 15 years now, and have ALWAYS had excellent service. The staff Iis always friendly, informs me on everything that needs to be done yet never pressures me. Anytime anyone asks me where I take my care for repairs/tires/oil change I always refer them to Firestone.

    There are newer employees there from the time I initially started going there. They aren't pleasant to do business with. They're actions do not match their words. They are not apologetic. And they come off as if they don't need your business.

    I would like to thank the team at Baseline especially the manager Israel for the amazing service. I've had care taken of my car as well as special needs being that it's a sports car. From loose wheels needed old tires removed, to on car tire service, also beating an online competitors price searching for almost a week to find. I've spread the word to the AutoX and Trackday communities of the willingness to work w. special cars so I hope this helps this stores business. As soon as my Miata's suspension is sorted I'll be in for the lifetime alignment deal.. thanks again!

    The last time I got my oil changed here they failed to replace the o ring on my filter which caused oil to leak out of the top covering my engine and I had to buy 2 more quarts to refill my oil. I will not be going back to s place that can't remember to do such a small yet important job.

    I have been a regular customer of the Baseline and Rural Firestone store for over a decade. I keep going back and refer everyone I know because of their absolutely great quality of service.
