    The customer experience was impeccable. As a woman I fear coming to auto shops because I don't want to be taking advantage of. Paul and Bryan were personable and respectful. They alone made the experience wonderful.

    Pete and Paul were outstanding! I have never received better service! They make me feel as though I am family and I am getting that "mom and pop" treatment. I felt very knowledgeable about what was being done on my car. It can be overwhelming to trust people to do satisfactory work in an area I know nothing about, but i felt at ease with Pete and Paul. Getting a car serviced can be a costly bill (in my case was) but that did not bother me one bit. I feel for the quality of service and work that was done I was more than happy to pay for it. I will continue to go see Pete and Paul for all of my car needs!

    Awesome experience with the manager at this location. He said he was new and he took care me and my concerns without any hesitation. I will be returning to this location. Great Job Firestone!

    I began coming here about 1 yr. ago. I have been very impressed with the quality of people working at this location. Very professional and clear in their explanation of service needs. Respectful that I as a woman am very capable of understanding auto issues. I have already referred a family member so you know I feel confident about this location of Firestone. They go above and beyond in my experience with them.

    Very nice place (free sub sandwich today!) Had an appt so all went well. They were quite busy for a Sunday. Sorry to hear another great manager is leaving, maybe they would stick around if they got a day off once in a while.

    I was on vacation and headed home to Los Angeles, which is 400 miles away. My brakes started making a horrible sound the evening before, so I went in to the Firestone when it opened the next morning, without an appointment. The person who helped me, Jose, understood my situation, worked me into the schedule in a timely manner. The technician explained to me and showed me what was wrong, and he totally took care of the problem, and I was out of the shop in a timely manner, and I was on the road home later that morning. I was in a potentially difficult situation, because I really needed to get home that day. The Firestone really saved me through this experience. On top of that, the fix that he did on my brakes was minor and did not cost me very much. I do not know brakes, so he really could have taken advantage of me and made something up, but he didn't. I appreciate the friendliness, professionalism, and accommodation that the Firestone made for me. They really saved me!

    3 guys pushed my car out of traffic for me, then replaced my battery within 15 minutes and I was on my way. The person in charge was Jose Gutierrez. I am sorry I didn't get the other guys names but they were helpful too.

    I needed an appointment right away due to screw in my tire and they took me next morning; very friendly and helpful; review my car; explained it all to me with fair pricing and concerned that I (and my car) were taken care of. A much better experience than at my regular dealership. Thank you.

    Used them twice in 2 months; first for emergency tire replacement, then routine service. They were upfront, efficient and genuinely friendly. Also, they offered good pricing specials on both occasion . Definitely worth a quote.

    I had purchased 4 new tires from a local Firestone dealer with a full warranty. When I realized that I had a 2 loosing aid I called the customer support line & they directed me to the closest Firestone location (3638 East Thomas Road Phoenix, AZ 85018). When I arrived I explained to the service clerk the phone call that I had & that the nice lady on the phone from Firestone the warranty department had sent me to that location. They expressed that they did know know anything about it & that my warranty through Firestone was NOT valid at that location. I wanted to take it to another location, but I was out of time. The manager expressed that I need 2 brand new tires that he could sell me & that the work would not take that long. In need I purchased them along with a transmission flush & an alignment. It took 4 hours for the work to be completed & I had to take a half day of PTO off of work to not get in trouble for taking the remainder of the day off. When the manager told me the work was complete I meet the tech out front that performed the alignment & did the road test. That tech expressed that they could not get the balance right on the new tires & so they put them in the back instead of the front so that I would not feel that vibration as much. He also showed me that even though the alignment is straight on the tires & the truck drove straight the steering wheel was about 15 degrees off. He told me that if it bothered me that I could come back another day & they could try again to fix it. This is not the type of customer service that I expected at a full service Firestone location & I am not very satisfied with how they treated me. I do not hold much trust in the Firestone name to be taken care of the next time.

    When I did and oil change 6 months or so ago I paid about $55.00. Then when my wife went back about 3 months later it was up to 75.00 .. So I was upset that it was 20.00 more. So I went elsewhere for and oil change and paid about $55.00 . Thanks;

    They only had three tires in stock, plus a display tire on the floor. The display tire is defective in my opinion, but they argue everything under my truck is causing the "one tire" uneven ware. Even tired to argue my motor oil leak could be the blame. The tire made the front pull and in the rear it hops a bit. I got the tires at 7st and union hills. But got realignment and tire rotation plus defect inspection at 37st and Thomas. In my opinion, the guy running the show there or at least acting like he does. Has an attitude problem and will try to save any penny he can for the company, with no remorse for the customers. Definitely not a customer for life type attitude. Being a small business owner, I would say I make an educated opinion. Frank M Lawrence III
