I had an appointment at 9:00 AM on Monday April 24. I arrived at the store at 8:45 AM and checked in - at exactly 10:00 AM my vehicle was moved into the shop to have a tire replaced under my road hazard warranty. I made the appointment for a Monday morning believing there shouldn't be a back up as sometimes can happen closer to the end of a day but I somehow got backed up right off the bat. There were people walking in bringing flat tires and other problems that were taken care of right away (now comes the backup). I went to have lunch and at approximately noon they called and said the tire was replaced so I walked back across the parking lot and was told I had a coolant leak in one of my radiator hoses which was fine as I certainly didn't want to have that go unattended and not have it repaired. They didn't have the parts, which is certainly understandable, but a long story short it was about 2:00 PM when the repair was finished. The repair included replacing the two hoses and power flushing my system (total bill was right at $400). When I arrived home I raised the hood to ensure there were no coolant leaks which there were not. However I checked the coolant level and the radiator was not full - I called the store and they said if I wanted to come by they would top it off for me. I live about 15 miles from the store but have been driving the extra distance because I liked the guys that used to work there and felt I received good service. I have been very happy with everything both Tires Plus and Firestone service has provided up until now - I will not be returning to Firestone store in Surprise AZ.

Came in for an Oil Change and turned out I had a very unsafe bubble on the INSIDE of one of my tires. The salesman Robert helped me with my options and I ended up with new tires and my car is very happy right now :)

I have been a customer for over 5 years, two months ago I went for my truck's schedule oil change service I notice that a different manager was there and I asked for the same service I always get, well first of all he checked the history on the computer and said something smart... then he started raising the price and acting like I was taking advantage or something, I noticed that he was all about money and adding staff also he didn't performed the courtesy check up that they always do for everybody.... I just made an appointment at a different branch I will never go back to the store at 51st Ave and Indian School is a shame for the new manager to act like that. This location is about 2 miles from my house now I have to drive further out but is ok as long as I get great service and get treat it with respect!

wrong diagnostic performed, took car back to scan again told me two new codes pop up, that i can buy sensors and store will replace for free so i decide not to do it at this branch and took to dealership, no sensors needed it was a different issue, Eric gave me 394 back to my account but i was expecting the full amount of that invoice. Told him that I am not coming back, this incident makes me think that all this store care is about earning money. Eric did not want to refund any money untill he see another invoice from another place. being a customer for 10 years or more at this store.

I always ask for a mechanic named Brian. The mechanic is quick to inform me of what it will take to fix the car and the time necessary to perform the labor. I am a returning customer and my experiences have been positive.

When I took my vehicle to the local shop, I was told, and shown, exactly what I needed to have repaired and given an estimate that was very close to being exactly what I paid...no hidden surprises, and my car was ready when I was told it would be. I will be more than happy to take my car back for any routine maintenance or major repairs that might be needed.
